We feel compelled to share our unfortunate experience with Morris, who was responsible for handling our shipment. Despite agreeing on a delivery time of 3 to 4 days, it took almost 2 weeks for the items to arrive, causing us significant losses as we missed our event due to his negligence, lies, and excuses.

To our dismay, when the event organizer returned to the UK, there was nobody available to receive the items, resulting in our request to have them returned to Dubai. Surprisingly, after 3 weeks, Morris informed us that the items had been shipped to Italy. We are left puzzled as to how the items were delivered when there was no one to receive them.

Currently, we have no knowledge of the whereabouts of our expensive items, and it appears that they are not being handled with care. Despite our efforts to contact Morris, he has failed to provide us with any updates or assistance.

We urge you to exercise caution when engaging in any transactions with Morris or his services. Our disappointment with the handling of our shipment has led us to file a case to seek resolution.

Please be vigilant and mindful of such dealings to avoid facing similar challenges.

Dear All customer, we care full this Fraud Company, they not deserve any star.we have one shipment from China we said can you collect they said yes what price they say our company will agree after they need suppose to collect on 5 days before but always they said yes we do and when we call our client they said your cargo company no pickup.they lie all the time and when we asked give tracking no they don't just lie and no pic call, here in what's up they right 24x7 but never answer. So Please avoid like this fraud people try go with DHL and Fed ex that's always have good work.ignored this company as much as can.they wasted our time and we loos the business also.like this company make UAE company bad impression.need suspend his licenses from DED.

We have used the service a few days ago and they extremely slow moving my items as it 2 full days for them to transfer 3 bedrooms apartment.
They have no experience with cloths transfer as a moving company.
