Safestway supermarket

Those people are closing the store before 11: 40 funny huh?

I just wanted to buy water they didn't allowed me even though it was in the working hour

I asked for the Email of the manager to share my complaint they didn't accept (seems like Safestway is a freelancer company without management)

Kindly check what's happening in this branch this is not acceptable

Good offers. Reasonably best prices for daily stationery. Fruits and vegetables are of not much offers.

I bought today cherries, top off the packet is very fresh, after one layer all spoil fruits.

All that you need from a supermarket you can find here at the new safestway supermarket. The displays are well organized so it is easy to find what you are looking for and the staff are cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend this supermarket

Only place can find more Sri Lankan food stuffs.prices are cheaper than compared to other supermarkets but some goods expensive.

Horrible service. Rude staff. This is my second time visit. I have asked for home delivery with a bill of 70 aed he refused to send it. This was a month ago. Today I came to buy fish he refused to clean. This happend last time as well when he refused to clean the fish and give. This is a totaly dissapointment. Shall never visit this place or recommend to anyone with a bad staff behaviour

Everything that you need. From grocery to frozen food and lunch. Fresh stock of fruits and vegetables.near to Metro. Clean outer and easy to access. Billing is friendly.

Awful service at butchery inside. They prefer to speak on the phone out loud instead of servicing customers.

Price are affordable, good value for money, delivery time is reasonable, what I like is the perfume they sell at the counter, worth it and low price also, I recommend.

I love this place, great offers, an amazing bakery and snacks. And they have something for everyone

Not bad for local Supermarket or actually Mini market.it has some of the brands and lacks many important ones. Will do for the area of Barcha heights.

If there is a rate lower than 1star ill put it, i ordered some things and they did not deliver it for 2hrs when i called them they are laughing because im asking them about the order that is not yet paid but the order supposed to be paid when it arrived very poor customer service

all the high star rate is their staff pretending to be customer

We’re very disappointed with the butcher’s attitude towards us. It was 8: 54pm today and asked him to cut some frozen goods that we purchased but he responded with anger tune and says his duty already finished and will not cut anymore. Okay we understood but you can say its in nice way. As if they’re not paid for such attitude.

Ordered from 3: 58pm and until now 6: 01pm order hasnt arrived. Called nearly 50 times and no response.
Poor online facility.

Terrible customer service. From the cashier lady who was throwing the items we bought while counting them at the counter. We went there around 8: 30 and no one was in the entrance to even check the temperatures considering it is a Corona season. I insisted that we should go to safest instead of choithrams and I regret the decision so much. All vegetables were spoiled. We asked for someone to sell beef and we were told by the guy standing by that he dint know how to cut it. We said it was ok but still he was reluctant to sell it. Either way it turned out to be spoiled. We dint give up on shopping we still carried on. Support local businesses, that really took us there. We bought those items even if they were close to the expiry date. But we felt really looked down on probably because we spent only 350 aed. Every time we needed help to get something, we were ignored and they insisted they din't know. Why are they there, I wondered. We packed our own bags. Even though after getting mad they helped with the bags, they were just dropped in the floor where we picked them and placed them outside in a trolley. They said they were not going to deliver. We dragged the trolley towards home. One of the staff followed us and asked us rudely to remove them from the trolley since we can't take it with us. We asked for help, he offered a refund. He saw they were many bags. He couldn't offer any help. The building we live in is just opposite the road. We struggled our way through home and my friend could not stop swearing that she would never return.

I was charged on my card, but they refuse to give me my purchase. Rude customer service.

Very Bad customer service. Very rude behavior.
They will earn from us (customers) and they think we are nothing.

WORST STORE in tecom. Always send wrong delivery and promotion items on normal price. Minimum order is 75. I called the branch to complain about my order they were least interested. I think they do not need customers.

Affordable price.however there is no free parking slot.although it is good if you are just staying nearby.

I strongly suggest to the management of Safestway Barsha Heights branch to be keen and accurate to their prices especially for their promotional offers. I hope they put proper price on the bar code so there's no confusion between cashier and customer. I am writing my complaint because this is the second time that happened to me.

To all buyers out there, Please double check all of the prices and as well the bar codes of the products or items you'll paying.

Brilliant shop, has everything Park n Shop used to have, just the scammers looking after the parking let's it down.
I got the ticket, asked if it needs a stamp, BOTH of them say no need.
I return 5 minutes later and they both say I need to pay because of no stamp ‍️
Word of warning to any ladies who might not feel confident telling two guys in a parking lot to get lost.

You can get wide range of indian pulses and masalas in reasonable price. I got more varieties of daily use products here than west zone. Price is almost same as west zone.
