Shisha stuff are very very rude.
I don’t recommend this place for morning breakfast or shisha

We had dinner at this place, overall everything was good, the food was delicious and the service was beautiful, I’ll come again

تجربة سيئة جدا. طلبت فطور لشخصين و حسب العرض في المنيو بسعر 149 درهم لغاية الساعة 12 الظهر لكن تم ابلاغي بأن الشيف قرر عدم تقديم الفطور لان الوقت كان الساعة 11 و 55 دقيقة مع اننا وصلنا ساعة 12 الا ربع لكن الشيف قال ان العرض انتهى و لا يمكن تقديمه. الاسعار مبالغ بها بشدة والكمية قليلة جدا و دفعت مبلغ 415 درهم على صحن مشاوي سيء جدا و ريش قاسية جدا و كباب ناشف و طعمه سيء و الحمص بارد و كميته قليلة جدا و طعمه سيء اضافة الى المشروم مع الصنوبر و البصل كان عبارة عن بصل مع بصل مع بصل مع بصل و المزيد من البصل و شوية مشروم و كم حبة صنوبر. تجربة سيئة بكل المقاييس

Location is good, service is professional and sitting outside is nice next to the canal. But above all the food is exquisite, and choosing anything from menu will be a great choice. A tip is alway end your meal with Khamir tea!

Overall good Restaurant along the business bay canal side. I would do a thumbs up to the quality food n beverage options, Shisha and quality crowd. However I am very disappointed with the below; With respect to seating are you serious? So as to accommodate more number of people the tables are placed so close to each other and it was less than one-arm distance. My neighbouring tables were so close that I heard all of their conversation and they heard ours, but luckily we couldn't understand each other Bcos of the language. The table behind, the mans head was knocking at mine quite often. Let's remind ourselves that we go to restaurants to have a good time, enjoy the meal, catch-up over discussion not to overhear / be overheard. So if the seating arrangement especially on the outside is improved it's a great place

Nice cafe on the water front of Dubai Canal! It has a very good outdoor seating area and good food and shisha.

Great place by the canal in Business Bay. Shisha was good. Food was good. Service was excellent.

Very good food and outdoor seating. Breakfast is not to miss. Great shisha as well. However, especially on weekends, they will ask you to leave after 3 hours since they set a 3 hour seating time per table. Their Friday brunch is not great, a lot of flies roaming around the buffet and service wasn’t as good.

The presentation of cheese and sojuk could have been better. The taste was acceptable. But one of the orange juices tasted bad, where my spouce had a bad reaction to it.

Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, and amazing staff.
A little bit overpriced and the nonsmoking are is huge and usually empty so half of the cafe space is lost and smokets have to wait in the empty nonsmoking area until one of the tables is empty.
But over all the whole experience is definitely worth it.

Social distancing is not there at all.
Chairs are not comfortable to sit more than an hour max.
In my opinion i can conisder it a ls a cafe for shisha and not a restaurant.so the prices i can consider overrated for such a place.
Some type of food dishes taste realy good and others just average.
Shisha guy came and told us that he will replace the shisha heads.so we thought it is complimentary then we discover it is charged for that though we didn't ask for the same and no one informed us in advance.
Anyway this is my opinion with my friends and every guest can have same or different opinion.

Nice place to hangout with your friends or family i like it’s vibes specially in the winter time the outside area amazing because it’s directly on the water the food also delicious and you can play games their they have some or you can bring yours overall totally recommended

Loved the food, the ambience the service from the greeter to the waiters. I've been to this place now 5x in the past 3 months, every time the quality of service and taste of the food is consistent. Keep it up!

Sah El Nom is one of the best restaurant Cafe in the Business Bay, they have very delicious food and very good serving service. I do like their restaurant decorations as I feel I'm setting in old days.

Still running on old fashion taking advantage of Ramadan by forcing each guest to pay AED 50 for undesirable cheap snacks of the café choice called Tasaali

I like this place and i recommend it to all people that are in love with shami's food, all their concern is to give you nice with a very competitive price which can not be compared with the kind of food they are giving.

Very bad meat and chicken quality that made us feel sick for two days. Municipality should go and inspect this restaurant, something bad in their kitchen. Moreover, i wrote a comment on Insta and they blocked me! What a shame.

Went to try Sah el nom, I'll say it's good, the taste of the food and the quality is good but honestly the portions are a bit less or should I say small for the price. We ordered mix grilled but I missed taking picture as we are starving. I'll give it another try as the taste and quality of food is good. I do recommend you all trying and discover it for yourself. Overall I'll give a 4 star. Outdoor sitting with shisha is nice as well. So if you're a fan of shisha and good food, I say come visit them and give it a try.

الاسعار ارتفعت كثيرا في الفتره الاخيره والمنيو اصبح فقير وخياراته محدوده بعد ما اشتهر المطعم. تخلى عن التمييز في الاكل وركز ع الشيشه فقط ورفع الاسعار!

Located at heart of the downtown, this restaurant is one of the best for any business professional working on the area and seeks an eastern food, enjoy pudding and having tasty shisha at the same time in the acceptable value of money (combo offer).

The daily meal quantity, and quality is superb. Staff dressing very well. The atmosphere is an eastern oriented.

The only issue is wooden seats, they are not comforting to set in for a long time and enjoy your shisha, ventilation is weak too.

Depending on the time of the day, the service might be really slow. Food is good, but not great. They have some nice Syrian dishes that you can find elsewhere.

The food is really delicious and the service is really good. Very nice location overviewing business bay water canal. Highly recommended if you want a taste of Syrian/Levant cuisine.

I have had a very bad experience with this restaurant due to the ignorance of the staff by not treating my son who is a special needs kid in a proper way, the waiter has threthened my son to call the police and my son is only 4yrs old, that was very negative and very incompetent staff.

The food quality doesn't match the price, but the stuff are very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

I was invited here by someone for arabic food. It was really nice with great quality. Service was a bit slow because it was busy. Nice place to sit by the canal.

The food quality is quite good but the service is not, to give order and recieve it on your table it takes long time, the waitresses keep bringing orders of other tables to our table.be careful when using entertainer vouchers as their terms is not quite clear my advise is to ask them before you order that u r going to use the entertainer voucher to be clear about what Main item includes

It wasn’t the pleasure experience at all, the Labana Mankosha was cold, the Overall experience wasn’t worth buying.

My best meal in Dubai in a 6-day trip. Don’t miss the fattet makdous and Jadi bel forn (ovencooked lamb). So delicious!

Probably the best restaurant in Marasi Drive! Spectacular at all levels, delicious and fresh yummy Syrian dishes, amazing services, very reasonably priced, we ate here everyday for 3 months and never got bored. Highly recommend it. 10/10

Very noisy, can barely hear each other talk.
Waiters were very rude, we had to ask for whatever we wanted multiple times, they would ignore us, takes soooo long to be served.
One waiter insisted that I ordered Moroccan tea and tried to put it on my table MULTIPLE times before storming off.
Food was okay, not bad, not great. Wouldnt visit again due to the bad service.

فيه معسلات في كل مكان ، الموسيقى لطيفة ،
موقع المطعم جميل لتمشية بعد نهاية الاكل في حالة الجو كان مناسب.

شاهي الخمير للي يحبون الشاي الحالي لذيذ ،
الافطار جربته كان لذيذ عندهم صياني جاهزة وتقدر تضيف عليها ،
الحلويات لم اجربها لكن عليها طلب.

وقت تجهيز الطلب معقول ، وقت الزحمة لابد لك من التاكيد على طلبك مع مرور الوقت ،
بعض العاملين لابد ان يتعلموا الابتسامة البعض وليس الكل ، بشكل عام الخدمة جيدة جداً.

- الاكل خصوصا للافطار جيد.
- الموقع.

[السلبيات]
- الشيشة في كل مكان وهذا غير مناسب لغير المدخنين.
- الاسعار مرتفعة قليلاً مقارنة بالجودة والخدمة.
