Good signature coffee but nothing more, delicious pastries. Refined atmosphere with very professional servers. Magnificent hotel, this is also the place that you pay so dearly for. Just one detail that stood out to me for a 7-star hotel, the tile joints are frankly poorly done

It’s a good restaurant to tick the bucket list box of seeing the Burj al Arab but honestly the food is just good. I was expecting better from the hype around this hotel. There were also loud guests in crocs and jogging shorts which really hurt the mood and experience.

Went there for my husband’s birthday’s lunch. The staff was aware of it - not a sign of special attention to a birthday guest. Caesar salad was the worst, sandwich club was so ordinary that even served with ketchup and mayonnaise in plastic containers by Haintz company. The mini-orchard on the table looked nice, though. We left all the ordered food but the staff seemed not to care about it. Later I sent a letter of complaint directly to the company - but again, no reply at all. Paid 500AED for such a lunch

One of my favourite afternoon tea ever done The lounge is magnificent, so beautiful deco, design and atmosphere. We had chance to have an artist playing musical instruments piano it was harmonious and very enjoyable moment The afternoon is so nice, starting with some Caviar and some fizzy drinks Following by the beautiful afternoon tea stand in shape of Burjalarab itself; it has many layers of delicious little treat and pastries. A great selection of scones also Ending by some refreshing sorbet Very good coffee and tea served

Beautiful, glamorous and luxurious hotel lobby at Burj al Arab.
Afternoon tea is offered there, otherwise alla carte, the minimum consumption is 200 AED / person.
We had the signature 23 carat gold cappuccino and a selection of Arabic pastries which were delicious but also quick to fill. We took the ones that were left home with us.
If you are looking for something special - it is definitely worth a visit.

Food was disappointing. Meat was overcooked and flavours were nothing special. Drinks were not served in appropriate glasses. Expected much more from this place.

It's a one in a lifetime experience. I went here with my family to experience the 24k gold cappucino? And it never disappoints.

We ordered chocolates, cakes, and of course, the 24k gold cappucino. It was a fun experience, especially inside a 7 star hotel

Booking is required to enter Burj Al Arab, so booking ahead is required. The security from outside will not allow anyone who didn't book anything.

The staff are nice and highly accommodating. Anyone visiting Dubai should visit this place for a luxurious experience.

Had lunch this time. Service was absolutely superb. Attention to detail is impeccable.
Food was good but not memorable, we have tried multiple dishes and I can’t recommend a single one of them specifically.
Would come again for coffee and dessert over lunch.

It’s a reasonably affordable way to get a glimpse of the inside of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel.

The food menu is not very exciting.

Service, initially did not make an impression adequate to the reputation of the hotel. Then, my burger arrived stone cold. Here, the service managed to rehabilitate itself as the entire five person party got a dessert and bottle of water each for free.

I’m unlikely to go back.

Excellent service ambience.stepped in with my fierce, had mixed grill wth mash potatoes onside the food was best dish ever, yummy, huge &worthy. For the drinks we encountered some challenges bottles we preferred weren't available but our best Waiter Edgar helped in choosing availables. Thanks Edgar you the best your smile was everything we shall revisit time round breakfast as you suggested.

A must visit, especially during Christmas and New year. Beautiful NY tree and decor plus thematic songs make the atmosphere very romantic. Our waiters Teo and Matias were very attentive, polite and friendly. Food delicious

We had a 2 course lunch over there which is a waste they provide a fixed menu of four dishes which may not be liked by you, everybody suggests to take al carte only as it will be cheaper, but my deep suggestion is not to go there it's totally worthless

Bad service we booked the day before for a afternoon tea but once we were there they said (unfortunately afternoon tea is finished) and asked them to leave and the waiter said Amazing such a nice word (Ismeel) I think I will never come back.

The restaurant located in lobby area. Pizza around 160dhs and pasta are 250 dhs. The quality was good and it was good place for kid they have kidenu and drawing kit. However food takes more than 30 minutes

I thought cozine is Emarate from the name.but it was not.
Food is average but tables are not design to eat! It is for meeting or coffee!
But I interesting on the location for Burjj Al Arab.what a building

Worst experience ever, we ordered coffee and they never gave us the sweets that come with the coffee and waiter was very rude, when we asked him politely he started making excuses, we explained the behaviour to the manager and the manager was rude himself.

It’s an over hyped place, there are million other better places to visit.

للأسف الشديد تفيرت سياسة المطعم حاليا لازم كل شخص ما تقل فاتورته عن 200 درهم! يعني ثلاث اشخاص رايحين نشرب قهوة عشان نقعد لازم 600 درهن تكون مشترياتنا. بينما قبل سنتين كنت اقعد اشرب قهوة ومافي هذه السياسة

At Burj Al Arab you must expect everything to be expencive. The tea was about 15 dollar. They had a large menu. The food with both caviar and gold was amasing.

Excellent food and services experience. The ambience is perfect for you to celebrate an occassion there.

Must visit to appreciate architectural beauty of this restaurant while taking morning breakfast.

Great experience need great desire. You have to visit this place to appreciate the beautiful décor. It will great place to give yourself a treat of 24crt gold cappatinu and enjoy the company of you partner. Take your angry wife there and she will be fine after this. I guarantee you this. Enjoy:)

Very authentic food that make you feel happy in the seven star Burj Al Arab hotel. You have to get a reservation first to go there to have this experience. Also you can have a nice view from there lobby to fountain. Also you can have a beach access to watch the beauty of the hotel and the sea.

Very good food.loved the view.went for ala carte menu, north indian meal. Berna who was serving us was very pleasant and friendly.would definately go again.

The surprise for coustomers cappuchino with Gold! The pride around 30 $! Place very high level!

Grateful for a wonderful experience. The staff especially under the lead of Jackylin has made our first dining experience there a memorable one. We left with such a big smile on our face!:) Thank you:)

Luxurious interior, and ofcourse restaurants are pretty expensive. Beautiful experience altogether.

Cozy Cafe' on the first floor of Burj Al Arab.service is a little bit slow but you can enjoy the atmosphere while waiting
