The one who accepting order through delivery is liar.iam waiting for my order more than an hour and he keep telling that the delivery man already came in my apartment but no one open.since i waiting for my order and no one ring the bell

This branch I don’t know if the manager is the problem coz, the delivery before very well handled, but this time the delivery will deliver in hour or more. And when u talk to manager and open up seems like he doesn’t care. Very dissatisfied, disappointed today. Our room is very near to the market maybe only in front. But deliver in 1hr. Because only 2 items I order and reason as always a lot of delivery. But if u order more items. Will deliver maximum in 20mins. It’s always like this. Manager doesn’t care about ur concern while I talk to him his answering phone doesn’t have costumer service care at all.
