Big disappointment. While on the call they said 120 AED but once job done they asked 250 AED and they didnt reduce even a penny. Big disappointment. I felt like i was cheated. It was clear to me that they dont know to repair door lock

Good service, it was Ramadan so they came after Ifttar, but it was not an emergency anyway. I think it was pricey or overcharged, they brought 5 spare keys for the new lock! I just told them if they could fix the old one as we had 4 already, didn't need 5, and when I made one at MOE it was cheaper. I should have insisting on knowing the price beforehand, I thought it would be cheaper!

Very disappointed - went to repair my car remote key; got overcharged and the result was very poor.

On top of that, they wanted me to pay for a new key (overcharging again).

They could not fix the remote, and could not create a duplicate key for my car. The guy even opened youtube in front of me to figure out how the programming is done. This is unprofessional. I can't entrust such delicate work to such people.
