Not good service and prices are really expensive compared to any other salon in sillicon , first time and will be my last

I am sharing my experience for others safety. Recently I had my pedicure done with other services on their top floor of their salon. The technician forgot to wipe my foot with wet towel and while getting down the stair I slipped badly and have injured and wounded spine.
I have been going here for almost two years. The girls here are good and friendly. I am writing this review for the people concerned ie the management to take precautions and educate the staff for client’s safety and concern.
I would have ended more badly but m alive.
The funny part was after the tragedy they asked me to pay the bill and offered me foot massage. This kept me wondering whether I should b laughing or ignoring.
Anyways all I want them to put some rugs on the steps so that no other person has to go through what I am going through.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience in Sakura with the manicure & the pedicure services. All the staff are well-trained on following the same procedure in providing the services.

I went in for a facial with Emily. She was very gentle and explained everything perfectly. She gave me tips for after care also. Definitely will be coming back!

Loved my nails with Christy, Kathleen and Ngema. They did a really amazing job thank you ladies

Ladie, this beauty spa is one of Dubai’s hidden gems. Great work, amazing service and very kind people. I have been using this salon since 2014,9 years of excellent beauty care. Manicure, pedicure, waxing…etc. This year i decided to have a HAIR MAKEOVER, Ms. Noha Sherief is the hair specialist who worked on my hair and the result was FABULOUS, i felt like a TV star after seeing my hair. She is very knowledgeable, creative and professional with great attitude. I would definitely recommend her to everyone ️.

I’m a regular customer for years and I will never go back to this salon again due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. I booked an appointment yesterday for full body waxing and the lady confirmed it saying the price is AED 200 as they are running a promotion. I also booked another service for Russian mani & pedi gel. This morning I received a call from the same lady who booked my appointment stating the the price has changed to AED 300 for full body waxing! I was upset and requested to speak to a manager because of the misinformation. I actually cancelled my appointment from another salon who usually does my waxing because of the price they initially quoted. The supervisor from their Mirdiff branch called me saying they cannot do anything about it and I told her “cancel all the appointments and I will never go back to your salon” and she just simply said “Ok ma’am no problem”. They don’t care even if you’re a loyal customer and they don’t have any intention of correcting their mistake. Never again!

Reception lady is so rude and she always charges me with different prices, be careful and always ask for the receipt, i will never go there again — DSO branch.

I have been coming to this place since it started. Girls are all nice and pleasant with great skill. Rasila is best for hair treatments, massages and blow dry and Noha’s hair cuts are the best. Over all bit expensive but services are good.

They are the best for nails plus the hairstylist Nuha she is very good stylist and hair colorist I recommend

I visited the salon for my nails appointment it was the first time however it will not be the last time for sure, everything was perfect specifically the receptionist Caro who was very professional in a welcoming me and making me feeling very comfortable Tank you Caro?

I visited the salon this past week, the girls were very professional and friendly, however the service I received was not, my skin around my nails were cut and only just healed, my feet are still painfull today due to excessive scrubbing left me with both my heals with excessive scub marks, I won’t be visiting this salon again

Poor service and transparency from DSO branch, i booked for my nail tech at specific hour but was put on hold for an hour! If only I have knew about it I could’ve gone somewhere else! They’ve prepared my nails and just put me in the corner and wait for an hour! I couldn’t express more my anger, not even a coffee was serve while you’re waiting, i wasn’t pleased with the new receptionist at all, as she is even putting the blame to others

I love the services of a lady named Nahid. She is really good at her work! Manicure and pedicure is worth trying as well.

The ladies there are very professional. Noha did my hair and I was so happy with the results.
All staff is super nice. And they have a number of offers and discounts.

No one does hairstyles like Khadija… She is amazing, my hair is not easy to fix but she is a professional stylist and does my hair perfectly. Amazing Khadija ️

I visited the salon after seeing the good reviews here. I went for a hair colour. She bleached half of my hair and went to blow dry another client, then she bleached the other half. The result was different degrees of hair colour. She didn't apply enough bleach and she was hurrying to do other clients. After bleaching she choosed a completely different colour than the one we agreed on. There was some gold and green spots at the back. It is just horrible. And it's the first time I bleach my hair was virgin. My husband hates it. I don't recommend it at. All she cares about is more clients. I think they take commission for it. Even when I went to pay the woman there didn't tell me about the first time discount of 30% until I complained about the expensive price. Choose another salon!

I visit Sakura every week- I love the service from the two receptionist ladies who are professional and courteous - Kathleen and Marinell always do my mani pedi gellish-I must say they always do an impeccable job they are both courteous and I always leave happy with they work on my nails-Naheeda does my waxing and does an exceptional job. I have also done Nimue facials and massage with Angeline she is just brilliant- Sakura is my go to Saloon

I am a regular customer but after my last visit I will not be returning. So I did my gelish mani and pedi and after 3 days i wear closed shoes and my toes got damaged. Since I am working the whole week and didn't get a chance to visit the salon I went back on Saturday which was on the 8 day after my salon visit. I asked the reception/ supervisor if they Could offer 50% discount since I was late by 1 day, they couldn't accept. Mind you inf i was to come within the 7 days they would have done it free of charge. So I explained myself and even told them to consider as a repeat client but they couldn't hear none of that. I found that very inconsiderate and negligence on their part as they don't consider repeat business. How do you run business like this. I have even recommended my sister and friends but after this kind of treatment I cannot even recommend any one. So sakura you just lost a client and referrals brought by me. This is not how you run a business. Very poor service

Amazing treatment! Always do a fantastic job. I go there and opt for the mani pedi offer and do my eyebrows. The lady that does my eyebrows does it perfectly. No pain and perfect shape everytime!

I recommend this Saloon to do your hair with Khadijah. She is the best hairstylist I ever had my service with. She is amazing in consultation too and she knows what goes best for you hair. For hair treatment, coloring and cut; her hands is miracle. I trust her work and I go only to her since 3 years now. You should try the hair service in Sakura, you will love it️️

Khadiga working in this salon is one of the best hair stylist, really been in dubai 15 years, never ever anyone gave me those hair colour.

Very good staff. Been coming to the dso branch for over 2 years now. Laney has been doing my manicure and from small half eaten nails, i now have long n strong nails. All thanks to Laney. Highly recommend her and completely trust her with my nails. Nahida is extremely good with waxing. Only thing is they need to come up with some membership plan or benefits for regular customers.

I ho to sakura spa since 3 years and I just love the stuff and environment. Staff are so friendly and professional.

Nail is okay but it did not last long. The staff was kind as well. But waxing, i wouldnt recommend this place. Double dipping! When they put the used bar into the waxing gel, i was shocked. After looking at it, she changed the bar however it should be consistently done.
And i have something like burnt scars around after getting done waxing this place. Wouldt go again ever.

Service from the nail techs and massage therapist are really fantastic and very touched with their service. However, the Filipino reception If I am not mistaken her name is Mayeth. She was disgusting, not friendly at all, didn't even ask how was the service went through and you wouldn't feel welcome by her when you arrive at the salon. When I went there she even didn't give me an official receipt to know the breakdown of what I had, just wondering if really you don't issue receipts to your clients? I even forgot that I didn't had my eyebrow threading' done when I realized when I left the salon hence she charged me. Due to my tight schedule and irritated welcomed by that lady i didn't bother myself to go back again to tell her and to get my money or service back. It's just small amount but nevertheless no matter how much it is always remember how the "TOUCH POINTS" starts from the warm welcome (reception) will be main part also for the first and last impression to get the returned guest. Because of her will never go back again. Attitude always counts no matter how great your skill does.

I give 2 star for the poor facility but i give 5 stars for the amazing employees so that together brings it to 3 star but all credit to the employees. I started coming here from june 2017. I really love the ladies and they are a lovely bunch of ladies together. I am only very sad that they are working amazingly long hours on very poorly “furniture” and already for a few month a lot of things are not working.the sink.the ladies need to carry buckets with water to fill the sinks for the pedicure.for drying the feet.the blowdryer in the closets are all not working. There is also no dryer available for the handnails which should be much nicer then using a cushion instead. The girls sit on very small benches with no restback which is very painfull which is extremely bad and tiring for their backs. Also the seats for the customers are not comftable. I heard in july that the place would be closed after the summer for refurnishing but nothing happened till now and i see it becomes worse and worse. I love the ladies who work there but please management it’s time to appreciate what you have and take care of it! Before you will loose serious clients and employees that will look for better working conditions and they are right! So please appreciate what you have because i am sure that most of clients will stay because of the ladies do such a great job! Please take action management!
