الصراحة الخدمة كانت جيدا بس للاسف مكان الاشعه الرجل يسوي للبنت اشعه وتقول لها افصخي شيلة شو هذا وين موظفات البنات ما يستوي جي للاسف

This medical center is the worst in terms of customer service. Staffs are very rude especially counter 11. They don't know how to be polite and be kind to their customers. I don't know if he is a racist or what.

1 Start is not even worth the service, We first time used their service. The staffs are rude and they don't know how service works, they are telling you should do this, that.even its not required. Waste of time better stick with DHA for medical fitness.

Sudanese doctor in blood collection was highly skillful, he took the sample very fast I didn't even notice.

I was there today. Before going there i read some negative reviews about the place. I was really fascinated by the rapid service i got there. Very kind and welcoming staff. I had everything done in less than 15 minutes. Keep on.

Poor Service at sample collection unit.
They were at their personal talk.
They don’t care of people’s waiting.

Zero is not enough to review this center the employees have no knowledge in the UAE procedure to make Visa or Iqama

They will ask you to pay 41 dirham then the employee will said sorry we can't do the medical her our system is different

So I asked them to return my 41 dirham because they didn't do the fitness test.they refused as this is not our problem

Kindly do not do medical test in this center I recommend AL Baraha center instead

We came to the Center on Tuesday because timing says it closes at 7 pm, but at the door it says it closes at 5 pm! They should at least update their opening hours to avoid wasting and deceiving others!

The health workers here are very bad and have bad ethics. In room 5 She looks very lazy, in room 7 they gossip loudly even when taking blood with a syringe, my skin is sore and sore. In room 8 he's a rather short guy speaking very rude he thinks i don't understand english? The only good experience was with the very friendly security guard. I don't know why people in Dubai are so ungrateful to their profession like not doing job seriously.

Worst experience compared to other centers. I i visited there on 17thapril 2023. They gave me token number then i went for the application toh be typed. The lady on the counter said to wait. I waited there for not less than 2and half hrs. Then she returned me the token and told me the portal wasnt working so i have to come again tomorrow and they will call me for the same. I gave my husbnd's number he recieved a call next day at 2pm, asked me to come at the centre by 4.i went there by 4pm. Then the supervisor told me to go to the counter where there was a very rude guy asked me who called me toh come at 4and asked me to wait, waiting for around 45mins when i went to him. He said he cant do it today because it was under another female employee. So, now i have to go tomorrow again. Lets see, how many times il have to go again.

The worst experience, disrespetful supervisor and employees, they are giving priority for other people and they are choosing the numbers depending on the people, people are waiting for hours to do the xray or blood test

Wait for all the day and disappointed with the experience we hope they can respect lady for the best service and their supervisor are ignore it

Good services, the staff were very polite, this has been my 4th year visiting the branch so far satisfied

I didn’t receive my results after a week.

The worst medical center. Mentally sick people are working there. They dont know how to deal the people. Very rude behavior. Very rough language they use. They dont have care of poor peopme. I give zero star to this center

The date I went service very quick and as per queue. All the staff are kind in handling customers.

Very unprofessional and they don’t even have a female X-Ray technician for females. Took more time than any other Centre.

The blood collection person is unprofessional, look-see at the photo this is gonna happen with you.

Overall good experience. They are not accepting any Cards. If you are going for Visa medical *RENEWAL* examination, take with you AED: 41 in Cash.

Toooo Slow Service even with the center empty we had to wait 2 hours for our turn with only 3 tickets before us

They improved the place a lot! No more long waits in line. The staff are amazing specially the Filipinos. They follow social distancing and the nurse who took my blood was nice and did her job well. Highly recommended!

It was such an amazing experience today with fast service and delivery, Thanks to Mary the philipino lady (Receptionist/Cashier) who attended to me and even remembered my name after all services were done. Guys I recommend this amazing branch to you all, try it out and ask after Mary

Absolutely the worst centre in UAE.
The staff and service is terrible.

The arab doctor taking my blood didnt even wear a lab coat, he was super unprofessional and rude.
Not sure how people can get off with these things in 2021.

Someone really needs to relook into this Centre’s manage and shut it down asap.

Never going to go back to this place again, and surely would never recommend this place to anyone.

There is no time required to finish the process, but the medical centre time has changed as from 7: 30 am to 6: 00 pm.
So please keep in mind before going there.

A horrible place that doesnt comply with the ministry of health norms.the staff are so rude, the place is disorganized.
The arabic guy taking the blood sample is not professional. The picture shows my arm 3 days later.

I don’t think they know how to take blood in this Center she had to try both arms and now both arms are blue because she kept moving the needle inside my arm cause she couldn’t get to the vain even though you can see it clearly

On 28’th April 2021, Wednesday, my mom went here for her medical. And then she came back with this shown in picture. The guy who took her blood sample didn't even know what he was doing. I think the authorities should take care of this and take necessary actions. Her hand is in so much ache since then. She said he didn't do the same way how others did previously.

I will not suggest this place to anyone. Please do care while selecting the centre.

One Arabic Africain lady is so rude, her actions not match with UAE Values.
After 9 min from this review come another staff he was talking like we are in Military barracks ، Worst place in UAE.
Before 4 month I went to another center, I review them 5 stars that time, but this center not deserve even 0.
Philippino are not including in this reviews they are so kind honstly.

Not organized, Slow, Improper stuff members, Crowded, no social distancing
1 employee to take blood for 100 patient waiting, Supervisor is supervising nothing.
Took me almost 4 hours to get done for a procedure that should take 30 mins max

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Waited outside for 2 hours in the sun while doorkeepers treating the customers like we went their for begging or robbing.
And another 2 hours for xray and blood test. The nurse was in a hurry and it caused a bruising after the blood draw.

Totally disrespectful and unprofessional staffs.
Totally inhumane.
No planning to control large crowds.

Went there with my friend, and it was à horrible experience, they don't even respect customers. A boss there didn't hesitate to shout on a customer. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Best of best, if you're photos is not valid till security guard to take photo in his mobile then upload no need to go studio

Took me more than three hours for EID typing and medical. The EID typing process is disappointing as their system is down and no back up process plus some customers with out token number went directly at the counter, unfair to those with numbers already. I could say the process was a bit disorganized.

I was also disappointed with some staff not properly wearing their mask. In times like these we should be responsible to stop the covid19.

However, one thing amaze me they have instant photo service if ever you don’t have a new photo.

With regards to medical service, a bit fast and staffs are good.

Good service. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Salah Al Din metro station exit number 2 and landmark to New Era Supermarket opposite side of Reef Mall.reach by 7 AM for initial appointments.overall good.

Non professional employees since I enter the centre the one in the reception a local man hesl stop all the girls to argue with them that they are not the same person in the photos even you explain that make up may be let us look different
But he insists.and the girl who make the test for ladies take a break and leave us wait so I was forced to do it with the man and the man who do the chest test he didn't do it in a good way now they call me again to go back and do it. If any one want to do his resident visa go to al quz they are way professional 100 times than that center if there is rating -10 minus I will give it to this centre wasting our time

Extremely unhappy with the emirates ID typing center service. I have paid twice for my emirates ID just due to their staff fault. I am very unhappy with there staff services & will not recommended this center for Emirates ID service
