Sale Sucre / Salé Sucré Pâtisserie

My favourite cakes are from Sale Sucre,
Very tasty, some are too sweet, but that is up to taste.
The staff very friendly and helpful at all times.

Sale Sucre went an extra mile when i requested to put each slice of cake in a box. Perfect token for Teacher’s day!

They sent me wrong item and the lady with name Jane when I called instead of fix the problem told me we didn’t have what you want that’s why I send different item to you. What is this?

Many times, i am ordering some items for my guests, but unfortunately each and every time i am regretting because the taste and the quality i am getting is worst every single time!

The cashier is not approachable.we bought 1 cake and one sweet last night and while asking her the items she was sooo irritated. And she also punch our cake wrong.i love the cake soo much in every occossions i always bought sale sucre, but because of this girl i think i will stop eating it. # salesucre dubailailicon oasis

That was the first time trying this sweet shop, but it wasn’t pleasure experience for me at least, this Mango kunafa as they call it, has no identity at all, there is cake and cream in the middle which has no meaning at all.
The quality and the flavor didn’t met my expectations nor the taste.
It cost 120 AED, but I don’t recommend this type of sweet at least.
But the place is well known and had many branches across UAE.

Terrible experience on our last visit to the store in DSO. The Supervisor who seems to be Egyptian is so rude! If you're looking for mediocre dessert with terrible service, this is the place. Not patronising again!

They started out great then the quality just got worse and the prices are higher. I stopped going there.there are many better alternatives.

Lovely place. The cakes and pastries are awesome. They are not too sweet or bland. Overall they have a lot of options. They also provide special birthday candles and confetti. I recommend this place to all those sweet tooth addicts. Cheers!?

I am big fan of dessert and specially Kunafa with Mango, Ramadan 2020, price went high and quality of it degraded dramatically, it became cream with Kunafa and flavored mango, cream is 60% of the filling. I got shocked why I am hunting the Kunafa from bottom as am searching for oil on the rig heheheheh. They are losing their glamour unfortunately in 2020.

Note: usually after 9: 00 Pm they apply discount (20% to 25%) even in Ramadan, this year 2020 they said no we will not apply.

Hope I will be heard and someone will pay attention.

We got a cake from here and it was just absolutely delicious!
The prices were moderate, not too high not too low.
The staff was patient when I took forever to decide what to order!
The place was clean and well maintained.

Bottom line:
If you are looking for a new place to try cakes/desserts then give it a try!

If you are a fan of Icecreams and Oreo then Do try the Oreo Icecream cake!

We came to Sale Sucre to get a cake. They have a wide variety of cake options, they also have mini cakes that you can buy in a box with all different flavours, and various bakery biscuits, chocolates, and the like.

The quality of the cakes here are amazing, and we loved it a lot! We got a Ferrero cake, and enjoyed it to the last bit. It was sweet, moist, and creamy. We also got a box of their mini cakes, and a set of biscuits. Everything tasted very good, and no regrets at all.

If you go here, ask them if they have any promotions/offers to get a discount on the cake. We got a very good discount as it was National Day.

As it is my first experience with Sale’,
I chose different types of what was available as shown in the picture,
Which was some sort of western oriental mix like the tiramisu with pasposa,
I liked that the ideas are genuine,
However, I was not satisfied with the execution nor the quality, I will try to summarize my observations as follows:
1) the cooking chocolate used is obviously of poor quality reflecting really bad on the overall taste
2) some of the components like kunafa was overcooked while others like the pasposa was undercooked
3) All the 4 pieces were too sweet
4) even I was tasting and didn’t finish the whole thing I had that uncomfortable feeling normally coming when I eat products with margarine instead of natural butter
5) the tiramisu part was nothing related to the actual tiramisu “ imagine Nescafé is used instead of real coffee “
6) Despite the Nutella vase one was the best of all the other ones, I consider using ready bought components ingredients like Nutella to be used by a specialized patisserie is an insult

One last comment, when I asked about the kahk ingredients “ whether they were using margarine or milk butter” I got the “ we don’t know answer”!

In conclusion,
The over all taste is really poor and it can’t step up to the level of some of the non-specialized patisseries like Paul for instance, which is a shame.
