I sent and paid in full cost of sending my cargo by Air from Dubai to Kenya they promised the receiver she will receive her cargo in 3 days, after one month delay they called the recipient to demand more money without due compliance of terms and conditions. This is tantamount to detaining goods illegally and obtaining money by false pretence. My efforts to trace my cargo have been frustrated by arrogant and unhelpful employees. Send your goods with them at your own peril. I have maintained the receipt as evidence of payment as I seek legal redress.

I will complete 3 weeks and have not received my shipment
