Pathetic quality. The buckles start discoloring, rusting. Despite minimal usage and taking really good care, the belts just don’t stand the test of time. My husband has had the experience with his belt. Please do not buy from this place and invest your money at other luxurious brands.

Pathetic after sales service wherein the sales executive tries to frame you as a liar saying the shoes is not brought from Dubai Mall and from elsewhere. The mismatch of size on shoe and box were highlighted by them before which I had no idea of it also. All the records should be there in sellers system before blaming the customers. Why would a person buy two pairs of similar shoes and bring a wrong size one for exchange or repair whatsoever. Not at all expected of such behavior from a brand like Ferragamo. After 3.5 months when I called them, had they woken up to check and get me this update that nothing can be done. Ferragamo don’t trust their customers and from here on I do not find any means to be their customer hereafter. “PLEASE DON’T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS AS PER YOUR FAVORABLE WAY TO CONCLUDE. ”

We rely on big brands and pay more for the quality and top notch services. If such is the service why to pay more and get myself in ugly situation and be framed wrongfully.

Amazing boutique with a large collections for both males and females. Busy but you'll be served quickly.

Exchanged pair of shoe with a different size. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Sympathizing with Kenza's review, I had a similar terrible customer experience with this store. My belt buckle was defective and was discoloring so I took it into the store (originally purchased in the USA). Initially they told me it may take up to 3 MONTHS to receive a response from the service division. The manager also said this discoloration would have occured from 'humidity'? This belt has been kept in the bag and inside the box since purchase. After a couple of weeks they called and told me there is nothing they can do and also that they do not sell that particular model anymore. I provided a solution where they could give me a new model buckle and I would pay the difference, however they said this was not possible either. Negative experience compared to other designers in the same arena and really shows that they are not willing to stand behind their product whatsoever. Beware that if you purchase a product and have any issue they will not stand behind it when you go in after the fact (this includes the store managers and any other superiors). Other designers such as Louis Vuitton practice a much more customer centric model. Spend your money wisely.

I have bought a bracelet in here, less than 2 years ago, worn once a month and with care (no water etc). The bracelet is completely deteriorated.the buccle is not in the right color anymore but it is rusted. Furthermore, the “leather” band is tored and plit into two pieces. I can not be more disappointed than I am right now. This is not a luxury brand, it is a SCAM. The bracelet was bought for 940 AED but it does not worth even 50 AED. How can a “luxury” brand sell such BAD QUALITY products? Nowadays, Salvatore Ferragamo wants to make money over people and sell very bad quality products. If you are thinking of buying a jewellery there, well DON’T because the quality is VERY bad. I will write a separate comment dedicated to the customer service soon.

Amazing team, very respective and Proffesional. I have been their regular customer since 2 years. Other than that their products are great too.

Useless staff. Shop was empty and no one approached us to help. Staff actually makes it hard to buy anything here by alienating customers. Very arrogant and spoiled customer service
