My experience with amazing creation perfumes with Samawa is very good they have same fragrance like original.

They’re good, as good as you can get for a Dubai retailer. They follow through on what they tell you and they are reliable. I would appreciate if there could be more testers for some of the popular perfumes. For example, Asad by Lattafa. It is best selling on the website but a tester isn`t present.

I wouldn’t purchase again, seems not legit place to buy perfumes, I just compared a Dior perfume I bought from Dior boutique to the perfume I bought from Samawa for around 1500 dhs and the bottle has small differences, and the one I bought from Samawa stopped working and its 98% full and they wouldn’t want to refund or exchange saying its past 15 days. It was a mistake using Samawa. Should always stick to brand boutiques to avoid these places saying its not our business to exchange or refund. I doubt their perfumes are original too.

My last purchase of Montale last week had a really dodgy atomiser so instead of spraying it trickles water. Hopefully that can be resolved.

It's the first time I have bought from this store. It was delivered two days after the date they had specified. The perfume was overpriced! It wasn't even an ounce and I was chaged 48 dirhams for it. The other perfume was absolutely not the original smell! Overpriced for a fake too!

The smell is amazing as described i wanna add its suitable for summer and the longevity for 6 to 7 hrs.

Bought from this site many times. Service and quality definitely changed as of late.last order I had a bottle delivered that was leaking. After sending a message and writing a bad review about the experience, a customer rep messages me back with an attitude saying (as I'm a regular customer, i shouldn't have wrote bad review). The nerve on that guy was unbelievable. What made things worse they still didn't offer a replacement of the bottle or a refund.
Last time I buy from samawa. Advice buy from French fragrance or vperfumes at least the customer service is legit and polite when handling an issue.

Took a big risk and purchased a lot of fragrances with Samawa for the first time and guess what? They delivered accordingly! All fragrances were sealed and original. I ordered 3 of samawas amazing creations perfumes that are inspired by name brands i own or previously owned but they were not remotely similar to the originals, one of them smells like bug spray! Money down the drain.
