You’ll find hair in food, you’ll get foul smell from chicken.
Packaging is very bad, wasting lot of plastic.
Service is the poorest.

They think in JAFZA people don’t have options so they have no choice.

Please re work on your restaurant you need to go under Maintainence

It’s my second time in this restaurant and It is great! If you love Mexican food, this is your place. Amazing variety (they now have it on an iPad so super easy to choose). The food is delicious, and amazing service.

Food is amazing. We have always been treated with so much respect in this place. This is one of my favorite restaurant in Dubai. Staffs are so nice and make the dining out experience very special.

The wait staff was very friendly and made sure to keep our glasses full all night. They also gave us a birthday cake with our names on it, which was really thoughtful of them.

Me and my friends enjoyed our experience in this place. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and polite. I would like to especially thank Mr. Cem for his lovely service, non of our orders were late and he was so friendly with us.

You always will receive a warm welcome from the front door to your table, and then the great service begins with very well-trained and organized waiters like Ismael and Justin and beautiful waters like Ivy.

Palak paneer here is the best! I was delighted to find the same authentic taste of my hometown. Such a lovely trip to memory lane.

We had a great buffet lunch on the last working day of the year. Food selection was good and most of us had three helpings. Preeti was the one assisted us, she was very attentive and cheerful when she attended to us. Overall, Sameer is a nice place to have lunch in a group.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Sameer restaurant. It was one of my favorite place always for food - best in class and economical

Recently we have arranged a party at office with multiple nationalities included. The food was arranged over 2 calls and have provided best in class meal. Delicious food, perfect packing, economical rate and mind satisfying. All of the attendees had given a 100% satisfaction about food.
I would recommend to contact Mr. Daya who was very patient and welcoming to make changes even 1 hour before the delivery

Very Bad service. Don’t order lunch from here, they are taking order after they will cancel themselves.
The guy who ordered food will wait till 3pm and crying. Because all other restaurants are closed that time.

We ordered neychoru & beef varatharachathu it was not good. After eating this stomach issue came.

Very bad experience, the lady in billing " Sirjana " very rude behaviour to the customer, feels like they are giving food for free.

We got the catering done from this place and food was outstanding the buffet had a good balance of spicy and non spicy food.perfect blend of both. The staff Mansoor, Yakoob and Basher though having language barrier they where super helpfull and kind and made sure huest where attended very well. Recently visited this restaurant inside Jebel Ali Free Zone. The place was amazing with smiling staff, despite they have to work as normal during Ramadan (note: the restaurant is open during daytime in Ramadan for dine-in). The cleanliness is fantastic with an ambience of a fine dining restaurant, yet the prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are good enough to fill the stomach. Taste is well above acceptable. If I get a chance to go to Jebel Ali Free Zone, I will visit this place again.

When called back they asked me to order more 20 aed to deliver the missed item which was their fault

Everything is so costly, service was very late, food was getting ready after 30-45 minutes, rates were raised like a top class restaurant. It's in Jabal ali where majority of people's are labour they can't afford them daily. So, they were move to nearby restaurants like raseen, sakhi, modern, sahara, zabeel, vaigai and karakchino.

Today (24.02.2022) we tried to order food from you but your staff (Nepali Lady) who used to take orders through the phone told us to order from another restaurant as we took more than 10 seconds while ordering.

This is not the right way to talk with your customer, hotel management should give proper training to their staff, we know your staff get frustrated in peak hours but they should listen to customers' requirements to get food orders.

This is quite a disturbing to explain this. The amount of Artificial color that they are adding in food is unbelievable.

I had to clean my hands like 6 times with soap to make it look normal. Management needs to take care of this.

One of the Best restaurants in Dubai South. The food quality, Taste and presentation is superb. It made to come here and say good things about this restaurant as I was looking for some good options for lunch at office time in south and I am glad I find this. Prices are also very reasonable. Do try their meals. 10/10

If there was minus option i would have given that too. I cannot comment about the food as this was the first time i ordered but about the delivery. ITS WORSE WORSE WORSE. I ordered charcoal chicken (green chilly) and fried rice with chicken chilly. Charcoal chicken wasn't fresh and having pungent odor, I got a small worm from the fried rice, may be from the rice or vegetable. Also I got my food almost 2 hours after my order (5.45pm I ordered, got at 7.35pm). Front office staff (a lady) wasnt behaving well also, When I called to complain about the food they where cutting the call. Worst experience ever… DHA should make a visit at this hotel

No doubt food is good. The management have give 100 employes task to 10 employees. They are try to do best they can. If there were enough chef and 2-3 counters to receive orders it will be very easy to handle and grow your restaurant.

You need to teach your receptionist how to communicate with the customer who places the order online through any app. I have ordered food through Smile app at 11am.and selected as collection. In app its showing ready for collection. But its 12pm till im waiting outside the resrutant for my order. ONE OF THE BAD EXPEIRNCE I HAVE RECIVED BY THE RESTAURANT.

Really it’s waste of time when you order something from this restaurant. All reception people giving false information and lie. Your mind and occasion will spoil when you make a order with him. It happened for me continuously.

If i can put o star on the service sameer restaurant provides. Worst means worst.we have ordered food for our staffs and theses people are delivered only half of the food! So what will the other people will do. Starve? And the delay is horrible that they took more than a hour just to deliver 2 street across.

Placed an order at 11am, past 1pm and still waiting for my order.when I call them up they tell me that I ordered after the driver had left and need to wait for an additional 20-30min.seriously? It takes you 2 and a half hours to deliver? Do you expect your customers to place a lunch order at breakfast time?

They are becoming worse everyday, too many tables but very less staff to serve and they should really think of changing/training the staff because they were rude. I thought it was my perspective.but my colleague mentioned the same.they were showing the attitude that. "eat if you want or just leave". Not at all welcoming. They are pricey too.the problem with jebel ali free zone is the food/restaurant choices are less.so we are forced to go to these restaurants even if we complain their service.

Food is tasty and comparatively cheap. A goods restaurant for dine in. Home delivery services has to be improved somewhat.

Water & welcome drink, neat, clean and big space, tasty food with big portion and affordable price, no other restaurant in labor camp like this. You should try in your next lunch!

Yesterday I order food for take away as their delivery is alwys a major probs so I prefer to pickup the food alwys. Order was punched on 1.42 and said it will be ready 20 min. Ordered briyani paratha and meal. Now the worst experience started waiting waiting almost for 1 hour at 2.42 after they are saying the kitchen is not sending your order hahah joke people infront of me coming behind me ate the food but my order was cancelled. No shame to apologise also. Moreover asked them to give atleast butter milk the cashier saying take from the counter when I went to counter he is saying it's in kitchen and they even didn't brother to give atleast that. Pathetic service if you cannot manage tell customer upfront dnt make them wait for hours. My suggestion if you wanna have food order 3 hours before you may end my eating your food on time. Keep the worst service so you can have more happy customers like me

Taste and hospitality is really good at a reasonable price which often gives offer.if you a non-vegetarian just give a try on chicken manchow soup.
