SAN Furniture - Dubai

They said I have to settle the account before installation and they promised to provide support if there is a problem. On the day of installation, I found out that they changed the bed model without my approval. When I complained to them, they said they would fix it later, but they still haven't answered me after a month. Do not trust them

Very much disappointed with their services, ottoman made with them did not last even for a month, bed railings were not strong enough, they don’t provide any services for mending, specially sales assistant shahid doesn’t respond for the calls.please don’t approach san furniture for making customized furnitures.

They collected 100% of the payment in advance and they delivered completely defected product to my partner, they have been promising to fix it but they never did and they kept on dragging for months with no solution, my own experience with this company is completely horrible

Very sorry I ignored bad reviews here about their customer service and lies about finishing what is paid for. They forgot to make a piece in bed which was discussed and for 1 month I am chasing them to finish work, first they were ignoring calls and messages or saying they are busy with other people's deliveries, now woman Sidra who is from the way she is speaking is indifferent to the discomfort of customers, promised confidently it's gonna be started last week an lies again, and her attitude as if all of it is absolutely normal. All looks total mess with warehouse and communication. Very unpleasant experience. Only pleasant person there was sales person Muzamel and the driver who came to collect the piece but wasn't informed to bring also things with him.

The worst quality of furniture I’ ve never found, the customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone.

They don’t have honestly about the delivery timing they told me 7 days the sofa will be ready and it’s not true more than 10 days days is the worst furniture campany! Supposed today I receive the sofa but no one cantact me I call no one answered! I don’t advise to deal with such campany they are not professional…
