I wouldn’t recommend them, not professional especially the team who does the fixing of curtains, they damaged my walls while drilling holes, imagine curtain fell off on the second day, after a week my wall mirror fell off and when they come to fix one of them said my wall was not straight, they don’t even listen to you and just do what they feel is right yet they are wrong

So unprofessional they damaged some stuff and damaged the walls in my new apartment in several places they installed the curtains so wrong and ugly the workers are dirty hand prints on the walls and some was spitting on the apartment floor worst experience ever they didn't even apologise after all they did they where insisting on just throwing stuff out of the boxes any where even on the floor not there problem anymore coz they want to take the boxes to reuse them that's was the target not to unpack my stuff they don't care they just wants there boxes back I'm sure there is alot of people who had this experience but they are just not going to waste there time talking about it but trust me this company is a very big NO GO

After reading some horror reviews of moving experiences, I was referred to Sana Movers by a friend.

We were moving after 10years so we had lot of items to be moved. Had couple of Movers come and give quotations, however some were did seem professional, others did bother to come on time (even for giving quote).

Sana Movers came on time to give the quote. Quote was reasonable, but I got a good impression that they would be professional as when they were giving the quote they made notes of things to move, what would be needed and how many packers etc.

On the day of the move, they were on time. They had all proper documentation needed for the building management. They had all the material for packing - wrap, boxes etc.

The Packers were very detailed, they made their own markings on the boxes. They dismantled whatever was to be dismantled and kept all the screws etc in place.

At the new place they assembled all furniture as needed, set it up properly. Even set up the wall hangings etc. They wanted to do more, but we were tired, so some boxes (mainly clothes, books etc) were kept aside and they left after 8pm. In all they spent 12 hrs in packing - moving - unpacking.

Neat and clean, all garbage was taken, they even offered to come back after couple of days to take back the boxes etc

In all very happy with their service and professional approach.

It was a good experience with Sana. Prompt response, arrived on time, even small items they have wrapped properly.important they haven't left waste in the rooms and they made it easier for me to handover to the keys without much effort.

The person who picks up the phone number starting with 766 is extremely rude and judging people with the where we currently live. His first question is ARE YOU MALAYALI? He is asking this in kerala language and when I avoided this question again he insisted again with that question. Moving is your business or you have a coaching centre for a particular language? That's so rude of him.

Secondly when I told him I wanna shift from a this area to another area, his answer was FROM THIS AREA WE DONT PICK UP in a very insulting way. Come on man grow up! So much discrimination why? The way he spoke aa if he offers his services and free and we are all beggers

The best part is he says I WILL TELL U RATE, IF IT IS AFFORDABLE YOU TELL ME, ELSE I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AND MY SUPERVISOR TIME. ONLY IF YOU AGREE OUR RATE THEN I WILL SEND MY SUPERVISOR TO HAVE SITE VISIT. Wow man so intelligent!

I'm not sure how the reviews are so good for this company. We were saved from a disaster by cancelling our move with them at the last minute. Their sales director Mr. Anish has no professionalism or work ethics. He was extremely rude when I had called him to ask for a few boxes in advance to pack our things. I spent an entire day contacting their team to get a hold of the boxes with no proper response from anyone. The worst part was the way Mr. Anish spoke as if we were availing their service for free. I've never heard anyone from sales speak with so much arrogance and attitude or email me in such a condescending manner. I'm so glad we decided to cancel our move with them and save ourselves the hassle of dealing with such uncivilised people.

Utter waste service. Dealing of the agents are in an arrogant way. Even the service itself is very poor and they are taking huge amount too.

The team were on time.
They noted the overview of what and how to pack.
My old apartment was wrapped up completely within 4 hours.
Unpacking and reassembling took less than 4 hours as well.
So the package I asked for was relocating apartment as it is. I didn't have to unpack anything.
Everything was taken care of with absolute precision.
The team is professional.
U just have to sit and watch how they unfold their talent.
The gentlemen from Ethiopia (who btw speaks fluent hindi) was responsible for kitchen relocated each and every item from our exiting to new kitchen as it was. He is one passionate guy.

We moved from our two bedroom apartment in Ajman to a new one in Sharjah and used Sana Movers. It was the most pleasant experience. The movers arrived at 8: 30 AM sharp and a team of 8 had all our stuff dismantled, packed and loaded into the trucks within 5 hours. Trust me when I say it was A LOT of stuff. We had some pretty complicated furniture to disassemble/ reassemble (four poster bed/ IKEA sliding cupboards etc.) But they did everything seamlessly. All the clothes that were hanging were transported as is in a special box with railings attached so they weren't creased.
When we reached the new place they drilled and installed all the wall hangings wherever we wanted them to and didn't damage even one thing.
The thing that gives you peace of mind is that they sign a form telling you that if they damage anything in the move they will replace it.
Highly reccomend these guys.

The worst movers in UAE they destroyed my new furniture after paying them good amount of money now i am paying extra money to outside carpenter to fix my furniture because the supervisor of sana movers is so rude he will not listen to you and he will just cut down the call on your face several times.

Last week I used Sana movers to shift my 2BHK things within dubai, First of all they came late, the salesman who came to our house for estimation told us their employees will be at my home at 8.30am on the day of shifting but the came after 9.30am only and said some lame excuses like they went to al nahda sharjah instead of dubai al nahda.

Their way of packing the furniture is good but the material they used to cover our furniture looked like used rugs, we didn’t like it. Totally 5 persons came (Mr.kannan team), in that only 3 (Mr.kannan, Mr.ganga and the other guy said he is from Ethiopia) are very good in their work but the other two guys (one of this guy is a driver) said they are from Pakistan, these two guys didn’t do like professional movers, they just removed our things without care and when they are replacing to our new house these two guys dumped our things everywhere in the wardrobes without asking our opinions. We had to sort it out after spending few hours. If they would have asked us before dumping we could have saved few hours of our time.

The communication between the salesperson and the shifting employees needs to be improved. I told the salespersons clearly during my flat visit that the ceiling fans are should be fixed (except electric connection) by your team but they did not inform these shifting guys, so they came unprepared (came without proper drill bit), I explained these guys that your salesperson agreed to fix the ceiling fans when they came for estimation then they went to bring the required tools in between the shifting.

I really appreciate the hard work of Mr. Kannan, Mr. Ganga and the gentleman from Ethiopia, their work were beyond our expectations and they did extra whatever we asked like hanging our new frames in the new flat. This team took more time to finish their work completely by 6.30 pm. I gave three stars rating because of these three guys. The other two guys need to be more professional and the management team should give them PROPER training and advice to be more sincere in their work.

I would not recommend 100% SANA movers to others, I may recommend if the other two guys improves their skills.
