My second experience and probably the last, was there for lunch, the place was 30% occupied, service was very slow, the brought the item for each of us in different time, food was ok but over priced for the quality, overall very average

The food was good. The atmosphere was beautiful but I would just comment on the um Ali. It should have been served hot.

I came to enjoy but unfortunately i got so upset

Beautiful place we tried Moroccan tea, Umm Ali and Tiramisu I loved the Umm Ali but I didn’t like the tiramisu.

Nice and beautiful ambience. Absolutely fantastic in winters to sit outdoors with a lake view. Mediterranean food which is average but I think people just love it for Shisha and ambience

9am on a Friday morning empty everywhere and the intelligent waiter insisting not to let us sit in the shaded area because she says children are not allowed in that area (which is right next to the other area). If the waiter sees a guest insists at least go check with the manager instead of sticking to her opinion and let us leave the place and leave this comment!

We visited this restaurant on Friday 26/11/202 and we had breakfast meal (eggs) it was me, my son and my friend and all of us got food poisoning as three of us had the same symptoms at the same time

Its the WORST place to visit never never recommend it to anyone

We recently dined at Sansation in Motor City. We loved the outdoor seating ambience with November catering to a lovely weather. The entire place was themed brightly with blue and white, reminding of Santorini.

We order a Cesar salad, Chicken main course and lamb kebabs. The food was truly delicious, although we felt that the quantity was too less for the price.

What we ordered:

Chicken Cesar Salad - AED 39 (4*)
Chicken Mussakhan - AED 70 (5*)
Lamb kebabs - AED 54. (5*)

The place is a little overpriced. We could let go the high rates for food, however we felt that AED 34 per bottle of Sparkling water was a little too much.

Amazing Greece style restaurant, Best service ever, delicious food, juices and shesha.

We very glad to visit this place and see this hidden gem! Ambiance, foods, drinks and staffs are the best! From start to finish. Very warmth and cool place at the same time. Special thanks to Joy who really brought us joy to our table. Keep up the amazing vibes!

I drove for 35 min to reach this restaurant to find out that if you have a child you cannot enjoy the view and have to set inside because the smoking area is not seperated from the non smoking area, what a disappointing management!

Good Food but over price specially Shisha (which is bad) / water / beverages ….

The food is amazing, both day and evening atmosphere and interior are insta-worthy and it has a perfect outdoor seating especially with the weather getting better. The cuisine is Arabic/ middle Eastern and the interior gives Greece vibes I guess. Must try the Maglooba and the Fatoosh, it's the best I had in a while.

The place is Instagrammable very Mediterranean vibes. I had the mansaf delicious and nice salads. I had a great refreshing mocktail. Staff were friendly but did forget a couple of orders. Good place to catch up with friends

The restaurant in the morning is very quiet, the staff is very kind, and the service is fast, the place gives an illusion of the Greek marine life, there are places designated for smokers and shisha

My issue was not with the food nor the place, my issue was with hospitality and experience that we got.
Yesterday I have arrived with my family there and we waited like 5 minutes till some one came to us. Then he was so unfriendly for no reason and apparently the nice view of the restaurant is only for smokers so we could not sit there since we have a baby, nevertheless he offered us a super ugly place almost inside the kitchen with an attitude of”either you get or get out”. We said yes at least let’s have something to eat since the baby is starving so we asked about the breakfast or any breakfast material so the unfriendly host said he will ask his boss and he just went out in front our eyes did not ask any one and said no breakfast only lunch.
We left immediately and we were very disappointed I did not expect such an experience in the lovely Dubai.

I have found this place recently and was very surprised that there is an amazing calm spot in motor city. Water view tables, food is delicious. Highly appreciated that during the summer time they build an expensive tent with good working AC however many places in Dubai with higher income made it bad and cheap. Thank you guys, will come again and again!

Very Poor experience, suddenly one came and said we need to move to the non smoking area after being in the same spot for 2 hours, they told us this area is non smoking till 6.30 only and no one informed us before being seated

Ambience ambience ambience.great place and great atmosphere and good food, service is 6/10 and price of food is average for that area, but price of fresh juices is overkill, this is where the hidden charges go to inflate your bill.my advice, if you are a big group stay with the sodas and enjoy the food and place.

Visited in the winter month and it was very pleasant. Went in the summer and it was a smoke fest even in the non smoking section. I walked out as I didn't want to smell like an ashtray. Tip to the manager.perhaps don't put fans on the walls and ceiling sucking in air from the smoking section and blasting it on the non smoking section? I'll probably be back in the winter.

I liked the new decorations as if you are in Santorini. As Restaurant it's normal liek any other in Dubai. No special thing about except the atmosphere is peaceful and good matching of colors.

I can surely say that this is the worst dining experience I've ever had in Dubai.
Rude lady at the entrance, the food is tasteless, flies and other insects flying over your plate, slow service.
It is not worth the money paid

Amazing Restaurant. We had Sheesha and food. It was amazing.
First item we ordered was Grilled Chicken Wings, and then Grilled Abbyes. Both were top notch. And Adding cherry on the top, their Sansation special sheesha was just awesome

The service is good and the staff are nice, the place is a bit crowded and chairs vary some are comfortable and some are not

Unfortunately our experience was not great. Starting with the appetizers that we got and were too could although it was supposed ti be “hot meza” platter and it took them more than 30 min to serve it while other tables were getting their orders before us and we came before them.
The main dishes were not bad except the pasta that was too salty to be served to any person.
Overall experience as mentioned was not good and maybe if the weather is colder because it’s an open place.

Good shisha & nice views either fot morning or evenings its air conditioned so it gives you the open view in the summer also

The worst Iftar set menu 2021, I went there because there was an amazing open buffet in 2019. However this year the set menu they offer doesnt meet anyone’s expectations

Very bad quality of food,
We’ve been in this place like 3 times before but was good, but simply the supervisor said yeah it’s been 2 weeks the food like that! I’ve asked him then what? What you will do in this case? The answer was nothing!
The Tabouli looks anything but not Tabouli!
The shawarma chicken and Tawouk taste is disgusting, they put very bad Garlic sauce and beetroot pickles in the sandwich!
Also I’ve asked the supervisor did you see beetroot pickles before in any Tawouk or shawrma sandwich, he said definitely no!
So I’ve asked for our bill and guess what they charged the Tawouk and Shawarma that we didn’t eat and the supervisor said it doesn’t make any sense to put beetroot picked inside and won’t be tasty!
I don’t recommend this place to eat maybe for shisha and juice if they have (nice view) but not for food!

Lovely ambience and decent food.very lively, would definitely visit again, but parking was a bit difficult to find. You can valet but make sure you get your ticket stamped and that will give you a 50% discount and so you pay only DHS 15 as compared to DHS 30.

A restaurant which is below average standards. Food is average and service is not really outstanding. Meanwhile Motor City offers many more outlets where you can dine in. Tried once but that was enough.

The staff is competent, the food is nice, and it is always full! It's your "go to" place like Friends Central Perk. You have Shisha place and a non Shisha spot indoors beside the kitchen. No one sits in the non Shisha spot, but we did however because the Shisha smoke was overbearing.

Very hot that I couldn't enjoy the lovely view. The strawberry and passion mojito were nice and shisha was good.

I visited here to have some coffee and dessert
The place is really calm and nice.they have an air conditioned outside terasse with a nice view on the artificial lake.
Prices are acceptable and the accept cash and credit.
Staff were nice and helpful.
What I did not like is the fact they have no special place for non smokers.

Was really good but suddenly it got bad! Did not well cooked, turkish coffee not billed but done by machine, shisha was much better. I used to like that place and I hope it gets good again.

Greaaaaat fooood. Great service. Very friendly staff, it's my favorite restaurant in the area. Today I tried the iftar for the first time here. It was super amazing: D it's 75 dirhams for open buffet and it worth every fils.

The buffet is not good. Not variety in food. No BBQ. No tang. No kebab, no Shawrma and many more food that are missing

Incredible restaurant with unforgettable food all in a decent price. Their Lasagne is truly delicious and their milkshakes are amazing.

Super friendly staff, especially in the morning! Food is delicious, shisha is fabulous and I totally recommend it. This is my to go restaurant/café when I visit Dubai!
