I have booked the services of blood tesets several times and the team is professional. What I really liked is the follow up of the doctor, in my case I took a medication and the doctor explained all needed information and was answering all of my questions, clarifying all the concerns.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Sapphire Home Health Care, and I must say that my experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment I walked through the doors, I encountered a multitude of issues that left me questioning the quality of care provided at this clinic.

Firstly, the reception staff appeared disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. Their unprofessional demeanor set a negative tone right from the start. I expected a warm and welcoming environment, but instead, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff.

Furthermore, the waiting area was overcrowded and poorly maintained. The chairs were uncomfortable, and there was a lack of adequate seating for patients. The long wait times only exacerbated the discomfort, as I spent an excessive amount of time waiting to be seen by a healthcare professional. It was evident that the clinic was understaffed, leading to an inefficient and frustrating experience for patients.

Once I finally had the opportunity to meet with a healthcare provider, I was disappointed by the lack of attention and care I received. The doctor seemed rushed and disinterested in my concerns, barely giving me an opportunity to explain my symptoms. The consultation felt impersonal and lacking in empathy, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied.

Additionally, the clinic's facilities were not up to par. The examination rooms appeared outdated and poorly maintained, which raised concerns about cleanliness and overall hygiene. This lack of attention to the physical environment further eroded my confidence in the clinic's ability to provide quality healthcare.

Overall, my experience at Sapphire Home Health Care was nothing short of disheartening. The unprofessional reception staff, long wait times, lack of personalized care, and subpar facilities all contributed to a deeply unsatisfactory visit. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative healthcare options rather than subjecting themselves to the disappointing and substandard services provided by this clinic.

This is the most professional healthcare service! The whole team works perfectly, I did Nipti test and they even explained me the results. I will only work with Sapphire home care service from now on?

Dr Aya is amazing, so lovely, understanding and literally able to help you with any questions. Even with other doctors I’d call doctor Aya for help or reassurance and she would make everything clear. I won’t consult any other doctor now without Dr Ayas opinion.

Arti came to my own to draw blood. I have difficult veins to find, but Arti did a great job. She was organized and followed proper health protocols, including wearing a mask in my own. Would 100% recommend.

After an unpleasant experience, we reported our concerns to upper management, only to be told that our concerns were not welcomed. They offered us a discount on future services, but didn't apologize or tell us they would look deeper into the issues.
I don't understand how businesses like this one exist in 2023.

Wait times are too long in this clinic. We waited nearly 90 minutes to be seen. The nurse was rude and honestly I don't know how she even has a license. We will never return here and we will be sure to tell everyone also! Bad business.

Very professional company. Nurse Madhu came on time, explained all the details, took blood in such a good way that I didn’t have a pain at all and I don’t have any bruise (which is rare). Price is affordable comparing to other companies. Highly recommending! Thank you very much

My wife and I visited Sapphire Home Health Care for a simple work up for my wife. From the time we arrived we had a bad experience. They made us wait for an excessive amount of time and when we asked if we could reschedule (After 2 hours) they told us we were up next, but then we still waited 30 minutes more and others went ahead of us.
When we finally got into the room, our Nurse Arti missed my wifes vain 3 times and caused a lot of discomfort for her. Overall We have an extremely unpleasant experience and will Never Return to this Clinic!
