Very bad experience, dirty with bad smell, my kids in the hospital dur to allergy insects, no room service, furniture is too bad condition, my advice don't ever try this hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Seriously. The staff was very unprofessional. There wasn’t any trash cans everywhere, so if you wanted to throw your trash you have to go all the way down to the kitchen to throw it. On the last day there was a woman and she said there was a tissue in the pool. We never threw the tissue in the pool. Actually my mom found the tissue in the parking lot of the villa, and maybe the wind carried it to the pool. Most importantly, the woman said we HAVE TO PAY 300 AED TO A SPECIAL COMPANY TO GET IT OUT! What is this? ! And if you wanted housekeeping you also have to pay 400 AED. Nah no way I am paying this much for housekeeping. Anyways we are never going to this hotel again. You cannot trust sarai apartments.

Great apartments with nice facilities especially if you’re a family (we stayed through GlobalStay on booking) but sadly, the company isn’t accommodating and not all the bedrooms have closets

Very bad staff, waste of money please dnt go there rather to book this property.please book atlantis the Palm or sofitel because I fully paid the property at the time of check out they charged me for towel wash 200AED. When I asked for a receipt, they didn't gave me. Very disappointed

Bad and failed management and an unprofessional team, bad and small rooms for family, not interested in customers, the most important thing is taking extra money from customers without providing any service.they charge me for extra beds and persons without offering any extra beds for us and they we are family.they are cheating, we stay for 8 days. Hotel owners do not know how their employees deal with customers? Your continuation of this bad service directs your project to criticize you from everyone.

In the end turned out to be a great choice for the week stay with family including 3 kids. We rented a car to move around to be more flexible as the place is obviously a bit far from many Dubai attractions.
Like: 1) location (nice private beach, heated pool), away from the city traffic 2) clean 3) quiet 4) price per m2 5) local supermarket 6) free parking
Dislike: we had some issues while booking the place (I got an impression that payment was not required in the first place, but when double-checked, the staff member just cancelled my reservation). In the end we made it through.
There’s no catering (no breakfast, no restaurant at the property), but this is your own choice.
Overall, great experience.

They are not hotel, they are apartment which is for me is nice for backpacker visitors. We booked as family staycation in a 1 bed room hall apartment. The location is good right after the Sofitel Hotel. Reception is good she is so nice receiving my booking. Lobby is clean, parking is well maintain, lift is acceptable… hall way is classic vintage arabian look. Room is enough for us, AOC TV has direct Netflix, Master bedroom has NO Netflix. I just flagged the Amazon HDMI in it to just to have the Netflix access. Room is clean, with washing machine, dishwashing cleaner complete with soap. Electric stove, utensils, plates they are organize and clean. Kudos to the cleaner. Only one thing there is one cockroach roving during at night. Shower is not working well. Final rating will be share to my TripAdvisor account @mrjowy

Customer service at the badest. Booked a villa for the premium price and service was even below g rated. The staff took photos of the dam bed sheets to charge 200 AED for the cleaning of a single bed sheet which barely cost 50 of the dam thing. Hugely disappointed. Nothing more then living in a jail where there are a full rule book to follow. The keep 2000 AED deposit only to deduct at check out. Dnt waste ur hard earned money. Sofitel next is millions time better. Must avoid.

للامانه شقق ولا اروع من ناحية الاستقبال والتعامل من الاستقبال خصوصاً من الاخت السوريه لا اعرف اسمها للاسف ولكن تعاملها كان راقي ومحترم.
انصح بهذه الشقق لمن يريد الراحه والهدوء والاستجمام بالمسبح او الشاطي النظيف بعيداً عن ازعاج البشر وخصوصيه كامله على الشاطي.

Very nice apartment and beach, 24h supermarket is good too. View from room could be better and deposit is a bit high. However, very good stay!

ريحة الشقة كانت سيئة ، حجزنا شقة ل ١٠ اشخاص والمتوفر من اللحافات والمخدات فالشقة كان ل٦ اشخاص فقط. وطلبنا زيادة وبعد ٣ ساعات انتظار رفضوا اعطاءنا! وفلوس التأمين خصموا منها بالرغم ان يوم طلعنا من الشقة ماكان في شي تالف! هذا المكان لا يليق بأن يخدم سياح الدولة ولا يرقى لمستوى خدمات الشقق الفندقية في دبي! لا انصح به

Simply Comfort Apartments in Sarai Apartments were just great! Clean, spacious, directly on the beach!

Luxury place but bad internet when trying to watch TV and if, like me, you like to watch the sunset on the beach, it’s facing the complete opposite direction. Good service and staff seem nice.

Location is far away from everywhere but you have direct beach access. There is only a small supermarket which is very expensive, of course, because it is the only one around. No restaurant and no Cafe at all. You have to go to the nearby Hotels.
The liveguard was very unfriendly. When a child made a sound or a small jump he came and expelled them from pool which I never experienced in Dubai through the years we were visiting Dubai.

Nice place, tenants are good and bery cooperative. Open place for walk. Garden, beach and pool very neat and clean.

Nice and quite place if you like apartments. Great rooms and good rates.

Missing at least a possibility for a buffet breakfast. Mini market is very expensive!

Great appartment with everything inside a family can need. Swimming pool is heated a grass playing field divides it from the white sandy beach. Both are used in December, daily temperatures are around 27 degrees while in the night it falls to 25 or 24. Cool alternative to European winter.

I had a very bad expirience in this place, so would like to warn potential travelers.

1. Sea is full of jelly fish. There are no safety nets and no urgent medical service available. I was very badly bitten by jellyfish and nobody could help, so I went to the hospital. My vacation was ruined as the doctor prescribed antibiotics and antiallergic medicine, plus told me to avoid direct sunlight. Please do not repeat my mistake and choose a hotel with special safety nets to enjoy the sea.
2. Not enough sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach so very often we were asked to go to the pool.
3. The pool is very noisy because it is full of kids, who are playing and screaming so you can not relax
4. The existing sunbeds are very old and dirty, the side tables are broken.
5. The place is very far from the city so the only way to reach anything is by taxi or rent a car.
6. Boring place: no restaurants or cafes inside
7. There is no even a small grocery or shop near by.
8. The overall attitude to people is very bad

Vast ocean landscape greets ur eyes on arrival with a majestic and we'll architectural building facing the ocean. It's a breath taking environment and I love the vegetation around.

There is a beach and a private pool for the apartments.
There are ground apartments with a private pool.
The place is very beautiful and very suitable for families.

We tried 1 salad, short ribs n tomahawk. Only tomahawk is excellent taste. The other 2 is lower than average. In overall, not worth much from cost-benefit point of view!

So peaceful, quiet & a very relaxing place where you can enjoy so much of life by checking out the nice sceneries & picture-perfect views! Looking forward in visiting the place again soon
