Conjusted sitting Space food taste is very poor.especially comparing with other Saravana bhavan or veg. Restaurants. The food is very oily and poor in taste Not worth
If they stop throwing the plates and vessels and cut down the noise becoz of those vessels, it's a good place to have ur food. I went today and couldn't eat my food well bcoz of the loud noise of the vessels. I got a headache there. The food is good, please don't spoil the ambience.
Do not order anything other than South Indian dishes here. We had ordered Chinese dishes and were extremely disappointed with the food quality. The South Indian items were however pretty good.
Food was delicious but service was very very bad. I don't know it's because of rush or what.but really they need to improve their service n cleanliness
Thank you for everything. High quality, tasty food and quick service- reasons good enough to visit here again and again. Tried masala dosa, poori bhaji, ghee roast, vada, filter coffee, etc. - all top notch. Sambar and coconut chutney is just perfect. Thank you and see you soon!
No doubt shravana bhawan has its own place in the heart of South Indian food dewllers. Yes the food is good so is the price. But hygiene. I mean way to go in comparison to any other eateries of Saravana Bhavan stature in Dubai
Tastes good but didn feel healthy, just one dosa coffee, felt heavy. Server admitted they add dalda in chapathi, not at all expected for this brand/price point. Al muteena branch worst hospitality, karama branch very friendly though. Good food but not repeat audience, competitions like aryaas woodland sangeetha score more in my point of view
The restaurant was clean, opened early. There is ample seating, both upstairs and downstairs. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. The service is good (minimal waiting time) and the food is delicious. We had the cheese dosa, idly and a plain vada - highly recommend the cheese dosa. There is an area for washing hands, this was essential for us. Overall an excellent Indian restaurant. Will definitely visit again.
Huge portions! Like HUGE! Prices are very very acceptable. This outlet is not a big one, but of you are visiting for lunch during the week you will most likely find a table right away. As I saw most of the orders were for taking out of the restaurant / delivery. I loved their dishes. Their mango lassi is great. Try any of the many different kinds of Dosa they have! Very polite staff! Recommended.
Being a South Indian restaurant, South Thali is always a go to option if u are hungry. If u want to keep light, try Dosa, Idli, vada. All these options are Very Tasty. I wouldn't recommend North Indian here.
The ambience is regular south indian restaurant, we ordered south indian thali which was unlimited & very reasonably priced at 18 AED, The thali had lot of dishes alongwith chaas & rice. It all tasted super delicious & we all had more than our appetite. The only drawback faced was the order taking waiter dint know a word of hindi & english & so it became a little too difficult to inquire or say things. Overall a highly recommended restaurant if one is looking for south indian food.
Love this place for the South Indian delicacies, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, you'll always go out full and less hurt on the pockets. Clean, hygenic and staff is friendly but rushed coz of the numerous orders. A must must visit.
Quality of food was not good at all. We are regulars but this time very disappointed. Dosa was not good, sambhar was not good, chutneys were not upto the mark. Vada was extremely oily.
Great south indian food, with abundant north indian options as well. Prices are affordable, yet the ambience gives a premium vibe. Parking is a headache on weekends (especially Friday), but it's in close proximity to the karama central bus station (5-10 minute walk) with connected pedestrian walkways/cycle paths.
Nice South Indian Veg food place. If you are a vegetarian and need a delicious food, this is the place you should visit atleast once. Along with all south Indian food items, you also get South Indian sweets and savouries here.
Last time I visited for dinner, the food was not up to the mark. We had ordered ghee roast and the dosa had so little ghee that it tasted like a plain dosa. My friend had ordered pav bhaji and it was not so good either. Finally we bought Diwali sweets from here but to our disappointment the sweets were pretty average too. Had breakfast from here earlier many times and the food was good but not sure what's with the recent lack of quality. I feel its not worth the price anymore.
Its a costly hotel when i compared with other simlar hotels and the taste is no so good as it was before There must be a door when the waiters enter into the kitchen becoz the kitchen smoke comes to the eating area in the ground floor
Been here a couple of times, quickly and tasty south Indian meals, breakfast dishes are the most post popular followed by its thali for lunch. I do think MTR is better in quality and taste but this place is not bad either
