Saravanaa Bhavan, Al Nahdha Dubai

Why are we going to Saravana because of it's quality, which is no more upto the marks. We are getting the dosa half of their price outside in better quality.

It was a good experience at Saravana Bhavan. The food quality was good and quick service something which is a trade mark of Saravana Bhavan.

This is not Saravana Bhavan.
Food prices expensive.really not tasty.
Especially sofa with poor sitting position also lot off stain

South Indian tasty only one give saravanaa bhavan only place com to open your branch in marina area we are search in real south Indian restaurant no here plz

This is our sunday special morning breakfast regime.

Our favourite is mini breakfast thali.and their filter coffee.

Mini breakfast thali includes

One big idli
One big meduvada
One masala dosa
Kesar halwa
Pongal / upma

Unlimited
Sambar, coconut chuntey, tomatoe chutney

The food was not good especially Paneer 85 Biriyani is horrible
, The restaurant interiors have become old and in a very poor state, menu prices are more expensive than fine dining restaurants. Not recommended at all.

Waste food, we ordered idly and sambar, they mixed water in sambar, Dosa even not good,
before it was too good but now they quality and cleanness is zero, waiters behaving like owners and serving free food.i never visit again. Try vasantha bhavan better

Cons: Customer service and pricing. Felt good bad and slow customer service and highly priced for dishes for the quality and quantity that they serve.

Average restaurant. Unlike before it’s ain’t the favorite South india spot anymore.

This place does have staff that satisfied me and my son. Most if the time we come here but we came months later. After eating my son started vomiting and had fever. We had to take him to NMC hospital due to food poisoning. I hope Saravaana takes action for more hygiene and cleanliness.

Restaurant needs to invest in the packaging services for food ordered online or for take away. Disgusting that such good restaurant uses foil paper for packaging their food rather than using a container. The food inside as its packed hot gets watery by the time it gets delivered and it loosens up and opens in midway. And also the plastic container which they use to pack chutney or sambar or stuffs is made of such low quality that it smells and also not tightly packed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. If running a business in UAE and the restaurant dates back to the practices of wrapping food in paper or leaves in the form of foil then do not charge so high and if you guys are charging as per uae standard rates then do use the proper standard of food and packages.

Wish I could give this a negative ranking rather than one for its packing style.

Quite a busy place but I have had better tasting varieties at other Saravana branches. Something was amiss here.

My first visit to Sarvanna bhavan was in Chennai's restaurant. And that was mind-blowing. If you visit Chennai do eat ghee roast dosa of Chennai's Sarvanna bhavan. I had high expectations from this place but it was not up to the mark. The waiter said the ghee roast dosa wasn't so crispy as we went too early in the morning. Maybe that may be the case as they had just mixed and prepared it. Overall food was good. But rates are quite high on pocket.

Excellent quality South Indian Vegetarian restaurant. Well maintained and also good service. Very close to Shahara mall Dubai side.

Tasty food. But on Fridays it will be closed by 11.30am.so you have to Rush for brkfast. Good service.

After caption change service has become worse, no proper service on weekend, new captain don't have any clue how to handle crowd

Good south Indian Restaurant. Visiting after 9 months. Seems rates have been increased. Waiters need some light colour uniform and seating sofas need to be cleaned.

Service was totally disappointing. Had to wait for more than 40 minutes even though it was not crowded. Food was oK.

I visited HSB in many countries, this branch is very worst of all. They are severing burnt Dosa. No cleanliness in that place. Chairs and tables are broken and shaky. I complaint about the burnt Dosa they severed, no courtesy reply from waiters / Manager. Please avoid this place.

Very dissapointing. This used to be the very best thali house. Now its a mere shadow of itself. Stained wallpaper and a very dirty floor was our welcome. Such a shame to see the best fall from grace.

Masala dosa was very tasy and i will really suggest to have their special tea. The staff was really good in service.

We normally used to go for vegetarian food at Saravana Bhavan Al Nadha. Today while visiting we but found the staff appearance was not neat and seems to be totally unhygienic. We had ordered Thali and quality of lunch was not to the expectations normally we liked before but nowadays it’s not worth and they have to improve a lot.

Please do not go. Expensive food compared to the nearby vegetarian restaurants. When you ask they say this is our rate. The waiter is so rude even the manager does not say anything. Its like eat if you want or you can get lost.

Very worst restaurant I have ever seen, the waiters doesn’t know how to behave, moreover the restarunt manager is good for nothing, Iam surprised that SVB has these types of irresponsible workers on board.

I strongly advise my friends and whoever reading this not to go to Al Nahda branch and let the branch gets closed because of the useless waiters and rude manager.

If Iam in the place of their superiors, I would have slapped and packed them off to their hometown.

Not at all recommended, they don’t even know how to cut onions for Onion Dosa, Vada was not cooked properly.seems onions cut one day before in Dosa.

Totally there are no standards of Sravana Bhavan

This restaurant is opposite Haji Ali restaurant and opposite Sahara mall. You would have heard about it in India and would like to visit here thinking it would be the same. Don't be mistaken at all. The taste is not good. The waiting time is too much, its crowded sure for its name. But the staff cannot manage it. We had to wait a lot for someone to come and take our order. Didn't like the spread also. Overall it must be a famous place but we didn't like the whole experience and won't visit next time or recommend as a South Indian food restaurant at all to anyone.

Where south meet north. North Indian thali in south Indian hotel. Enjoyed the food with my family.

Staff were good n food was good too. Only drawback was some Tamil or Malayalam songs were played

Food was tasty. But the behaviour towards rich people is different from normal people like us. Their service is good if they feel we are rich.
If u r lookin for good reception then choose any other restaurant rather to than going to Saravana, In India I felt the service is much better.

Good for Tamil veg food. They serve gr8 filter coffee. Not good for glutamine free diet or lactose intolerant.

South India Restaurant know internationally, you can not go wrong if you are lover of south Indian cuisine. Reasonably priced and ideally located in several places in Dubai and Sharjah

Great service! I usually go there for mridhaniya soup which is basically kindf rasam type but very good for my health.all veg options are great.juices are organic!

Lakshmanan is an ill mannered waiter and a communal person. Such people should not be allowed to represent a renowned brand. This person has made my experience very bad, and although I like the food there I would give a second thought now.

You go to sarvana Bhawan and whole family eats and still it will never be heavy on your pocket
And food served is of excellent quality

Well the place needs to do its interior as it looks outdated and needs maintenance, the waiters are not friendly, they only take the order and when you ask something they reply bit rudely as they are not interested in replying. Other than that the food is great as always.

Worst delivery service I have ever seen. They take more than an hour to deliver food just one kilometer away.

Good tasty South Indian food. The interior is ok ok. Waiters are not trained enough to speak in English or Hindi. Always have a difficulty in understanding the dishes. Paid RTA parking easily available.
