The Dr in emergency was very good in woman hospital. But we did appointment with russian gynaecologist Julia nosova and we had very bad experience. She refused to do trans abdominal ultrasound for baby before 7 weeks even though you can hear heartbeat at 6 weeks. She made us book appointment with radiology department even though we already paid to see gynaecologist to do the ultrasound.

Very very bad experience with following up with the patients and submitting the required documents to my insurance company, very rude (insurance department) from saudi german hospital end.
I will never ever go to the hospital with that failure in their system.
Its been a week they didn't send the required documents to get my approval and I can’t live with the pain

Great Hospital in terms of doctors and diagnosis.
But be ready to wait for atleast 2-3 hours as the whole system is very lengthy, full of uncalled waiting times and you will just keep waiting for doctor / tests or meds endlessly. No courtesy to inform waiting patients. This is all time story of this hospital.

Wish there was an option of giving MINUS ZERO STARS. Worst hospital with worse staff. We went in emergency and there they told us NO DOCTORS AVAILABLE NEITHER BEDS & we have to wait for 1 hour. When we asked them if doctor can only check and see what’s the issue they even refused to bring a doctor. I was in wheelchair, crying with pain and everyone was just looking. What’s the point of having an emergency ward if a doctor can’t even see a patient?
Anyway, No one did anything, no doctor no one came to even see me. Then we went to pharmacy which is inside the hospital, to take any pain killer. They even refused to give med & said WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS THE ISSUE SO WE CAN NOT GIVE PAIN KILLER. Never ever go in emergency ward to this trash hospital. They don’t consider patients human. One can die in front of them and they won’t even look at the patient. I hope this hospital shuts down completely. Soon.

Many times I went this hospital and all were fine accept my last visit.
It's totally big disappointed situation.
In my first visit, the doctor gave me some medicines after seeing the x-ray. However I still had the same problem during next 2 weeks and I visited one more time while paying to the hospital second time for the follow up (insurance pays). The doctor told me that he needs MRI and asks approval of insurance and they will update me. I did not get call for period of 1 month and still my hand not fully functional with the pain. I wondered the reason why I did not get call from the hospital and visited again today. The reply is insurance needs some more explanation but the doctor is no longer at the hospital!
Is this the procedure of the hospital? When the doctor left all patient information goes together with the doctor! I asked them what I need to do now and the reply is ''I need to get another doctor appointment! No matter for the hospital at all, financially insurance will pay again and the patient will bear the trouble since the case is normal for them!
I escalated the matter however the issue looks normal for the hospital since they even did not apologize and the decision maker even didn't spare a few minutes to talk with me for any justification (if they have).
As resulation, I have been informed through someone, they will give me another follow up appointment from another doctor!

Had an appointment with a 'doctor' Ali Barhoum for a dentist appointment. Mediocre to say the least. Said my teeth were fine besides a wisdom tooth. When I added that I have sensitivity he simply said that that shouldn't be based on the xray. There after he pushed fir a crown to be done and the same was not needed. An extraction was supposed to be organized. Simply wanted to enjoy his Friday it appears.

I don't recommend Gynecologist Dr Sharda Ghosh at all. She talks at you and I hadn't even said one word. Assumed so much and never asked me a question. Explained medication as you'll feel funny. Does not explain or reason what she is saying. This doctor makes alot of assumptions and jugements with out speaking to you. Her manner is horrific. Even after you try say your manner is terrible with reason, it continues. Even though she dismissed my appointment When I said I had suffered with this condition for 5 years, No empathy, compassion or understanding. Extremely entitled individual. Suprisingly iam not the only person who are having problem with her but all my friends are not happy with her at all

The worst experience for a hospital was with a great reputation and now is bank collecting money (public areas dirty) ophthalmology DR (Russian) was not professional and asking only two allowed to go inside the clinic and to leave my son 4 years and daughter 1 years outside (funny because of corona) but we felt because of hijab we are not welcomed
i think the Top management must look to the word of mouth how the bad repetition because of saving cost

3) Many times the nurse or reception doesn't apply tests to insurance and ask us to pay. Simply they do not do their job. When we check back insurance approves.

My son was admitted to saudi German hospital for 4 days and we had an amazing experience with their service and hospitality.cleaners, all nurses, Dr visits, Yummy meals for patient and parents all are in high level of quality and experienced.

I would rate it 5 as they deserved it.

The great point of this hospital is 24/7 pediatric emergency service, which is amazing and a big peace of minds for all parents leaving in Emirates of Dubai.

We have been taking both our boys (7yr old and almost 4yr old) to Dr Zaheeruddin (now at Saudi German Hospital) since my eldest was a newborn and we have never had to look elsewhere. He has always welcomed our worries with a big smile and so much patience, at every visit. His many years of experience is evident during the diagnosis and in his calm demeanor. My younger son has acute asthma and the way Dr Zaheer responds to our SOS is always reassuring and reinstates the fact that we are in good hands. We highly recommend Dr Zaheer if you are looking for a kind, trustworthy, responsive and a reliable pediatrician for your kids!

Gynecologist Dr Nada should not be practicing medicine if this is the "care" she thinks a patient needs. Talks at you, and don't even think about asking a question about anything you might need to know as she won't answer or she'll say "you'll be fine". This is my first pregnancy and I have seen her three times already, every visit has got worse and I will have to go elsewhere for care now. Beyond disgusted at how she deals with patients, you'll be in and out in under 10 mins and how no idea how you're going or know anything about what to expect next. She even forgot to book us in for one of the tests I was due to do. Please think about going elsewhere if you're considering this hospital or Dr. Nada

If you're planning to have a baby then Dr. SHARDA Ghosh is the best Gynac you can go to in Dubai! And she always tries her level best to get your baby delivered naturally! She has helped mothers with C sec as well give natural births and that was one of the many reasons we went to her. We were trying to have a baby for 1.5 years but she helped us welcome our bundle of joy within 5 months of seeking active assistance for getting pregnant. My water broke at 38 weeks with no contractions but she gave me and my child all the guidance and time to come into this world naturally. Her vast knowledge, experience, calmness and positivity helped us welcome our healthy baby within 5 minutes of pushing! Along with being the best doctor in her field she is an exceptional human being who guided us like an angel throughout out our journey. We thank Dr. SHARDA from the bottom of our heart and highly recommend her to all couples who wish to be blessed parents.

Doctor:
First of all, my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Muawia for such good care and experienced consultation. He is the best pediatrician I have seen so far. Very caring, humble and explains everything in detail.

Admission review:
The admission process took almost 3-4 hours in this emergency case.

INSURANCE CLAIM:
There was no insurance staff who can submit the claim during night time and I had to sign the paper to take responsibility for payment in case insurance doesn't accept the claim.
So, be careful while admitting and ask for all insurance claims to be done in advance.

Lab review:
My son got admitted with less than 10k platelets and given medication, not platelets, some medicine via IV which doesn't increase platelets.

After 2 days, platelets count increased to 170,000. This is not possible that in 2 days platelets count can be increased this much.

So, I asked the lab director to get the next blood sample tested in outside lab as well to compare the results and also to avoid pricking twice my son but it is not allowed as per their policy. They couldn't provide the exact reason, so management should think to change policy in such exceptional cases.

Staff:
My 1 year old son got pricked 8 to 10 times and staff were able to withdraw blood only 3-4 times.
So always ask for doctor or surgeon to withdraw the blood for small kid as staff isn't experienced for small babies and one of the nurse hands were shaking while inserting the needle.

House keeping:
3 days, nobody changed the bedsheet and pillow cover.

Waited in line for Pharmacy line for about an hour; The doctor doesn’t give you prescription directly to prevent you from getting medicines from outside pharmacies. So, you’re forced to wait in line for whatever time it takes to get your medicines. Overall quality and level of customer service is appalling.

Given lab test, I have been told with in 24 hours, will have the report. It’s more then 24 hours no report, I called many time on help line, then help line tranfer to lab, but no body attend the call in the Lab.
Every time I call they put me to the lab and lab don’t attend the call.

The pharmacy purchase is a forced by not giving prescription and have to be waiting for very long time to get your medicines. The doctor walks-in much later than your appointment time. By far the worst customer care/service ever. Visited Dr. Fuad Hakeem on Thursday morning for a cold to ensure that I do not have infection as I have a heart condition and previously have done heart surgery so it it vital for me not to drag the cold and have infection. He ordered blood test and did a nose swap to run tests to rule out influenza. I was told he will contact me in the afternoon to inform me whether my results are positive for influenza and if yes, I should take the medication that he already prescribe to take home with me.
As I did not get a call back from the Dr or the Nurse, I tried multiple times to contact them but every time i was told that they will call me back which no one did.
It has now been 3 days, that no one has called me and even before writing this lengthly review I called them and they put me on hold and eventually they dropped the call. I mean how hard it to get back to a patient after you told them that they might be very sick?
Conclusion: Unprofessional staff that are only after money as they prescribe and charge you the medication that they never bother (or intended) to inform you to take it.

My one year old got RSV he stopped eating and even refused to take milk, we had to rush to hospital where he was immediately admitted. They really took good care of his medication and he started recovering in a days time. Everything was covered in my insurance and I didn’t have to pay a single penny for anything. This is a really good hospital I wish I don’t have to go there again

We spent there a lot of time (4 hours) with administrative procedures before the hospital helped us with the 4-year-old son. Although we had all the insurance in order. At the end everything were OK, but we were nerves.

Never had a bad interview in my entire career until i came to meet HR Staff of SGH in al barshaa, the interviewer was highly racist and asking questions that dosnt meet the position that i applied for, 2 from HR i met them one is Filipino and one who was asking the questions is either pakistani or indian, she was extremely rude and dosnt listen to my full answer and above all of the she questioning my honesty and experience, iwas looking forward to work with SGH but after that i suggest the management to hire a proper staff especially in HR department, the pakistani or indian interviewer was looking to hire only from her own nationality and my prove is that they did an interview with my friend which is from india and they accept him although my experience is higher than him and am really happy for him but management should do something about it, my name is TASNIM AFANA look me up in your emails.

I did 3 surgeries with Dr Ashfaq Konchwalla 2015 ACL, 2016 meniscus and 2017 Achilles Tendon. Everything was perfect, the explanation of the process and the actual status is of my knee and the tendon is very good, keep doing sport same as before.

بلشت معرفتي بالمستشفى بحملي الاول وكانت حالتي الصحية صعبة جدا ومن رحمة الله فيني انه المستشفى كانت اقرب مستشفى لمكاني وتابعتني دكتورة لينا الجميعات من الطف الاشخاص واكثرهم احتراما كانت معي على التلفون والواتساب دايما والحمدلله ولدت بخير وبعدها عانيت الام الديسك ودكتور العظام الي تابعني للاسف نسيت اسمه بس ما تركني من الطوارىء لحد ما طلعت. وبولادتي التانية كمان مع دكتورتي المفضلة دائما دكتورة لينا. خلفت بنتي مع طاقم التمريض مدام ربا وعبير ودكتور التخدير محمد نافل اعطاني الepidural وانا عم بضحك ما حسيت بشي وضل يطل علي كل فترة الولادة وبعد ما انتهت.
ولما خلفت ابني كانت الصفرة مرتفعة عنده تابعته دكتورة صبا الجنيد يوميا ولما دخل العناية كان تحت اشراف دكتور يونس ودكتور شب مصري للاسف نسيت اسمه بس الله يباركله بولاده.
انا جربت الطوارىء والولادة وعناية الاطفال والعظام والعيون والسمع وكله كان ممتاز.
باختصار انا بالبلد من اربع سنين وعلاقتي بالمستشفى كانت من اربع سنين وما بفكر ابدا اروح مستشفى تاني اذا احتجت شي لان بكفي اخلاق العاملين فيها.

I had an appointment with Doctor Lubna. She was half an hour late, didn’t apologize. Didn’t even greet her patients as they entered. Even when I went to the receptionist, they weren’t bothered by the least. Nevertheless, the doctor was extremely rude, hostile, even though her room is filled with photos of babies she delivered. She told me to go for ultrasound, and then come back when I’m done. I went to the radiology department, she was even more rude. She said she can give me an appointment, a week from now despite my concerns of needing it urgently. I told her the doctor told me I can do it now and then go back to her but she started arguing. I was surprised, despite the size and the name “Saudi German”, it is so unprofessional. Absolutely no concern for their patients. The entire staff has one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. I’ve barely seen any western doctors. I don’t know why German is part of the name. Basically you’re paying for unprofessional, rude, and incompetent people. I deeply regret paying my consultation fee. I strongly advise people to seek medical care elsewhere.

Nothing works in this hospital. Outpatient doctors are always late and they are salesmen not doctors!

Its money loundering place.

They dont care about patience at all.

I am going to thos hospital 6 months, changed 3 doctors. And still desease is unexplored while it's something minor.

The doctors were changed not becouse of my will. One left the hospital, other one from the first consultation advised to do cancer test while accoring to my country doctors it was an infection. Third one never called back or answer after test being done.

Terrible experience. Would never advise this place for anyone.

Dr. Mohammad Samir Khalaf prescribed me skin allergy medecin for my dust allergy that was making me cough violently amongst another four meds that only made me worse. DO NOT SEE HIM. I had a similar experience with another doctor overperscribing me meds, and the wrong meds at that, for something super basic. I don't trust them, worst experience ever they only made me worse and like the other reviews said, they just want to profit off the insurance money. 5 meds carelessly prescribed for a basic dust allergy and all wrong.

Went in with extreme pain. Doctor (Ashfaq Konchwalla) told me I must be faking it and refused to perform any adequate tests. They scheduled me an appointment with another doctor (Samir) who said there was something clearly wrong but it wasn’t his area of work so he couldn’t help.

They then scheduled me with another doctor (Klima) a few days later. He completely missed his appointment and I was informed I should wait a week to see him again. The pain I had was getting worse so they scheduled me again with a different doctor (Faisal) who again said I was clearly having some issue but because it wasn’t his area, he couldn’t help.

My pain ranged between 8 and 10 out of 10. I was coughing uncontrollably. I had trouble breathing and moving and driving was a difficult task. Wasted so much time with SGH and never received care.

Went to another hospital and found right away I had torn my rib cage cartilage completely from my spine and my lung was under pressure from the displaced ribs. In a more serious case, this lack of care could cost someone a life.

Throughout my time at SGH I heard many other people complaining as well of similar or even worse situations. It’s a shock that this is allowed to continue.

I will never go this hospital.
I had a ultrasound appointment today to check my nine week baby. I have been very worried if my baby is okay, but I had to wait 2 weeks for this appointment. Today was my appointment day, so I visited this hospital. But the reception girl told me "There is no appointment. You want to make another appointment? You can book next week. "
It was never my mistake. 2 weeks ago, I definitly booked in reception. They didn't make book. They didn't say sorrry or take any action.
Beside, Last year I did allergy test here by paiyng almost 3000 dirham. Doctor told me " if you do this allergy test, you can know all cause. " So I did the test. After I got the result paper, I was so disappointed becauss there were only food and I was not allergy any food. I expected the cause dust or dog hair or acari, but it was only foods. The doctor definitly told me you can know all cause, and it was lie. I asked doctor I want to see the other cause. Not food. And the doctor told me you have to pay somthing dirham if you want to see other cause.
I could not say anymore that time and today as well because I cannot speak English well. But I am not stupid. I will never go this hospital.

I came for gall bladder surgery and was treated like a queen! I have been to many hospitals in my life, but never encountered such friendly and flexible staff, especially the nurses in the in patient ward. I want to thank everyone involved with this hospital.

I was surprised how well my wife was treated here. I thought it would be complicated as we're not UAE nationals but the doctor and nurse who saw and treated my wife was very nice. We must have come at a good time because we didn't spend long at all in the pharmacy. The only minor thing is it can get confusing where to go but I suppose with various departments around the hospital it is what it is.

This hospital is very well managed, management are doing a noticeable job to make it feel special for every patient. It's well organized, clean, and very good quality Doctors work there (Of course you have to choose wisely but most of them are good)

My experience is very positive with Saudi German Hospital. Visited many doctors here and they are all highly professional, helpful and caring. Hospital is very clean. Pharmacy can be very busy at pick times especially on weekends so we try to make an appointments to doctor early morning or after lunch time to avoid long queues.
5 stars. Will recommend everyone!

Ever Worst experience there with C-Sec, poor services+ lack of coordination, + unprofessional attitude of Drs even, + lack of facilities, + bugs in the rooms.never recomended!

The worst hospital.horrible treatment. I stayed for 4 days in the hospital and left without knowing the reason to my sickness.the doctors r very careless.gave me the wrong medicine and just wanted to convince me to stay at the hospital for observation.and much more!

Just the worst customer service. Tried 5 times to book an appointment on the phone with receptionist putting me on hold and dropping the call after 2 min wait.
Once you book your appointment it’s safe to say that you can come an hours later as they will make you wait anyway. This place is definitely not worth attending.

Worst hospital ever.worst facilities.
I met Dr Thanaa Ward yesterday, she is a dermatologist
she doesn't even do an eye contact with the patient, very rude, interrupts me a lot while speaking
and very non professional and not really experienced with the newest technologies
I was surprised I know better medical terminologies than her // I am an ENGINEER
she prescribed Oratane without even checking my blood work
