Savan Specialist Oncall Doctor

Attention! You will notice that most of the 5 stars have only one review, so I strongly suspect that these are fake reviews. Those with 1 Star, on the other hand, have many more opinions and they are REAL.
Like many others here, I was told a price of 200aed which ended up being 350aed = scam.
In addition, “doctor Maliha” wanted to add 1400 AED to me for injections! (The same medicines cost me 150 AED in pharmacy). When I refused she became very unpleasant and even aggressive! I should have read the comments below (Roma Mosmer had the same experience as me apparently). Avoid this company and this doctor at all costs!

they send an automatic response claiming that they are responding to you in their email box, obviously this is FALSE, never had a response. attention !

Their service is shameful and not professional at all. They are not doctors and do not know how to diagnose anything. My husband was unwell and had a fever but the so-called doctor didn't know what he had and if we wanted antibiotics they asked us to pay 6000aed. They prescribed vitamin C for a very worrying flu condition. It’s shameful and disgusting to play with people’s health just to make a lot of money. DO NOT GET FOOLED!

Beware of ripoff. These people charge depending on your nationality and the severity of your condition and scam you for so much money it is unrealistic for the treatment they prescribe for you. I was charged around AED 4000 for simple IV drips which will cost no more than AED 500. I’m guessing the doctor who came was one of the owners of the company and she scribbled the cost on the invoice as she decided seeing the house, location and my nationality. Please be careful and don’t fall for this trap.

Dr. Samman and Nurse Siva were absolutely amazing. They came over quickly, gave me a few tests to analyze the room cause and gave me the perfect IV and shot for a quickly recovery. Thumbs up!

Warning Scam! Last night, I ordered a doctor visit from the scam company "Savan. " I simply wanted a minor check-up for my wife who had a slight fever. After a few questions and a brief examination, the "doctor" handed my wife a bill totaling over 4000 AED and said, "please sign here at the bottom" while my wife sat on the bed with a high fever. On their website, they lure you in with prices around 200 AED. However, when I looked at the bill, they charged over 1300 AED for 2 COVID tests, which you can get around the corner at the pharmacy for 25 AED.

This company sustains itself through pure fraudulent schemes. The employees try to charge as much as they can. Once the doctor realized I wasn't happy with the price, she started negotiating with me, as if we were in a marketplace. Since when do doctors behave like they're at a bazaar? A legitimate company looks different, and I hope anyone considering this service reads this review.

Beware of being totally ripped off from SAVAN. They claim to only charge “200 AED” for a doctors visit but fail to mention that a nurse will come with (another 150 AED) and will charge you several thousands of durhams for no help. My bill ended up being 2000 AED and the doctor prescribed me the wrong medications which made me even more sick. When I asked the doctor before coming if she will have all medications necessary for my condition she told me yes, only to arrive with no medications. She only gave me a painkiller and left and charged so much money. When I visited a specialist the next day, I received the right treatment for only 200 AED. This shows you how much they are ripping off and taking advantage of foreigners. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM

I have used Savan Specialist On Call Doctor for visit at home. Dr Samman and nurse came to my apartment within 30 mn after my call. She was very patient and tried to investigate and provide appropriate treatment. I also really appreciate Dr Samman follow-up after her visit to see if I was feeling better.

I can not recommend this service any higher.from my initial call, I was attended by Dr Amna, Nurse Mahenda and Sandeep. Every thing was explained thoroughly to me, full examination, and immediate treatment. They worked in complete unison and I felt very comfortable with them.my test results were reported back to me within less than a day. I am eternally grateful.

DR Amna was responsive, proper diagnosis and good followup.
However service was extremely over priced

Dr.on call there are coming NOT to treat you, they coming to sale their expensive treatment. Some flu test for 700dhs, except their charges to come dr maliha listen what is your feeling, and she look my meds I drink she said ok all you have, and the assistant check your temperature for that they took unhappily 350dhs, because they didn’t sale treatments for 4500dhs for flu at that time I had.
Unless you pay this for their petrol and skip queue in the hospital maybe.
Unhappy face, looking at me as if she disgusting from my flu feeling look. No shame for taking 350dhs took for 5 min coming look my meds i had, assistant check my breath and temperature, blood pressure, doctor maliha charges to write down quotation to sale her treatment for 4500dhs, because I didn’t bough that they left me unhappy faces.
