My experience with them was traumatic, the whatsapp mobile number on their website.rude and not good to talk to. The tracking showed that our box was at the warehouse 2 weeks ago. Because we changed our address unexpectedly, they said the address could not be changed, so we decided to collect it from thier warehouse in las piñas, when the one we rented from las piñas ware house in cavite said the box was still there. Time, energy, money, fuel and emotional damage. Those are the ones we lost. I'm super disappointed with them, no wonder my flatmates in Pinas Cargo don't want SBC even though I recommend it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Excellent service I'm proudly recommend them. I always send my package to Cebu Philippines. Ang bilis lang at maingat sila sa mga box nakarating yong package ko na maayos.
Not so good experience. It takes more than 3 months before they deliver my box. Not accurate with the delivery tracker in there site. You need to message them first privately so that they can update their system and update the status of your items. SBC team can you at least upgrade your tracker site and do something so that our items can deliver more early. You guys are very fast on picking the box or items but very very slow to deliver it. Come on guys…
The service is very slow, and also their tracking website is useless, when you ask them about your cargo they are always creating alibies, telling a lot of dates.

Guys don't send any cargo with SBC Team. I send on December 2020 still my box not reached at home. Once I called the SBC team for updatation, since last one year waiting for customer clearance. Very very very bad service and they are not ready to claim the box. Sending items will lost money as well our things.
I send cargo to India on 13th Dec still not reached in my home and I call the Manager (SHARAFALI) talking like doing something favour for me. They changed promise date three time and told me delay reason we already updated in India newspaper. At last the Manger told me it will arrive on April otherwise you can claim us. Manager raise the reason have problem with Mumbai Port. But I checked with other cargo companies in dubai they don't have any issues. Very bad experience with SBC Cargo and even Manger don't no how to talk to customer and convinced.
We called them and had an agreement in place to send courier to Mumbai, India. Everything was discussed and confirmed. It was after the cargo shippers came to pack the items that, a guy by the name Cyril called and made demands that the 32 inch Television will now attract an additional packing charges. They agreed on earlier shipping the TV for AED 400. He was the least professional and when asked how their rates had now changed and New terms and conditions were being discussed, he hung up the phon. So unprofessional. If there is a dislike I will put here. We send alot of things from our hardwork and put it in the box going to Philippines and the SBC Express Cargo break our trust. The chocolates, candies and sweets for the kids and blankets and gone for our mom and some other perfumes that we sent for the family are missing. They open the box and reseal it. They tampered all the box.
I am writing this review to share the very disappointing after-sales service I experienced from SBC. After hearing SBC from a friend, I did not hesitate to change my balikbayan provider after being loyal to one for how many years given na reliable naman ang nag-refer. In all fairness naman, from the day na nag-padeliver ako ng boxes sa inyo, halos araw-araw ata kayong nagpa-follow-up kung kelan ako magpapa-pick-up. Then came the day of the pick-up I was amazed how your team handled the cargo boxes. Sa sobrang tuwa ko, I ordered again boxes from you and sent it few weeks after ng unang padala ko. Smooth ang process, sino ba ang hindi matutuwa. Then came my nightmare, it seems kayo ang cargo na wala ng pakialam sa customers niyo pagkatapos niyong makuha boxes nila. I tracked my boxes through your portal at ang sabi sa portal my balikbayan boxes have arrived sa Manila Hub niyo last Sept. 24,2020. Sept. 29,2020 I sent you a message with a thought na mabibigyan niyo ako ng tentative date kung kelan madedeliver ung boxes ko sa amin, kasi ung tita ko na kasabay kung nagpadala, na-deliver na sa kanila agad ung boxes niya. Note po: same po ang date of departure ng vessel ng padala ko at padala ng tita ko – both arrived at Manila Hub on Sept. 24,2020. I understand though na Baguio lang sila and kami sa province. Pero ang weird lang din kasi nadeliver agad ang boxes nila sa Baguio ng September 26,2020 (excited siguro sila sa Baguio.hahahha). And since hindi naman masyadong malayo sa province, I was thinking atleast a week na delay. Kayo na po bahalang humusga based from the screenshots of our convo sa messenger. They didn’t even bother to answer my queries and attend to my sentiments. Ang funny lang din kasi they insisted na hindi nila hinihintay ang pangalawang padala ko, pero noong naideliver ang boxes ko, I was surprised na 6 boxes daw ang idedeliver. UNANG BATCH NG PADALA KO: 5 BOXES – DEPARTURE FROM UAE – 28-08-2020 SECOND BACTH NG PADALA: 3 BOXES – DEPARTURE FROM UAE – 14-09-2020 So paano naging 6 boxes ang naideliver kung hndi hinintay ang pangalawang padala ko? Kung sana naging honest na lang kayo at hindi kayo nakipag-away naintindihan ko pa kayo. Pero still frustrating, hinintay niyo na nga ang second na padala ko, iniwan niyo pa ang dalawang boxes ko. I did not post this para siraan kayo, its just that, I know I did not deserve the kind of treatment na binigay niyo at sasabihin niyo pang bundok sa amin. Well, yeah, literally bundok talaga, pero should that be the proper answer? Guys, you are aware naman sa geographical terrain sa atin before pa kayo napasok sa ganyang business, eh di sana kung pili lang palang lugar ang gusto niyong i-cater di sana hindi niyo kinuha boxes ko nung nakita niyo ang address ng recipient. For years that I have been dealing with Pinas Cargo, I’ve never encountered such treatment. They are treating their clients with utmost respect and show them empathy. Indeed, trusting you was one of the biggest wrong decision I’ve ever made.
