Bad bus service ever. Arrogant stuff and 0 customer care for a hell of money. If you have the option to go with other service provider don't hesitate to go with it!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I agree with the other reviews regarding the routes, they are very poorly done and take a lot of time. The service is terrible, people are extremely rude. The driver's assistant hung up on us when we called to find out why they had forgotten to pick up our children. If you have any questions, forget it: they never respond to messages. But, as a mother, what worries me most is the treatment given to young children. There's this little boy who is left crying the entire way without receiving any kind of attention or comfort. My children even witnessed threatening looks from the helper towards the child, trying to suppress his crying. My children only use this service because they are teenagers, and I would never recommend it to other parents.

من اليوم الاول ابني اشتكى من ألم في ظهره بسبب الكراسي الغير المريحة حجمها كبير وبتزحلق وعند المطبات بترج الاولاد. والمكيف سيء جدا كيف لطفل ان يتحمل هذا الحر ؟

Dear STS Group management team - Please note I have written an email yesterday, complaining against one of your drivers (Imran Shahid bus no. SB 21, Gems Legacy School) as due to his repeated misconduct and arrogant behavior, my son has gone thru mental stress & depression and still undergoing due to inaction from your team at the school even after raising the complaint. After the email, had also spoken to your representative Mr. Jubair and Athira explaining the seriousness of the concern and asked for immediate action against the driver, which was assured by them but unfortunately till now no update. Worst part is I have been calling since noon to get an update on the action taken but neither my calls are being answered, nor my emails are responded. Seems like children's well being concern is not been taken serious even after repeated discussions. Since my son had come back from school, he seems depressed not talking to anyone and just sleeping, avoiding any discussion due to today's incident and mainly no action against the bus driver and when I had categorically informed not to send my son in this driver's bus, still my request was not considered and he was sent with same driver and I assume this has immensely affected his mental peace and any medical condition due to this, will be blamed on your company due to this negligence.
Can I ask one of the senior management team to contact me to discuss this further, before it is too late?

It was very happy and such a gud feeling seeing the honesty of our respected sir Tanveer who is taking care of Sts services in our own boys school. He dedicated 5 days and worked hard to find the iPhone we lost in bus, due to his patience and honesty we got our phone. It’s a lesson to all of us to be sincere and honest with our work. To see this in todays world is matter of awarding him for this good deed

Zero stars!

Company is run by a bunch of crooks. They take exporbitant amounts of money then tell you that they cannot drop your kids to their home location because they want to save on buses so they drop them 1 km away to be walked in 45 degrees heat. Moreover they refuse to refund you if you do not accept their terms.

Such companies should not be allowed to operate in the UAE. Shame!

Horrible service and managed by unprofessional/uneducated people. There's a person called Naeem who works at STS Winchester School Jebel Ali as a Service Delivery Executive but thinks he's the owner or shareholder of STS Group. The guy has no clue about service delivery and he should learn from the students how to deliver proper service to the customers. It's obvious that why STS received poor ratings in social media because of this type of third class employees who delivers cheap service to the customers. He has reviwed STS as pioneers of school transport in UAE where majority of the parents have commented with poor rating. Recommend to complain to KHDA and relevant authorities in UAE for their unprofessional service and behavior.

STS bus service is worst bus service given to school.

First they mention a pick up location in their papers and forms then on day of school pick up point its way different from what's mentioned in papers.

Bus staff are careless

They need to improve their service.

My kids in gems founders school al barsha and they are using sts service form long time, from 3 year we left our house from jumeriah 1 to be more near the school because the bus was picking the kids at 6: 25 so we moved to Arabian ranches 1 and from 2 years the bus was picking them up at 6: 50 am, but this year same bus number 47 they want to pick them up at 6: 10! So first kids get up in the bus and last kid to return back!
And the manager in the school that responsible for the sts service not answering the call or email

I got the message that school bus is suspended because one of the driver got COVID 19. There is no replacement for the driver? We already paid the full amount, there must be some sort of compensation. We paid for the service, if you not able to deliver the service, return our money!

They don't answer the phone. God forbid if there is an actual emergency. They took their money at the beginning of the school term and are still not showing up. Once got through and was promised a call back 6 weeks ago. Terrible service.

My son lost his IPad earphone in bus mumber 13 of Amity School and the driver searched, found and returned to my son.
His dedication and kindness much appreaciated! Also he is very kind to kids and I am very happy to send my son in this bus.

Very very poor bus service with very old buses and poor conditions of the bus and poor service given by them. Children are made to sit 3 people on a single sit which is so uncomfortable and children are reaching home very very late.

Definitely KHDA should take action on this.

I am trying to call the hotline and landline to complain about an incident that occur just now (1: 50pm 13-Sept-21) but no one is answering. While trying to change lane, I put the indicator and waited for the motorcycle to pass in front of the STS 1360 bus going to GEMS Metropole. When the bus driver spotted me, he intentionally speed up. I know clearly that the driver do not have to brake and my timing, space and distance is just enough for the flow to continue to be the same. But he just picked on me for his reason that I don’t know. I have more than 400,000km of driving experience, I know when drivers are driving with rage, descrimination and picking on lady drivers. His intention continues when we reached the Dubai Studio City St. Clearly unsafe to have this bus driver to be with kids. Anger and road rage is also the main cause of road accidents.

It is dissappointing to experience this with an STS bus driver. First time, I’ve experience this with your driver. I read your portfolio 7 years ago and saw that your priority is safety. Also the reason we picked on GEMS Metropole was the availability of STS bus. My kids been going to your bus for the past 6 years before the pandemic. Pandemic must have taken a toll on businesses like yours but do not settle for drivers with attitude problems and unacceptable safety act.

They have the dirtiest and veryyyy uncomfortable seats out there. Besides, they often miss their supposed bus stops and most of their drivers doesn't speak english at all so it's really hard to coordinate. Unless you have someone who speaks the same language as them then its fine. But overall, not satisfied with the experience.

We are using their services only 50% and they were given discount 25% only for the 1st and 2nd term. Term 3 suddenly they decided to not give discount despite of half services used due to blended learning still. Worst management decisions and poor communication. Not happy at all!

Update: after 3 days we still haven't received a response.

This complaint is related to my child being forced to sit on bus for 2 hours because a bus on route was canceled to increase STS profit without considering children's welfare.

As a GEMS sister company we could only expect terrible service.

no response, no problem solving, worst staff, worst management, KHDA and schools should allow transportation varieties, that's not fair leaving us suffer that way,
98% of high rating of that review is either people working @ STS or welling to work in, if removed that reviews it will not have more than 1

I saw many parents are complaining about bad services of the drivers.coz their students spend too much time on the bus. I am also a bus driver in this company.the problem is every parent want us to drop their kid first.but how can we drop all the students "first". We are drivers.not magician or super heroes.we make the route according to the convenience of all students not just for one.

The ignorant bus nanny and driver never try to listen and understand the parent!
They act as if we have no choice but to take their bus!
Yesterday, the bossy bus nanny called the police because I begged her to let my son get on the bus without three days notice!
My husband sometimes have urgent business trip to near countries like Oman. If his boss wants him to go to Oman next morning, then he has to go and it’s his job. I was told he was going next morning so how can I make a request about morning pickups 3 days before?
It seems like They never feel sorry for what they did to me!
I really want to avoid this arrogant school bus!
