Worst cargo company in uae to deal with
They charged me aed5500 for air cargo and said 5-7days and now it’s more than 20days and no clue where my package is
They do not respond or update customer when we try to call them and wonder where my package is! Bad customer service by sales person by being least bothered after taking money
May be have to file a legal complaint in the economic department as I see many reviews of same
Do not recommend this company at all

Worst service don't ever send cargo from seabreeze. My cargo has not been delivered from last 65 days still in local india they need 15 day to deliver cargo after custom clearance. Bad experience

Very very poor service, I sended my cargo in India Gujarat February 2023 and still I couldn't receive it.and staff also not supporting.

I am using this Cargo since 12 years
Beginning they were good result and responsible slowing they started ignoring and misusing the items.
Several times they damaged my items I never complained.
The last cargo I sent all my expensive items got damaged.
I complained several times and agreed compensation but later stopped responding

Sea cargo sent mid of february still not yet received 3 months over
no proper explanation, very bad service and waiting.no body know when will receive.

Waste of you money and waste of your time
Time taken are too long and and things are damage and poor customer response please do not send through sea breeze not worst company ever

I have send Air cargo by seabreeze, they said it will take about 7 days, but it is safely delivered with in 5 days very fast service & very good packing

They are proving fake information in their advertising. They are not delivering cargo in north India.

Worst servies i had seen in my life long, i purchased a lot for my familie and it take more than 1 year to arrive at my house this is not a joke this is reallity, and they did not give us a single money all damaged and food item got expired, i spend 50,000 for items and 15,600 for delivery, even we did not have the space for the items to dumb i just hate this service

guys don't ever use this cargo services because i send my cargo on last December 2020 but that one still not receive my hone, i call them several times but their response is very poor.with no manners.

Very bad service. I send 25kg box Dec 2020 to Kerala.still not received.if u have any dout u can check I will share my bill number A47219.

A company located in Dubai in Al quoz industrial Area 4, Company Name: Sea Breeze Cargo and couriers! Cargo was delivered from my house on 13.12.2020 and it was supposed to reach after 15days (that was a AIR CARGO) and it's been more than 6months my Cargo hasn't reached my house. It is so ridiculous firstly no proper customer service, a very Rude behavior with the customer, secondly not being informative when I approached to the office, they said me software is not working, no politeness and they completely say it's not thier problem when I asked about my cargo. Never connect the lines to a manager even if would speak to them for the feedback, Always lied and gave fake promises and fake dates of arrival of cargo -A worstest company I have ever dealt with! Not worth a star as without that I could not post this experience on the review.

Not even 1 star is worth.
I have sent parcels to India in Dec-2020 still the couriers r not delivered.
They doesn’t even respond properly.
The worst service I have ever seen.
They will take our signature in receipt and then write
“CUSTOMER DECLARED VALUE” by their own.

When we can expect delivery?

I will not give this service any stars. We were promised that our box will reached within 25days and it is more than a month and half and the box has still not reached destination. Calling the numbers available on the website are useless as no one picks up and if they do happen to answer they give you the run around. We have paid in full and received a sub-standard service from Sea Breeze.

Broken items, Rough handling. Late delivery. Pathetic customer service. Remove your contact numbers & telephones from your office. Thats useless for the customers.

So pathetic service and customer care person. I got broken items in my parcel and upon inquiring, this customer care person is giving stereo type answers like he is reading on the paper. No manners at all.

Express and normal parcel delivery time is same. There is no express thing at all.

Very very very worst service. I sent my cargo box before 45days. Still I don't received in my home town in Tamilnadu. They are also not responding properly for my box. They said for sea cargo, we will receive within 35 days. Please don't use this cargo. They are cheaters. They give low price and the service also very very worst and cheap. I really 100 % disappointed

Today visited ABC, DR CARGO, SEABREEZE in Al quoz,

SEABREEZE is worst in their attitude towards customers.

Even though they are bit cheapest among others, I won't consider there. Going with ABC / DR.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHILE LEAVING THE COUNTER IS VERY IMPORTANT.

I am using this cargo service from 2017 but this time I got a Very very bad behavior from Seabreeze cargo.
No value of time and after taking the currier there is no proper tracking system
When I Call to Seabreeze contact person didn't get a good response from him.

Very good experience with sea breeze nice service.
My goods reached home within estimated dates.
No damages well packed.keep it up.all the best to sea breeze team.

Worst Service.cargo not handle in proper way.shipment reached in very bed condition item are crashed cartons are broken totally.on destination delivery guys asking for money for delivery.we have booked door delivery.even though steel plates are bend and most shocking pen drive found in broken condition.i will never use Sea breeze cargo ever and not recommend to my friends also.

Good price and timely delivery, i did a sea cargo to tamilnadu, we agreed for 30 days delivery time, the shippment came on 31st day.
