Worst cargo service which is experienced with this seabreeze cargo deira. They promise me on 16/06/2023 my shipment tracking number is SEAL24706 but until today I didn’t get any call or messages from them. If we track the item last month already reach in india but no have any other updates from them. Many times I called and messaged them but they are not responding then why they are promising to everyone? Actually they are cheating everyone. I have one month vacation and i send my all important things but now no response I have doubt i will get my cargo before I return to dubai.
My personal review i will never send anything through this seabreeze cargo service deira.

Worst cargo service more thank 180 days still they didn’t deliver the my cargo which is more than 60 kgs.
Please don’t send with these people if you need your things. If you ask them when appropriate time it will take to reach they say now we don’t know we are still predicting it to reach.

Customer service are fraud people with lot of false promises. Please don't trust these fraud people. Manger Mr. Sharaf is running this burglar business of cargo.

Dear friend My cargo (SEAA55424 – Dubai to India) sent on 04th 0ctober 2022 and today 19th Aug. 2022. Now 120 days finished but the cargo as promised to be deliver in 30 days. Daily I am calling some time will answer and will say with in 2 days. Now recently they way talk to me I feel my mistake I give seabreeze cargo. And please tell to ur staff give to costomer proper answer. All my stuff will damage. I can’t use that and total 96kg also.now I don’t know what I do. I will wait three days after I will go to economic department.dear seabreeze call ur costomer and tell them exact reason. I never sent agin to seabreeze. Very bad service

Given Good Service in dubai and mumbai before and same seabreeze team delivering parcel but why you closed your own team delivering services in mumbai and maharastra due this facing delayed delivery else everything fine and im sending parcel to mumbai since last 10 years and its delivred on before estimated time?

Excellent service by the team. This was the first time i used cargo service in Dubai and Sea Breeze was recommended by my friend. Got delivered with in 10 days before time.shakir & sreejesh were very helpful and customer friendly. Thankyou so much. Will consider sea breeze again in future.

My cargo (AX1103 – Dubai to India) was booked on 04th July 2022 and today 31st Aug. 2022 almost 53 days finished but the cargo as promised to be deliver in 26 days is not fulfilled. I don't understand what your management is doing? As mentioned on your website FAST, RELIABLE & COURTEOUS. Is this the service you provide? Every time your management gives promises and failing every time. Also mailed to their helpdesk but not yet answered. Some staff from Deira Branch had used abusive language. The food stuff inside the box may be damaged because of your negligence. Very worst cargo services and I will recommend not to send any cargo from your company.

Offered AED 200 as compensation after 1.5 year of late delivery, when we paid around 380 as cargo charge itself.

And we had 30 kg of items which was worth way more than that.

Dealing from long time with Nakheel branch staff (Sreejesh and Qayyum) both are friendly and treating customers in a professional manner. All those shipments were delivered before the promised dates.

Very bad Service. Whenever asking for the shipment details they are ignoring. 10 months of waiting period is over, still the courier is not reached the destination. They are fooling us. Dont Courier the things through this courier

2 months and 7 days since my Cargo is shipped and still not reached Kerala. The lie excuse they are saying is customs office closed. But I checked with customs and its working.
