Worst cargo service more thank 100 days still they didn’t deliver the my cargo which is more than 60 kgs.
Please don’t send with these people if you need your things. If you ask them when appropriate time it will take to reach they say now we don’t know we are still predicting it to reach.

Total 120 days didn’t reach. They day its due to some Indian government issue. They will not be responsible for the things sent. Pathetic service. Please don’t use this cargo service. Worst cargo service in UAE. Date: 30/May/2023. Your Tracking#: SEAA63102,

Please don’t send this cargo last 5/10/2022 I send still now I don’t receive the cargo. They said only 45 days but still now customs clearance humbly requesting to all my friends don’t believe or don’t send this is big trap.

Absolutely NO support system in India. None of the numbers listed work. If ur given any no. From Dubai office rarely they answer. If ur lucky u get robot answer reading their online tracking text. Local logistics networking zero. Company just interested in receive, bill, send like post office. Lack professional management. I guess they're highly content with money already made over years so NOT bother for any customer satisfaction

With great frustration received cargo.with items broken. So much bubble wrap, packing used charging exorbitantly to customer, but team seems not trained in handling packing.

I had send this pot to India at at very high shipping price through Seabreeze. I received the item damaged. I noticed that the item was very carelessly packed, there was gaps between the item and the wooden crate besides this, there was no labels on the package like Top side, down side or even a label stating the item was fragile and has to be handled carefully. As one of the pair pots broke, the other one has also become useless for me now.
Even after informing the team, they did not respond well to me.very disappointed with the service.

Don’t trust this cargo, I received cargo after one year and 85% items are damaged, almost 40kg damaged and they are offering me 150Aed for the lose

I hated and am thoroughly disappointed with how Seabreeze Couriers handled my cargo in Dubai on the 21st May, 2021. We were leaving Dubai after 25 years, so you can imagine that this was a lot of cargo. They came home, and was in so much hurry to finish up all the cargo. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PACK.

At one instance, one of the workers starting taping our nice clothes together to make sure glasses and all of that sort didnt break. Like literally! Taping OVER our clothes! I pointed out to this flaw and that was corrected. He would place a glass on the centre of any top and put sticking tape over and about the clothes to secure the glass products.

Now, once they finished packing, they were in a hurry to leave. They broke two things while they were packing. One item, I noticed when they broke it there itself; but the other item they had hidden it close to our furniture and we had not seen it! These SLY FELLOWS. On cleaning the house after they left, I found that out. But wait, its not over yet!

We had our couriers all sent to Kerala where my hometown is. On opening these boxes, there were so many items that were broken. We had the option of insuring them, but we didn't opt for it for this cargo was already a lot of money. But DOES THAT MEAN, that they can handle cargo in whatever way they want and throw boxes and break everything in it?

The worst company for couriers. The fellows who came to our place were highly insensitive and were very rude. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this courier service.

Waiting for my parcel Cargo from 1 year and not even replying on whatsapp and not picking up my calls

This is a fraud cargo service. The courier was sent in Dec'2020 and its been more than 11 months and the courier has still not been received.

Even after continuous followup they have not confirmed what is the status and committed to a date as to when the cargo will be received

Would recommend to use ABC courier or any other service but definitely not sea breeze. Their response is also a fraud. I have personally spoken to the Hyd customs and asked for the relevant container details from seabreeze which they are unable to provide.

Total fraud and non responsive courier.

They never answer the phones.when they answer phone they say it will deliverd next month.my advise not to use this cargo service.it's almost been a year still Cargo not yet delivered to india.

Worst service ever in my life trying to contact not response messaging on whatsapp no reply from 1 year I'm waiting for my parcel (Cargo) not yet receive

They are the worst ever company to deal vth. I sent my order on 22nd Dec from dubai to cochin. Till date its not arrived. All I keep hearing is stuck in Mumbai. I've sent so many other parcel after this with other companies and all have arrived with no issue. I'm so sick nd tired with them.

I just qant my cargo, its all the shopping I had done for my family and had sent by cargo as I couldn't travel due to Covid.

Very poor service, I never in my life experienced this level of pathetic service. Ordered 2 boxes from dubai to india in december 2020, still it has not reached the destination.

Since 9month I have not yet recived my cargo and no followup from the seabreaze very bad service and staffs also very rude behaviour

If WORST has to be replaced in dictionary I Highly recommend Seabreeze cargo as the alternative word. Worst management worst service it’s been 9 months since I sent my shipment till date it has not reached yet, customer service and call centre response is worst no manners to talk more over owners is not taking any responsibility and not providing an official email too.

I have sent 2 box parcels to Indian last December 2020 still cargo not delivered

Worst service from your side I send my cargo (13.12.2020) more than 3 months now still i didn't received my cargo no any action from your side also not care about our call from your customer service Just worst cargo service.

Please do stay away from this fraud company, as i have sent my cargo on December 23rd 2020and its march 31st 2021 and still no call or message from the company yet and im looking forward to register complaint at the consumer courts in UAE, if anybody with similar issues please do DM me on this matter.

Worst service sent my cargo 1st week of December still cargo is not reached they are asking another 1 month, worst experience ever will not ever recommend this cargo to others will never ever send any cargo from this worst cargo, you people have the worst customer service and they don’t even know how to talk to customers as well.

Never even think of using their service. Sent on December 12 they are saying it would be delivered by end of February (that too not sure). That is 75 days

I send one parcel to Hyderabad it look month to deliver they charged freight for air cargo but delivered like sea cargo.never deliver through sea breeze cargo.its bad service.

Bad service not delivered in time they told air cargo charged for air cargo but they sent through sea cargo it look more than two month to deliver my parcel
