We shipped a 20' container from Dubai to Panama City in June. It took several weeks longer than expected but finally arrived on August 22nd. Maerks Line in Panama has requested an original bill of lading from Seabrook Cargo in Dubai and they say they don't have one. For 2 weeks they have done nothing except tell us the paperwork would be coming but it hasn't. We are being fined $150/day to have the container sit in the port. Seabrook or Maersk doesn't seem to care. I think Seabrook has gone bankrupt as they are not returning emails or phone calls. Don't use them EVER

Unbelievably poor services, especially customer handling. They have not been able to manage their operations, resulted to a huge delay with regards to deliver our car to Europe. Impossible to get information from them, no response to calls. I always have to chase them and they simply ignore me, refuse to accept any kind of responsibility for the lousy service. Worst experience ever. Stay away and never deal with Seabrook!

I would very much like to thank seabrook cargo for their professional and courteous service.though I must give the most sincere thank you to all staffs.they were freindly and informative.the vehicle was loaded into container wonderfully as i found no scratches and dents.keep it up good work!

Car arrived completely damaged! I had taken the insurance through Seabrook, Seabrook recognized the damage, received the money from the insurance but never transferred the money to me. I have sent hundreds of mails, calls them hundreds of times, they either don’t pick up or hang up. Their CEO, Chris is apparently a well known dishonest person, forums are full of terrible experiences with Seabrook and Chris! One year after the damages I have decided to reach out to a lawyer! DO NOT USE THEM.

Absolute shambles! They collected my car on the 18th Dec, and delivered it in the Dubai on 20th Feb. (Should normally take 3 weeks) I had to chase them constantly. Finally when the car was delivered the porsche badges stolen from the bonnet and rear, spare wheel stolen, jack gone, the inside was really dirty, carpets stained with dirty foot prints, and worst of all the chassis was damaged, it turns out the unloaded it from the container with a forklift, bent the underside, ripped off a brake tube, bent the axle. And now there response is.speak to our insurance, they will pay you out if they approve the claim. UNBELIEVABLE WORST experience ever, they don't care! Not even an offer to help. I am left with having to take it to a repair shop, get quotes and sort it out my self.
