An old restaurant that is in a time capsule. Food surprisingly good, service slow, and atmosphere heavy.

Amazing seafood, all fresh! You can select anything from the market and they grill it for you.will go back for sure!

Not up to the standards of the prices charged. I could get better-tasting food at a normal seafood restaurant in town.

Food tast was just OK. Tom yum soup was below expectations just small bowl with two pieces shrimps.

Fantastic place. Low key unpretentious place. You choose your fish and ask them to do it in the sauce of your choice. Thats it. Simple concept and FRESH AF fish!

Great place for seafood. Select the seafood from a wide variety of mussels, prawns, lobsters, crab, and fish - hamour, snapper, sheri, sea bream, sea bass etc.
The seafood is weighed and you can choose the cooking method from stir fry, deep fry or grilled in a wide variety of sauces.

Soups, rice or noodles can be chosen from the menu and served along with the sea food. We asked for garlic bread to finish off the delicious sauce and these were served fresh to our table.

Recommended to have the shell fish in stir fry. The fish is filleted, deep fried and used in the stir fry, Try out the vegetable stir fry in oyster sauce. You will be surprised

My sister and I were visiting Dubai on September 22,2022 and I had read wonderful reviews about The Seafood Market in Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. We were craving steamed lobster in lemon butter sauce, especially that we hardly find it in my hometown. We ordered a tiger prawn (it was gigantic!), a lobster, seabream and another fish (can’t remember its name:/).

When the food had arrived to our table and after taking the first bite of each item presented to us, I almost fainted! That’s how good the food was! I was having a ball in my mouth! My sister had tears of joy in her eyes from the mouthwatering, delicious and appetizing tastes she had experienced!

Truly, the food was phenomenal! We even relayed our compliments to the chef!

And the service was impeccable, the staff were so friendly, kind and sweet, and sooo professional! There was a warmth about that place and we left with unforgettable memories. The music and ambiance were great! And you could see everyone having a good time! The place was very clean and there was no fish stench anywhere, especially it being a seafood restaurant.

Everyone was truly great, especially, Seeto (our waiter), Adeaze, Suzatte, and Winny.

If we ever go back to Dubai, which we will someday (fingers crossed), we will definitely pay a visit to the Seafood Market as it’s already on our bucket list.

We have been to seafood market a couple of times, the experience is never disappointing. Hospitable service, yummy food, comfortable environment, what's more?

However this is my first time to write a review for the restaurant, thanks to Shiran, the waiter who assisted our table, has been very thoughtful, and we found ourselves are taken care of. He eyed to details, changing napkin when he noticed its dirty, and leave us space when we are chating. Thanks for his excellent service, we will definitely visit again.

First time dining in here, the ambience was great and the staff were very attentive and hospitable. The seafood was spot on fresh as well. It gets busy pretty quickly at dinner time but overall the crowd is well managed for a comfortable seafood fest with your friends.

First time in this place. A delicious seafood with multi flavor of cooking and souce and of course didn't miss the soup Tom Yom.
Highly recommend to visit and enjoy the the high quality service.

Excellent fresh sea food
A very warm welcome back to Mr, Stanley whom I knew from the mid 90s, after he left seafood market had never been the same.
I was very much shocked when I came to know Stanley is back, I immediately went over for lunch and honestly the food and ambiance was a hundred times better, in the hospitality field its thespians like Stanley who make you feel extremely comfortable, their personal care advice is something exceptional.
Last review of mine was a 4*, sorry Stanley there is a limit of 5* that I can give, but from my heart its a million stars.
Thank you Stanley, it was one of the most enjoyable meals for a very very long time.

The place is spoiled and not as good as it used to be. Poor service as all the good waiters have left.

The sea food market at Meridian has a market feel to it.you walk around the counters choosing your sea food and veg and the chef cooks it to ur taste. Excellent service and ambience. Very popular and was full the day I visited.

Excellent seafood here. I enjoyed the oysters and the crabs, and especially the King Crab (expensive!). Large restaurant, can become noisy. I will come back again!

The mango jubilee is a delicacy and not many people know about. It's a desert with ice cream and mango.its both hot n cold.prepared fresh in front of you.

Always a great time in this place. Food is delicious and the service by all staff is top. I just wish they would use less plastic bags when you go select your fish and vegetables at the display since they consume too much of it for each item you pick. Try to make a reservation in advance if you’re going on a weekend.

One of the best seafood restaurant in UAE. Their sauces are amazing and fresh seafood. Live lobster and Norwegian crab. Absolutely delicious.

This was my second trip to this restaurant, both times were great. The service is excellent; every staff member is incredibly attentive and friendly. The staff helps you pick out fresh seafood from their saltwater tanks and suggests preparation styles that pair well with your choice. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're a seafood fan.

Just perfectly prepared seafood, overly juicy and cooked till perfection. The chefs really know what they are doing. The restaurant has an interactive edge where you can walk through counters of fresh fish and pick your own catch! #winner

A pleasant unexpected surprise, from the time stepping into the restaurant with every staff the service was amazing the attention to detail for service and was just right in the sense not in your face but at the right times. The food was fresh and cooked well, this restaurant has definitely won my vote and will come back for sure

Beautiful Place. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Seafoods are freshly cooked and delicious.

Some problem with parking.
Just make sure you stamp your parking ticket.
Try the shrimps with butter sauce.
If intersted there is a loyalty card with yearly membership fee.

It used to be our favourite seafood restaurant in Dubai, recently is not as good as before. The food is still ok, service not. We had a terrible cheesecake not professionaly made, with old strawberries.they brought the 2nd course first and kept it waiting on side without serving etc.

من اشهى المطاعم البحرية في دبي ولكن في الاونة الاخيرة اصبح عدد الموظفين قليل والخدمة لم تكن بالجودة السابقة

Food was awesome and a good selection of seafood, recommendations from the servers regarding selection of seafood and preparation was spot on. The only thing that disappointed us was that we had booked the restaurant for a surprise birthday celebration and they completely forgotten. Service of 2 Indian staff was very good, however some others were very sloppy in their services which was a major turn off. After we left a lady called up and apologized for forgetting the request made during the reservation, however they had already spoiled the celebration. The service was not upto the mark for a 5 star hotel.

Family friendly place pricey but worth every fils you spend best seafood attractions in Dubai but there are other restaurant which are cheaper and better but this one is so much fancier

It's a nice place that you can go to in the meridian hotel. The food there is quite fresh. Its seafood based and you get to pick your own food from the counter. They offer a wide variety of seafood which is all fresh from lobsters all the way to jumbo shrimps. They serve you with prawn toast and spring rolls everytime you go there.

One of the long-standing restaurants in Dubai. They have a new entrance from the outside that I haven't noticed before. We sat outside and it was a bit cold but they were quick to bring a heater. No menus in the restaurant to speak of as they run a sort of market where you go to choose what you want to eat. The selection is nice and of course all seafood. We went for the scallops and mussels one sautéed in lemon butter and the other in chilli sauce. We also ordered the 2 Omani lobsters: one with coconut and lemon grass and the other with soya sauce, ginger, and spring onions. We also ordered mixed vegetables for the side. The staff was welcoming and helpful, we never felt rushed to order and they made sure they had everything correct. I will definitely be back.
