It s almost 5 years that I am coming here. Very professional and friendly staff and the laser they use is super effective. I recommended it to a lot of my friends in these years and also they are very satisfied.

Well trained staff with latest laser devices in the market. Fast response to calls and texts. Highly recommended.

One of the best laser clinics in town, I tried many other clinics but never got the same results I got in Seagull clinic

I have been coming to seagull for my laser for about a year now and cannot recommend them enough, I recommended to all of my friends and they too now get all of their laser and facials at Seagull clinic and also love. The staff are amazing and the services are top class. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments

First of all, they give fake offers online and when you arrive the price is doubleor triple. They change their prices all the time and the staff is not professional. I won't go back. I don't recommend

Brilliant experience and a professional team that make you feel comfortable. The laser treatment has worked so well for me. Price is also very good.

I purchased groupon voucher hydra facial with gold mask
I have been informed over the call while making the appointment th steam is included and deep facial treatment to remove black and white heads will be conducted over the call I mentioned clearly which groupon voucher I purchased
When I reached and started the facial I found out her telling me steam is not included removing black heads with manual also not included
We fought alot that these things haven't been informed to me at all even thought I confirmed wit the call center
I requested meeting the manager khadija they said its her day off I requested to speak to her she didn't accept attending my call and they told me she is busy nd the they told me that's what u can have without steami if u like it take it or else u have to pay extra
I refused paying extra and i mentioned ill give bad review they didnt even care then when i started the facial and almost enar to finish I found out still black heads not removed I told her I am not going out of here unless I recieve what I want then the lady May informed legal to make steam only for my nose and remove the black heads around my nose only with the pin finally I went out not satisfied not all heads haven't been removed and
I went I found out that the manager is availble khadija in the back office team
I requested meeting her
When she saw me she told me that she just arrived and that she came for a meeting I told her u rejected attending my call she said I was driving
I gave her my complain
And then she daaid whatever informed to me if I was right
Isnot right is wrong hydrafacila is just for glowing the face not for deep cleaning and removing black heads
She said she ll get back to me tomorrow morning

Ver bad customer service

I like the technicians there, they are attentive.
But the reservation agents are a bit rude in the way they communicate over whatsapp, writing in CAP letters when sending appointment reminders. And they use a threating language sometimes, like your apoointment will be marked as no show or as such.
In general, i like the results i am getting from the laser hair removal. I only dread the communication part with the reservation agents.

Unprofessional center. Appointment at 2: 15 was kept for 30 mins and they asked for another 10 mins as if am seeing a cardiologist. Doesn’t match Dubai standards. Definitely management and customer satisfaction department needs to look closely.

I didn't like the service, you have to wait an hour for the doctor. I made a filler, it disappeared after a month.very disappointed

I started my laser sessions in seagul almost one year ago, during this period they were very professional, my therapist Jenillyne made me so comfortable and showed a high level respect of privacy.i had also a free consultation to one of the dermatologist doctor that gave me a free of charge advices.
I recommend this center, because the moment I started and till now they are still showing excellence in service.

Can't recommend this clinic enough. Did only 2 laser Sessions with them and the results are so great, I didn't expect that. I am not sure what will be the final outcome of the all 10 sessions, but I am regretting that I didn't start it before. Such a relief especially while u are living in the hot country. My therapist (unfortunately didn't remember her name) is so accurate with her job and explained everything to me when I had questions. Thank you, Seagull, definitely will recommend to my girlies!

The best laser in Dubai. There is an alexandrite laser which is good for white skin. I’ve recommended this clinic to few my friends and they are happy as well)

Very disappointed. My 4 appointments (always taken 5 weeks in advance) have always been postponed almost at the last minute with very low flexibility options.
The logistics need to be reviewed. Otherwise, the service is ok.

I tried multiple laser centers but seagull by far is the best out of all of them, it’s clean, customer service is amazing, and the ladies there are very polite and professional. Definitely satisfied by the work 100% recommend this center!

Terrible experience they have been rude unprofessional they made me sit two hours despite I kept Saying if you are busy I can Leave, the technician made me sit for her an hour break they had to bring her to carry on the service and she was clearly not interested to service never does the laser properly upon my request they became defensive and humiliating and instead of doing it right They were demanding extra money, I wouldn’t Recommend one must think before taking their service plus their customer service is zero totally zero they could have handle the situation much better it’s normal to have complains but how you handle that shows allot of credibility and professionalism

Had a consultation with dr. Ola today, she was very informative and professional, i was going for a particular service but she said i didn’t need it (another doctor would have told me to do it anyway for the money) so i respect that alot, will return for the treatments she advised me with instead

I visited Seagull Medical Center two times while I was in Dubai and all I can say Dr. Ola was excellent in all aspect. She was very thorough and explained every step in detailed. I went there for facial injections and Dr Ola made sure I left satisfied with the service given and answered all my questions. She was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable to come back a second time. The office is very nice and the ladies that work at the front desk are very courteous and very attentive. Can’t wait to visit Seagull Medical Center again.

A few days ago I went to the dermatologist to remove some skin tags. I was extremely unhappy with the services provided. The doctor (apparently i’m not allowed to mention her name) made me feel as if i’m bothering her. She didn’t put any effort in helping me identify the skin tags that I have on my back and she said that if we mis any, when I will be back for the follow up we can remove them then. One week later when I went back she told me that if i wanna remove those ones i need to pay for another session but that she will give me 40% discount. So I end up paying 600 aed for removing only 6 very very small ones and all this with the worst attitude ever. You can tell that she doesn’t enjoy her job. You feel unwelcome from the moment you step inside. I left a bad review. They called me but i couldn’t pick up at that time. I gave them a day when to call back but they didn’t. Eventually I contacted them again trying to pass on the feedback, they said that is the manager that is doing the follow up for this and that she will call me back. One week later and i’m still waiting….

Pretty much unfriendly clinic, I have done a treatment and I won't go back there.did a botox and the whole thing took 5 mins in total time, just they don't care about the patient at all.

I have been a customer for more than a year. My visits at Seagull Medical Center were not a waste of my time and money at all! I am very happy and satisfied with the results I am getting! Perfect place if you are looking for an effective hair removal center with great prices! They have a lot of promotions monthly as well!

I had laser on upper lip area just this month. Right after the procedure, my eyes especially my left eye became watery and sensitive to light. I have contacted them immediately, and I was advised to simply apply some normal saline eye drops. I followed their instructions, but the next day upon waking up, my eyes got worse. I continued putting some saline, and informed them again. But the symptoms continued more a couple of days so I decided to see an ophthalmologist. I informed the eye doctor that the “therapist” had used goggles but it was not snuggle fit. And it has a gap that it would not cover your eyes completely. The therapist kept on telling me that laser has nothing to do with my eye irritation, but on the other hand, the eye doctor concluded that eyes are so sensitive to laser beams, even when closed, it could actually penetrate the deep skin. It went on for almost 2 weeks, and I had to wear glasses during those days. I reached out to them again for refund. They refused for refund and the customer service representative told me that the remaining unused package can be transferred for another services. So I booked another appointment to see the other services I can avail. Because I insisted that I was no longer advised to go on with the laser treatment. To my surprise, the other receptionist informed me that it’s non refundable and non transferrable! What a waste of time!
I went all the way there thinking I could use the rest of my money that I have initially paid to them. Only to realize that they would never transfer the amount.
They have almost ruined my eyes and yet they won’t give my money back OR at least transfer my credits!

The girl namly Mr. Krizza Anonuevo was so good at her work. She did my Hydra Facial so well.

Not satisfied with the results of my treatment. Customer service was OK, responsive and courteous. Good deals on Groupon but there's better places for comparable prices in Dubai.

I called them to ask about the price of laser hair removal and was given a certain price. Made an appointment for the nearest availability and after the treatment, they charged me 3 times more, saying the promotion finished and if I remembered who i had spoken to over the phone haha!
It was my mistake actually for changing my usual clinic which is only across the road, way cheaper, effective and with much nicer staff.
Never again in this so called “clinic”.

I did microdermabrasion 3 days ago and therapist told me the redness will stay for 1 hr to maximum 10 hrs. It’s been 3 days and patches on my face are getting darker instead of fading making it look like permanent marks. On calling the centre next day I was told that I will receive call from therapist which I did not receive for 2 days. Again after calling them I am getting answer that therapist will call me in one day and they are not free. It’s been 3 days and they don’t bother for customers complaint, they don’t have doctors to answer my call. I am not a person who give negative review easily but when there is a no proper respond and resolution I get frustrated. I approached this place after seeing so many positive reviews but I am not sure if they are correct. Be careful guys.

I just called to book an appointment for full body laser on a referral. The philippino lady over the phone was really rude and not helpful at all and was arguing with me regarding appointment dates. She didn't tell me any details and not even bothered to ask my name. I couldn't understand what was wrong with her. Then after few minutes she called and asked my nam rudely again. I took the appointment anyways but don't feel like going so will cancel it. I don't want to give even 1 star. Then i called again after sometime to get details and then there was a receptionist on the line who gave me few details. Please train your staff. Customer service and satisfaction is everything. Did botox injection with Dr Laurent into my hands today to stop excessive sweating, this condition is called palmar hyperhidrosis. I was really anxious about the procedure because I read online that it is extremely painful due to how sensitive the palms and especially fingertips are. It appears that some people experience really high pain because they do it with doctors who do not numb the hands properly. I’ve done botox in armpits before and it was painless and I think the face is painless as well but hands and feet are a different story.

Within the first 30 seconds of meeting Dr Laurent I felt so calm because he definitely knows what he is talking about and is very friendly and caring doctor. He gave me different options to numb the pain and I chose to go with the option that completely numbs the hand so you don’t feel any pain at all! He was very thorough with explaining everything.

The only downside is that only half the hand was numb instantly while the other half took around 20 minutes. This was the case for both hands so take this into consideration when scheduling the time of the appointment. The other downside is your hands are totally numb and pretty much useless for an hour after procedure until the anesthesia wears off so you wont be able to drive. Small price to pay for very minimal pain and comfort!

It was my first time in this clinic and I’m so relieved with how excellent the overall experience was. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all fantastic and the whole time felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this clinic!

Had a hydrafacial here and the service was wonderful. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, her work left my skin feeling wonderful. The location was hard to find at first, but the office was clean and calming. Perfect place for a facial treatment. Reception was professional and I didnt have to wait long.
