Although the food was okay, the service is beyond garbage, they treat Arabs and non Arabs differently, very unprofessional, sees you waiting outside but doesn't bother to serve you, the cashier has attitude like he is the owner, just very bad customer service not welcoming at all

Dissatisfied with service, not recommended. Can't trust their words when comes to delivery. I order food and confirmed to receive in 20 mins but it's been 90 mins but there is no responsible staff to assist on delivery status.
Worst experience when I invited guest at home.

I like the food, But I do have a problem with their “Customer Service” They placed the wrong order for me and they don't accept this truth. The guy who toke my oder has only a little understanding & reading ability, but he/she was still so confident with his/her below-average understanding and reading skills, Such a pity!

Very simple, yet very delicious.
The service is fast, so many options for food and juices, the prices are reasonable too.
The staff is nice, they accept cash and card as well.

تعد من أقدم المطاعم لبيع الوجبات السريعة وشاي الكرك. وله شهرة مميزة وفروع في كل الإمارات

? الأسعار رخيصة إلى متوسطة وقيمة جميع الوجبات مناسبة جداً للسعر. ️ شاي الكرك عندهم مميز

لديهم قائمة طعام واسعة ومتنوعة ترضي جميع الأزواق وأغلب الجنسيات وطريقة الضيافة والمعاملة ممتازة من موظفيين المطعم.

يوجد جاسات داخل المكان والكراسي مريحة? ويتوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات. وخدمة الطلب من السيارة.

Every time they forget something, the staff are careless and not professional, based on what we pay we expect to receive a quality service, I don’t recommend this place

Worst branch for good restaurant!
This branch is terribly managed, 0 customer service unfortunately, just feeling sad for this brand to reach this unprofessional level

Good category:
red chick burger
Mangosta shake

Average:
salsa burger
Gangsta shake

Never in a million years I would actually get a burger the same as the pic in the menu and it tasted fresh as the waiter said it would be… might not be everyone’s cup of tea but definitely I’ll get it again?
