Worst place ever.delay preparing the food & it was not fresh.just heated & resell a cancelled order

Check before paying bill my last order they paid twice when I complained, I showed them my bank history and they keep blaming it on somebody else. Delivery told me the machine was loading so he canceled it when I payed again I recieved 2 messages about the same amount

Make sure to check the bill before tapping your card. They overcharge and when i called them why they make up ridiculous stories. Its not about the money it’s about ethic. Very unethical and rude staff!

Wish I read the other reviews before ordering.

Same as others, waiting several hours for delivery, everytime I call they say 5 minutes away. Impossible, we only live 5 minutes from the cafeteria.

If you're asking for delivery you need to think twice.lack of drivers always and you need to wait one hour at least if you're far away 10km

It took a while but the food was good. Those who are not in a hurry can relax and eat in a nice atmosphere. They also provide good service

Veg fried rice quantity is very less. Not enough for one person who is hungry, Improve the quantity for the money aed 13.65 we pay.

I tried sambusa, biryani, falafel and burgers.
Best of all the delivery for Damac Hills as we don’t have much shops there

الطعام فيه حشرات واذا لم تصدقوا اذهبو الى المطعم وتأكدو من ذلك ، كنت اطلب منه دائماً ولكن بعد هذا المشهد لم اطلب ولا يستحق الاكل ، يتأخر ساعه ساعتين على الطلب والاكل جداً سيئ ، اتمنى تغير الطباخين والقائمين على هذا المطعم

If you are in hungry, please dont order in this shop. They take minimum 1 hr to 2 hour for delivery. I ask for an order which takes 2 hrs for delivery, where the distance to reach me was less than 10km.

Useless. So slow. An hour and and a half for Damac Hills 2 which is 10min drive away. Not even restaurant food takes this long and I did not even have a large order.

I like it. Most of the food I’ve had is good and some of them not good. They need improvement on the delivery service.

Pathetic service, been waiting at the counter for almost 5 mins letting them know I am waiting, I can see them working in the kitchen and don't even bother to come acknowledge the customers. Clearly the staff don't want to work on Fridays.

One if the worst delivery system i have ever come across. The delivery time is 35 to 40 minutes. They deliver it in 1: 30 hours.
And some times they forgets the order you just placed. Worst worst worst
