I adore food, so whenever I feel like trying something Arabic, I always want to visit Sea Shell because the food there is so delicious.

So I have ordered lemon & mint it was extremely sweet whereas I have requested for less sugar this is the second time this incident happened. I have requested 4 times while placing my order to make my juice less sugar. Very poor quality of juice

Their Zinger wrap is the best!
This is the place i mostly come to grab something to eat after work.
They take time to deliver after we give the order, but it is worth the wait.

Mostly i prefer mix grill, quantity & quality is more better than other restaurants they have some special in grill.

Delicious food.we went for a bachelor party. Good staff and service. Reasonable price. Good location. Free parking.

5 stars for their chai (karak)
Other than that their shawarmas are very good.all the food items I have tried till date can be said one of the bests, looking forward for trying everything on the menu. Worth it *****

Fruit salad and Faloodah are horrible
Bitter fruits and not tasty at all.
Cafeterias in Rashidiya serves better

One of the worst manage restaurant when it comes to manage guest. No waiting queue management. Worst experience with Family.

Price: average affordable
Pros ; location is superb with lots of parking and right in the heart of the rashidya area. Food is very tasty specially the grill and biryani.they are also very generous with the complementary soup.
The waiters are good a customer service here.

اكلهم مقبول نوعا ما لكنهم غلطو في طلب ولما طلبت منهم تعديل الطلب كانو يماطلون فالبداية بعدين غيرو الطلب النصيحه الي بقدمها لكم لاتطلبون من عندهم شورما ولا اي شي له دخل بالشورما وايضا الكلوب الخاص فيهم انا اشوفه اقل من عادي، وايضا بعد الاكل صديقي قام بأرجاع جميع ما اكله

We ordered one Mahara juice which was totally flavored and the amount of sugar is just as requested.
And we ordered Burj Al Arab juice which wasn’t good at all to be honest, doesn’t worth the paid money

Recently we bought grill chicken and butter chicken from seashell and both times we had stomach issues for almost a week.

Well its located in rashidiya central market near union cooperative there are parking area also inside which is free. The cafeteria have sitting area available in the ground floor & 1st floor family cabins also items are reasonable but service was little bit late and also for the juice jar? They mentioned on their menu is not available so they’re providing juices on disposable cans. I would recommend karak tea ️ which is worth of trying.

The food is amazing here definitely recommend it and it's not that expensive. They also have variety of drinks.

Poor service
One we entered they told it was full.
Then we waited for long.they ignore us as we were only two and started serving other family who came after us.very disspointed.
Happens at rashidiya.

We has family visited there and we requested them fo serve us in family area but the team refused to serve us in family and told us to sit in common area. This shows the value of customer. This is for Rashidiya sea shell.

This is rude behaviour of the staff. They need to shut down the restuarant. Thus this happen is Dubai. Strict action needs to be taken.

5 star you deserved, there is some improvement required but can ibe ignored only for the tea and peeper charcoal chicken

The ambience is good, price is affordable and taste of some Arabic grilled food is sumptuous.and tasty and good service and parking available

This evening I ordered an chicken fried rice. I never eat an fried rice like these in my life. Full of salt like one bottle of salt fell down while cooking the fried rice and the chicken used for rice Looks not cooked well or left over chicken from shawarma or grill and nothing in fried rice like no spring onion nothing. Very bad experience. Don’t try any one

Food is always great just know that after 10 you possibly wont find any Shawerma or Hassan mattar sandwiches

Whenever our office colleagues desire to have charcoal green chilli and charcoal pepper, we simply visited this place for sure and if anyone love kadak tea, then its worthful to try. Cost wise little expensive.

Definitely.try the Grilled chicken wich is served with thick mutton soup and i mostly order the Pepper one. Pocket friendly too!

An amazing experience. Good food and mind blowing juices.
Pick up and deliveries are prompt.
Have tried their biriyani's, burgers and their arabic dishes should try.

Very economical and their serving includes alot of options. For example I ordered half grilled chicken and it came with 2 bowls of garlic sauce, 2 bowls of hummus, one big salad plate and approx. Half plate French fries. Normally restaurants charge for these add on's but it was very nice experience in less price. Recommended

Good restaurant. Some chinese dishes they made like indian, means unexpected amount spices added.

Very good cafeteria.
The quality is above average.
The location is great as it is in the middle of the town.

Totally disappointed,
I had been there couple of times. Many times they haven’t served soup (reason was annoying) Staff was extremely busy, not even keenly asking customer needs, please hire the staffs accordingly. The level of food is not good as before. All these things I had mentioned their staffs.

They don't serve soup in weekends with my favorite grilled chicken and its rush in weekends so prefer weekdays for more tasty grilled chicken with soup

Reasonable price. High quality. Juices are the best. Try Tabakath juice. Try Chicken Tikka yogurt. Personally Rashidiya branch is my favorite. Very tasty food.

There is nothing below less then 1 star other wise i would have given that rating, today had a food but unfortuneatly it was very ugly taste, i ordered chicken shewzwan rice and they made this dish with biryani rice with all dry spice, may be they used same rice as biryani, so will not suggest anyone.thanks

5* for their 'Charcoal Grilled Chicken', except for the masala inside, which was bit salty. A good place for Arabic, Chinese and Indian cuisines. Their 'Chicken noodle' was average, 'Karak tea' was OK and the 'pista shake' was fine.
Wish they had paid some attention for cleaning up the wash area. Other than that, the place was fine to dine-in with family.

Amazing food. This is more of a "restaurant" than what some people think it is; a "cafeteria". They sell amazing burgers that are not like other places, they serve amazing bacon n cheese fries, and their classic, the hassan mattar sandwich, is unmatched.

Worst service ever in Dubai.
Least privacy and expensive compared to the service they provided.
All of the grills are same taste.

I love eating chicken masala but the one that served to me in dubai festival city branch is totally sucks.they served me with small bowl with 4 very small pieces of chicken and the sauce of it is too watery. I feel like they served the leftovers one. I'm so hungry and no time to complain, but while eating it I'm so upset. 16dhs is too much for that.
