I did a PCR test today 18/07/2022 at 14: 00. Amazing service, it took less than 5 minutes. Everything is perfectly organized. I took an appointment through the SEHA App. When I arrived I showed my reservation QR code I was told which lane to follow. I had to insert my Emirates ID card in a machine that looks like a McDonalds drive through, someone talked to me through a speaker double checked my data. Then she told me as you are 50 years old you are entitled for a free PCR every 4 months. Yahooo! A free PCR Then a doctor/nurse showed up took my sample and I was good to go. Thank you Dubai

The WORST! Is way too far and yet they love wasting your time! Better select a different center whether for PCR or Vaccine/Booster. It’s shame how they somehow represent gov’t entity.

Very fast PCR test results in just 12 hours for 40 AED. You have to book an appointment online in SEHA app and pay there.

Today I was vaccinated the booster of Sinopharm. The staff here are very friendly. There are very few people waiting in line. Vaccines from Sinopharm and Pfizer are now available. Only holding IDs can be inoculated to enhance the needle. There is no need to make an appointment, the vaccination record was uploaded to alhosn in about six hours. At the same time, the pcr test here only costs 40 dirhams. A very satisfying experience.

Done Covid PCR Test for 40AED which is perfect drive through & well Managed. It took me 5 Mins to Complete my PCR Test.

The worst experience ever! We went there for Covid test and we’re told that result will be out within 48hrs. However we’ve never received anything. Even now it’s been a week!
I had to make numerous phone calls to find out when result would be out as I needed it for travel. No one ever contacted me. I was on the phone more than 30mins this morning to request for a refund but couldn’t even reach them. I would never go back again.

The cheapest and quickest PCR testing centre in Dubai currently. Booking and payment thru SEHA app only. Appointment is must to visit the centre. Very friendly staff especially at the appointment checking station. Super quick sample taken. Only issue it is very far from the city centre and takes almost 25-30 mins to reach. The drive to khawaneej area is pleasant though.

Pcr test only 40 aed … no queues …. No need appointment but no cash payment only card payment accepted. I got results with in 5.5hrs.

IToday i went around 11AM this facility was closed. There was no information or communication of the timings anywhere

Registration was easy and fast.
PCR is 40 dirhams.

But most painful PCR sample through the three years of covid19, tasted blood in my mouth short after. Pain reduced after 20 minutes.

Unprofessional nurse even he saw me in pain he left immediately like nothing happened.

Drive through Vaccination Center, very friendly staff. Timing is Monday to Sunday 10: 00AM to 08: 00PM. Pfizer vaccine available.

Compared to other Dubai screening centers SEHA charging AED. 50/- only for COVID testing, With good service, they are providing drinking water for the waiting customers on the drive through Thank you SEHA for this initiative

Went yesterday (12th March 2022) for PCR test and there were less than 10 cars in front of us, it was 11am, after 11am it became busy and the queue got longer. We waited for one hour because the system was down. If the system did not have problem we could finish within 20 mins from entering to leaving. Got result today 12pm. It is far from city but the drive was easy, very cheap price 40dhs per person. One thing need to be improved is the entrance (cars in long queue) is blocking the way of people who finished and want to leave, need to arrange the way.

Its 40 mintues drive from Dubai mall.
You should need to have an appointment to visit this center. And, Must bring your original emirates ID or Passport.
Well managed test center.
You should reach 30 mintues from your appointment time.
Only AED 50 they are charging for the COVID PCR test now.
Staff is well trained and cooperative.
Overall experience is fine.

I have done few PCR tests previously here and my comments are below which shall be applicable for other SEHA centers as well:
1. You have to have appointment and the waiting time is minimum 45 minutes. My latest test was on 28 December 2021 and I have spent almost 2 hours.
2. Expect the results after minimum 20 hours in normal services. There is an Express service with 250 Dirhams where you can get the results in 4 Hours.
3. If you are an Emirati citizen/ children of Emirati women/ household workers of Emirati citizen/ over 50 years/ with chronic disease/ people of determination/ pregnant women can get a free test in every 4 months.
4. My suggestions: If you have time and patience this center is good. Otherwise, better to find other places.

Went there without appointment and got it easily just payed 50 aed, line was fast, result will be available after 48 hours

50AED PCR test so far the cheapest compared to other testing centres. You should book an appointment and pay it online through Seha app. No walk-in allowed, only by car as the location is far from the main city. I stayed in the queue for less than 30 minutes - my appointment was yesterday and I got the sms result in 19 hours, a link to get thr PCR certificate.

I came for my PCR test by appointment time. The same time was there around 500 cars. Are you guys book all appointments at the same time? If you don’t even care about appointment time - why do we need to book it then? Minimum waiting time is 2 hours! Minimum! Awful service!

Waste of time. Absolutely pathetic service. Even after appointment had to wait more than 2 hours just to get tested. The staff is super lazy. Long queues.
The result time is also more than 24 hours. And the location is so off.highly disappointing.

Veeeerrrryyyyy slowwww…. Vaccination queue is very disappointing it is none moving…it seems like they are short in staff nobody’s attending the queue…it took you hour in queuing what is the purpose of drive-thru service when you aren’t able to enjoy it.

Very good place to get the RT PCR Test, nice service and guidance from all the staff. It took me approx. 20 min from arrival to departure with the test. Not much queue. When I reached in the queue only 5-6 cars ahead of mine. No traffic on the way as it is out of the main city. I would recommend this place based on my experience.

Very slow and bad organised vaccination setvice. 1 hr minimum waiting time even few cars in que.

16 December 2021 4: 00 pm I did my PCR from al khwaneej along with my wife 17th December 1: 00 pm I recived my result but my wife she didn’t recived the result I called them too much they said system is not working so visit the centre I came from Sharjah to khwaneej and they told me better you do from outside because our server is down we don’t have any data on that time only 6 hours remaining to our flight so I did from thumbay hospital al qusais and they charge 150 for urgent pcr when I arrived to airport so I recvd the result of my wife pcr test so all day it was a fully stress even I told them if I didnt recvd the pcr so my ticket will be waste but they told me it’s not in our hands if system and server not working

Super painful, never doing it here… non cooperative staff. 16 minutes not a vehicle moved… port Rashid and city walk much better, also from location perspective khawaneej SUCKS

Hours in line.if they had made pcr mendatory 14 days.they should look into over loaded screening centers conditions too

The worst experience I had in UAE for PCR test. If you want to hate yourself, miss your flight, get nervous and loose thousands of Dirham go to this center. You have to wait very long in the queue, when there is only 5 cars before you. The result does not come on time and if on Friday, there is no help desk to call. Nobody helps and nobody answers. Nobody cares if you miss your flight and loose money. Better to pay more in private hospitals and have a safe trip without stress.

Long waiting rows these days and it's very very slow processing. It's much better to be walking. It takes 10 to 30 minutes to process one drive through. If you have 10 care before you then keep counting.

You can book appointment through Seha app also it cost 50 AED per swap, usually I receive results within 6 hours, Thanks UAE for the premium affordable service.

Line 1 is taking almost 25 mints for each vehicle, when ask the person, dont explain any reason just asking wait for your turn or come tomorrow, the person in this line get frustrated and few leave without vaccine

Booked an appointment via app. Easiest and cheapest option for PCR test. Only 50 dhms. The location is far away from Dubai but the drive is good. Expect a line if it's before peak holidays. But the line moves fast. Workers present there are helpful and give the right info on how to access your PCR reports. Overall a good experience

Very bad experience with the PCR Results.still waiting for the result and already 36 hours passed

How to get the test reports for my children who are tested at the same time with the other family members (adults). I cannot see their test results while logging in the SEHA app using my log in details. Please help as I am travelling within next 6 hours.

UPDATED Comments after I helped myself:

You log in SEHA APP after the visit and you will be able to log in this time and can easily download your test report.

For your Spouse also do the same in her mobile and download her Report.

For Children call SEHA helpline 8001717 and give the representative the details of your child (test center, EID number etc).

THEY WILL ARRANGE TO SEND YOU THE REPORT VIA EMAIL WITHIN 2 HOURS TIME.

I hope it helps a lot of people in the same situation.

Any one have information regarding Seha covid 19 test center is approved for travelleing to Saudi Arabia for Emarat air line.

Too papuler and too busy place in dubai directely operated under the government of dubai, uae. A good step by uae government to help and provide facilities to public. Specially for foreigners. Usually need to wait before and after entering in centre. U can book appiontment online or go directely. Thank u government uae

Excellent service at SEHA today. 12 minutes from arrival to departure this Saturday morning. The result was delivered at 8 pm same day with a PDF certificate for travel. 50 dirhams, paid via app in advance.

There was three tier checking and registering at the centre, the 3rd being little long, one registration finish, you can finish the test in 5 secs.

Very big facility, friendly staff, queue was normal, but due to system slow/down, the movement was bit slow. PCR test for kids also available especially younger ones can opt for throat swab

Never received results and could get in contact with any number displayed. Had to go for another test and pay again.

Drive through testing. Pls be ready with booking QR code from SEHA app.and Emirates ID. Min 1 to 2 hrs will take as per crowd. Result will Come after 10 to 12 hrs on SEHA app after testing.

In Saturdays more people are there after 11 am so plan accordingly as it took almost 2 hours from joining queue till leaving place
PCR Test for students is free, from guard till the nurse all are very cooperative

Very slow service, its been almost an hour and barely cars are moving! Smaller tents in AD serve faster and more efficiently. Can’t understand the reason why lines are not moving. They should’ve been ready since all are expecting huge volume after EID.
