I was promised an urgent item for my baby to arrive today before noon and at the time I'm writing this review (22: 00) I have received nothing and the customer service is ghosting me on whatsapp. Bravo! My mother was traveling to Dubai for a vacation but she got a twist in her leg few days before the travel and she needed a wheelchair for her trip, I just browsed in the internet and found Sehaa online and the reviews were good and contacted them and the response was very positive, that made me to book the wheelchair and the good part is they will not ask any deposit and which is good for travellers outside Dubai. The free delivery service and coordination via WhatsApp was really good and the wheelchair quality is also good.

Service was excellent! I had a doubt of which size to choose, their policy for the product I was interested in is no return (hygienic purposes). I’ve chatted with someone online and they’ve advice that it’s better not to order online, instead a sales rep will come and deliver the item, the person brought 2 sizes so I can choose the good one. Really satisfied with the service, not to mention the quality of the product.

Ordered some ankle supports after a bad sprain. The service is top notch. Whatsapped a question at 10am and my order arrived by 3pm the same day. The products were as described and work brilliantly. I highly recommend Sehaa.

Commendable service. I went to the company website and opted for the online chat, which was really proficient and precise. I was referred to the sales team, who were fully aware of the online chat and i did not have to explain anything further to them. This was followed by prompt delivery of the wheelchair and frame i ordered, without any hassle. Price was reasonable. Product was delivered in good shape, all cleaned up and sterilized, as i had requested.
