They go out of there way to help and overall my experience has been ideal.

The team is very supportive. I was relocating from outside of UAE and my shipment arrived while I was not their to receive. They arranged the reservation of the storage and explained to me all the options they have and when the driver arrived in UAE, followed up with him till he arrived at their location and updated me after receiving everything.
