I went to senses salon today to do my hair and nails the salon is neat and nice I loved every bit of it.

Such a bad service! I went to fix 1 acrilic nail that was broken. They cut that one and another one to fix better. Then it turned out that they don't know how to remove acrilic wirh the machine! Their nail personnel was very incapable. They couldn't even do hard jel. I lost half an hour, entered with 1 broken nail, got out with 2 broken nails! They were even shameless to ask for money for cutting my nail and not being able to fix it. Such a disgusting place and incapable nail artists, if you want you nails in place, don't enter this place!

It was a nice and fun experience had a hair spa the ladies were friendly and nice. Make a plan to visit senses soon

Been to many salons in Dubai, and glad to say senses salon is unique. They have their own way of treating customers. The moment I walked in I felt at home. My first time at senses salon. Came in for my braiding done. Im impressed with the way the do it. Friendly staff, neat work and i will recommend my african friends if you havent yet found a place for your braids and hair extensions.

I love Senses. I have been visiting them regularly since more than a year. I love the way how Mama handles my hair (it's a difficult task) she gives me a different look always and I just love them (makes me feel way younger than my age) Not only her but all of them at the salon are so warm and friendly. I visited Senses to have a haircut, to highlight my roots and to have a keratin hair treatment. I am delighted that I've found a salon that can cater to all of my needs. The staff were polite and professional. The salon was clean and tidy and adhered to all covid regulations. I felt safe and pampered. Definitely the best haircut I've had in the UAE. It is clearly evident that all staff are well trained. My hair feels soft, looks shiny and is more manageable than before. This is a definite recommendation for a good hair treatment.

Its been 10 years since I've been going to Senses Salon and I must say they haven't disappointed me till date! The staff is very professional, courteous and well experienced. They are quick and efficient with the appointments and with dedicating more than 2 staff to efficiently carry out all the services in a short time. I recently purchased their Annual Silver package and its really turned out to be good value for money! The owner is always on top of things, hence the service is top notch!

Staffs were friendly and professionals, I went to Senses for the first time for my hair treatment as i had bleach my hair. Ms. Jinky has done a great job on my hair. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a last min plan as I got my new halal, breathable n permeable polish so it was must. I called so many saloons at JLT they were all fully booked. I usually prefer going to a place having ratings above 4. They got 3.8 I had no option so I decided to give it a try. I loved it. Staff was so friendly. Session was for almost 1.45h and they enjoyed coke studio songs as I was the DJ

My experience has been really poor in this saloon. The first time I visted it I was excited to meet the staff and was even convinced to get the 525 aed package. The second time I realised what a big mistake I did. The staff is polite however highly unprofessional. Upon reaching They won't greet however enquire if the booking is using the entertainers or their package. They look disappointed when you say package which by the way they sold it to you. For your gelish nails the color choices are very limited knowing it is summer you will be forced to choose between reds maroons coz there are lots of crazy colors available for the teenagers. I also booked a massage. After waiting for a long time I was informed to go to the room with no proper massage bed plus the wait game was endless. I was in a cold room with no instructions no towels around I didnt appreciate the experience and walked away. The girls were quick to apologize however why should you frustrate the customer to show you do have streaks of empathy. I am feeling very sad that I wasted my money and I want to caution everyone else as well please dont commit to something where you be treated trash.

From the beginning to the end of my treatment, the hairdresser was keep pushing me to buy their offer of the week! When I entered, she talked me about their offer, I said no. She washed my hair, she tried again, I said NO. During the treatment, she keep selling me others services (massage, shampoo etc etc) When I paid the bill, she offered me a deal for the same price as their deal. Soooo unpleasant! I will no go anymore there.

I had got a groupon deal. As soon as I entered the salon I felt the ladies started to push me to get another expensive service rather than just use the groupon deal. My groupon deal included foot spa, hair cut, wash blow dry and keratin treatment. When I did not go for the expensive phloretin treatment they convinced me to take the lesser one and adjust the money I paid for the groupon. I agreed to go for it and paid 300 + extra for it. But not once they spoke about offering the foot spa or the hair cut which was part of
The groupon package.

The treatment - Brazilian blow out was good but I felt the staff was pushing too much on expensive services or products at the salon which put me in a very uncomfortable spot.

Especially two staff members were quite rude and unprofessional.

Annabele who provided the keratin service to me was good.

I don’t think I will ever go again.

Not a type of person who leaves online reviews (bad or good), but this was the worst experience ever. Long story short- after 3 gelish sessions I get asked to pay extra for gelish removal which was never mentioned before (and noone asked me to pay extra for earlier sessions) and that day i didnt bring my wallet. They said they "dont trust me" and asked to empty my pockets so they can take somethimg and keep till i come back to pay 63 aed.
I offered to purchase the offer from Groupon (its automatically connected to my card) as a sign "i will come back", but the indian lady kept saying "we dont trust you, we dont trust anyone".
One of the employees heard it all and came to pay for me, so i can repay her when i come back.
If there was 0, it would be gladly added.
Never again.
P. S. It took 1 lady exactly 3 hours to do my hands and toes and 4 nails got ruined on the first morning after the session. This salon is waste of your time and money!

Worst salon I've ever been to. Gelish nails chipped the next day, got served coffee in a used dirty cup, had their cleaner rub my feet with the scrub and be taught at the moment how to actually do it! Also, it took the lady 1hr to do my manicure only, and then she broke one of my toenails! Very unprofessional, very dirty, I will never come back.

Its the best salon, for dubai work are excellent, staffs are will oriented for customer service. Prices are very affordable. I’ll definitely recommend this salon

The worst experience ever. I went for a Keratin offer that was on Groupon, only to be told that this is bad for my health and for the staff and I should take the 1000 AED package instead. I refuse to change the package as I already had keratin done 4 month ago at another salon and it worked brilliantly. Unfortunately that was not the case this time round. My hair was wavy from the bottom before I'd even washed it for the first time.

Waiting time were ridiculous. Sick staff were expected to work even when they were coughing away.

I'll never be visiting this place again.

Have been with them for 3 years now.the girls are very polite and caring. Owner gives true opinions. The extension i purchased from salon was damaged while bleaching but the owner restored it back with deep conditioning therapy. They do care!

This salon in a hidden Gem. Recently did my highlights and some treatment called Brazilian Phloreten with the South African hairdresser and it actually turned amazing without any yellow / orange showing which is my main concern! Will be visiting again! Thanks Senses Salon Team!

I went to do my hair kareteen services first of all they keep forcing me to try expensive one however I want to do normal kareteen as per them normal kareteen will last for 1 to 2 months however after on wash my hair are same as before.they force me to buy hair kareteen shampoo which is also useless.

Been a regular client of this salon from almost its openining a few years back and i must say the service and customer service was just getting worse and worse. To finally decide that i will never go there even for free service is when i was booked for mani-pedi, once arrived there was 1 lady waiting for the same service all staff were busy and the receptionist who booked me was rude to me by saying that i will get serviced now and that i did not specify name of staff.seated myself on couach and waited and waited half an hour later, one lady started to prepare my gelish polish removal and moved to other client and receptionist ignored me from then and staff were trying their best to get my service and apologized. I left +2hrs post my appointment time! And this is mani pedi with gelish removal! The cherry on the cake was the same receptionist mis-behavior by trying to make me pay full price and add gelish cost to my feet + gelish removal for both hands and feet. Piece of advice i want to give: 1. One bad experienc with your new staff CAN make you loose your regular client 3. Start respecting clients 4. Treat your loyal clients after many years of loyalty, i never got a simple freebee or anything, greed owner! 5. Start using professional products 6. Stop overbooking staff, its clearly not working out, few of my friends stop going there due to booking mis management or i should say taking client who are doing an expensive service on spot without respecting bookings! 7. Treating customers better than others cuz they just had an expensive service or come as a group is a mistake! You can clearly feel who s the priorotizdd client and who s not! Anyway, not putting my foot there again. Ps: all staff are super friendly, too bad its poorly managed and mentality of owner reflects on the service!
