Stay away from this company they are fraud and cheaters.the owners Mohammed Pater and Zeeshan Patel are cheaters and black mailers.you have been warned.

Warning /// warning be careful dealing with this @SBC they are fraud and cheaters. Specially be careful of SBC owner Mohammed Pater / zeeshan Patel Both brother are biggest cheater.

We have been working with Serene Business Centers since 9 years.
They assisted us set up the trade license then and have processed all our government authority related transactions till now.
I am writing this review as a result of my recent positively astonishing experience with them.
We hired a project engineer who had to be immediately assigned for a project.hence, requiring a work visa/permit to be legally allowed to work.
I contacted Serene Business Centers and highlighted the urgency of the employment visa process and they confirmed it will be handled with priority.
Though high priority, I expected at least 2-3 weeks for the entire process to be completed as there were a long list of tasks that depend on the Ministry of Labor and Immigration.
Here is a list of tasks that they managed for us;
1) Trade license Update Office inspection and approval,
2) Quota request to MOL followed by MOL inspection and approval,
3) Job offer letter application & submission,
4) Work Permit approval from MOL,
5) Entry Permit issuance,
6) Change of Visa status Request & Approval,
7) Emirates ID application, Medical Test & Result,
8) Labor Contract Application & Submission,
9) Labor contract issuance,
10) Medical Insurance,
11) Application & submission of Residency,
12) Residency approval & Visa Stamping
Much to my surprise, they finished all the tasks in "5 working days" with residency visa stamped! Surely, they know their work and the government procedures very well.
I would like to thank the SBC customer service team for this professional expedited service and saving us the time and hassle in dealing with all related procedures, so we could concentrate on our actual business.

Such a beautiful office & amazing people

Office was not delivered on time. Many problems setting up company and hidden costs that came to know later after signing. Very one sided company.taking, taking from the customers, giving nothing. Much better to use virtuzone or creative zone. So many other alternatives now in Dubai.

Filthy is the friendliest word I can find to describe this organisation.
Despite all our timeless efforts to find a replacement to our tenancy, which we did on March 29th 2017 [with new contract signed & PAID by new tenant then], their low calibre team of losers are doing what they can to keep our deposit [Aed 4k] as described by them as 'penalty' when such charge is mentioned neither in the contract nor in any recorded email communication. The charge just appeared from nowhere once a new tenancy was already in place.
Convenient no?
Additionally, they refused to reimburse us for the overlap days of rent which both ourselves and the new tenant paid for which were almost two weeks worth. Again, unfairly pocketing clients cash!
To make matters worse, today they cashed one of our PDCs [which they since refused to return] of Aed 12,750 which is for the next 3 months of rent when the new tenant has an agreement signed as from March 29th and have paid for the same office and for the same period! Their response. 'Your tenancy has not officially been cancelled'. Us: Of course not as you refused to give us that!
As business owners all we expect from a serviced office provider is fair business dealings and support in order to thrive through today's challenging business world. Otherwise, why would we go to serviced offices?
Such kind of unethical and terrific attitudes towards fair business people must be made public and proven wrong by court of justice which I am certain will be proven soon.
Stay away from this bunch and expect a sarcastic message which I am sure will follow!
