From the time of registration until monthly payment, I am only in contact with Jay-ar for any enquiries regarding our gas meter reading. He is very accommodating, reliable and responsive. Kudos SERGAS for having such a wonderful staff like Jay-Ar!

The worst service ever! Once we pay them the deposit they are never gonna replay back. I tried contacting many times but when they hear about refund they disconnect the call, and then never pick the call again

Very good staff. I went for refund and didn't have my bill with me. They assist very well. In 5 minutes I got my refund back.

Technician who came for connection are trying to get extra money as much as possible by saying some reason's of our cooking range.
Not good service.

The worst possible co-ordination amongst customer care and technicians! After giving me a confirmed schedule, technician says he was not given the time! Long weekends are charged extra 200AED for fitment! And when re-scheduled, technician denies the scheduled time! All in all I still do not have my gas connection fitted!

Technician Mr. Idrees (employee id: 803) was knowledgeable, quick, generous and cordial. Great experience. Would highly recommend Mr. Idrees for his service.

Experienced extremely disgusting services.
The guy from call center is so rude. He didn’t listen my words and make things too complecated. Technician is nice we can have conversation at least. Hopefully this kind of not sophisticated person will not give more disasters to other people.

Worst experience ever and will not recommend them to anyone who will open a restaurant. Im delayed 3 months because of one engineer who left the company and didnt handover the job to others nobody knew whats going on.

The technician who connected my gas cooking range tried to solicit additional charges, for something that is already part of his job.

The company charges 20 dirhams monthly charge for basically nothing.

I would like to thank and appreciate Ms. Michelle for all her efforts she has put in sorting out my issues with Sergas. I have mistakenly transferred funds to Sergas account & requested them to reverse back the funds. Michelle has gone the extra miles to help me, She’s very responsive, extremely polite and professional enough to listen to me.

Very bad customer service, i requested and send all the documents before 2 days, but still no body came to connect the gas

When we had our gas connected, we had an amazing technician by the name of Muhammad Muddaser do our connection. If everyone from Sergas is this professional, I highly recommend the company! Thank you Sergas!
