Bad service you call them too many times you pay the money they send you not the right people you continue follow up with them you ask for the manager no one contact you I am chasing them since Monday for appointment last time I will choose them

Very very bad experience with SERVEU company facilities and management. They are treating like animals with employes. No rules and regulation.i will not recommend this company to my enemy.

ServeU is an absolutely ridiculous company. They collect payment (high fees!) in advance of even starting the works, then leave works unfinished or half done. Either show up without notice causing business disruption or don't show up at the arranged slot, causing further business disruption. Unfortunately, we have to use them as they somehow have a contract to "manage" the whole building.

Too many other issues to cover in this review. Just avoid them, totally shambolic service.

And don't waste calling them, all you get "let me check with the operations team, and I will get back to you". They never do. I feel bad for all of their employees as they clearly have to put up with bad management from above and under-staffed resourcing, and then just have to put up with customer complains on the phone.

Very poor services in International City. Rude behaviour. Unprofessional staff. Not taking responsibility and putting on NAKHEEL. Without notification they disconnected water connection.

ServeU LLC company is a very useless company, poor cleaner brings people for one thousand Dhiram, then later makes seven hundred Dhiram, this is the cheapest company in UAE. Please don't go to Serveu, it will work for 6 months, after showing manpower, it will terminated again, this is such a useless company.
I used to work in the main international city as an electrician but I was made a team leader, and we did the maintenance of 2 People log 33 building, even after that I was terminated.

I just want to know why they terminated me when I was doing very good work and at a time when the condition of my house was not good.

Pathetic service. They never reply in time and we are facing a lot of issues with them from last 6 months.
Still trying from last 2 days and no 1 has showed up.

Just paid my AMC a month ago, i believe I will become a hyper tensive and heart patient because of Serve U Facilities mangement services.

Save your money and go elsewhere. This is by far the worst facilities management service I've experienced. Despite paying a premium, it's taken close to a month to replace a water heater, and worst of all, the job is still not finished after countless calls and emails. Service is beyond poor.

Very bad CS, they collect money in advance, and then you need to chase them many time to get the job done.
It's very difficult to connect with them over the phone or WhatsApp to follow up. Very frustrating experience

Terrible company to deal with, stay well away unless you enjoy the stress of dealing with incompetence. The customer service team is difficult to get a hold of, and they need to be constantly chased for updates and resolutions. The technicians aren’t adequately equipped to do their jobs. This organisation has really gone downhill.

Beyond incompetent. Checked on a fault, said that they can fix it the following day if payment is maid asap. Receive quote, pay Immediately. After payment was done, the call centre ignored my messages for 5hours. It was a Friday afternoon, not knowing if or when they can come to fix the problem, so I got it sorted myself. Asked for a refund since they ignored my request and I had to make other plans, but was told I am only entitled to 70% refund. Taking 30% for doing Nothing and ignoring 5 follow up messages. Do not use them!

I had ServeU handle my villa painting in the green community and I gotta say, they did an excellent job. The team was professional, and they made the whole process a breeze. Their prices compared with the market are high though but with them in the community, you can always hold them accountable if things don't go as planned rather than hiring a third party contractor.

They deserve a zero star. Extremely expensive, poor service with no decision makers. Their employees keep r blaming management for not approving and when we ask to speak to management they refuse to do so. They provide 30 days warranty only on spare parts which is against the normal standards across all the industries. They do not commit to the deadlines given. Anyone with a good service can put these guys out of business in a day.

Compelled to leave a good word after they helped with a huge emergency this Saturday, top notch customer service offered by the phone lady, their handyman showed up in less than 20 minutes and helped resolve the situation, charged me 140 dhs for the call but would have gladly paid a million.

Very bad service! Customer service is horrible! I even spoke with Ahmed Hazim and Vishnu “his supervisor” hoping he will get the work was done under warranty for work was done 2 months ago, he was only focused on how much money he can make extra without thinking about the warranty or the service provided. I would advise not to use this company.

Stop using serveU, they are cheating and lier, refuse refunding ur money in bad excuse, charge u highly but get poorly work done. Worst service ever. Dont call them

Worst company, they always do not pay to their suppliers, you have to wait at least half year, bad management, be aware!

Really disappointed by ServeU

Upon taking keys of the my apartment in motorcity, I happened to learn that the ServeU team had disconnected my water supply. Upon further investigation they asked me to leave the apartment open for fixing a suspected leakage in the drainage pipe.

Only July 29th, after repeatedly mailing them for an update, I was told that there's an issue in the parking lot and not in my apartment. Hence I asked them to restore my water supply

On 1st August, I come home to see that my water supply hasn't been restored. Upon asking for the restoration of my apartment's water supply, the ServeU team has been telling me that there's another leakage that's suspected to have originated from my apartment. I finally went to the security guy and got my water supply restored

Despite leaving my apartment open for a week, I've to hear all these excuses.

By far the worst facilities management company ever. You call them up and they start charging you, they take FOREVER to respond back or actually do the job and when they're done, they charge you even more! They have no proper customer care, they allow just about anyone to take calls and requests and over and above that, most of the technicians that eventually come don't speak proper English and I have to decipher what they're saying! Just horrible

Recently, i have had the best experience with ServeU as they were fast in responding to my inquiry and complaint as well.

They have the best customer service/help desk and they are polite and attentive. They listened and acted accordingly.

The service team was on time and also were polite and completed the job in no time.

I really do appreciate the service and im very happy with it.

Serve U Charged me 1050 (less 10% after some bargaining) for a motor for my A/c which upon checking with alternate source turned out to be 525 (retail price). Am attaching images of their quote vs the quote I got. I can understand a 20-30% markup but 100% markup is Day light robbery.
Crooks, Simply crooks. If you have to deal with them, please get the parts details & source them yourself (happy to share details of the A/c parts supplier, please PM me). The AMC will cover the Labor cost.

Forever making excuses to return money for an overpayment. They take your money immediately and over a month telling you they need a signature.

The worst maintenance service you have to suffer until you get hold of anyone. It's so frustrating. I send email they say call. I called no one is answering it takes me ages and to hold to put my compain. I have a dripping ceiling till now can't get the hold of anyone!
This is horrible and unacceptable.

ServeU facilities management company is very good but have some problem also. Problem in down level management nepotism in all sectors. Otherwise very good.

Very disappointed. The staffs there are Very bad and not cooperative worst customer service special office admins are very non cooperative shouting swearing and what not. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone

The worst company to deal with very unprofessional problem with my AC not solved. Don’t waste your time with them.

The worst service for maintenance! They will accept first your payment and you have to wait for them when they will like to send their team. Bad choice for service. They will promise to call back and it will never happened.

SERVEU is one of the best service provider in uae.their helpdesk is always there to assist you.

I worked with Serveu for 9yrs as a security supervisor, security department is awesome and supportive Mr. Babu, baha, Sadaf, Hassan, Danisha and all others. I changed visa status to another establishent in 2021, check out from company was smooth, but what disappointing was, today its my 55th day resign, all clear except I didnot get paid.

worst service that can be ever provided.payment for maintenance collected more than 20 days and still no one comes to finish the job.whenever I call customer service I`m constantly on hold.
I have created a complaint, the next day called and asked the agent what was my complaint and I found that the complaint was not entered correctly in the system.by the way, when you asked to be connected a manager you can wait for more than 30 minutes and then they will come back to you with the answer, sorry he/she busy can we call you back later.
I strongly advise all customers not to contact these services provided.
If anyone how we can create an official complaint against them please advise me.when I wrote this I was on hold for 15 minutes to get a manager.

Worst service company in the world! A complete waste of time! They cancel appointments without getting back to you, they came several times for a leakage that i had and nothing is solved till now! Customer service is very poor!

Have AC broken in our apartment and it took one day to get technician to open it and to say that it is not working and need replace. Then requested whole payment in advance prior work started and was paid same time.
Now it is 4th day when outside temperature 45+ and AC still not repaired.

WORST FM, not recommended. If there is zero starts or minus I would choose it.

This company is unethical. My AC stopped working on thursday. I called them and they set an appointment at 9: 30 pm same day. 9: 45 pm I call them to ask why are they late, then their customer service staff tells me that there is an emergency at a VILLA water is cut so the team went there as if not having AC with a 42 degree temperature is a luxury. Then again I called at 10: 15 pm still they didn’t reach, so they told me that they will not make it and no one even would have bothered to tell me if I hadn’t called them. It was already late to get someone else to fix it so they gave me an appointment for inspection next day and said they will try to fix it same day. Again next day after being an hour late the guy came and I swear it did not even take him 10 minutes to finish the inspection then I asked him how much is the inspection for he told me 130 aed. Meanwhile I was on the phone with the customer service complaining about how the guy is saying that they cannot fix it same day and that is not what they told me initially neither did they mention that their staff dont work on Friday for technical maintenance. Once the guy was out i received a message that 892 aed was withdrawn from my bank account which was partially my fault because i was busy speaking to them on the phone while the guy entered the amount but still i asked him before how much is it he said 130 aed. I followed him and asked him why did he withdraw the amount he said to come fix it tomorrow, I mean what if I didn’t want them to fix it for me they decided themselves and withdrew the whole amount. I called them again and complained and then customer service tells me they will send someone in the morning. I called them in the morning, same excuses and non ending stories that their technical team is busy and they have to make an appointment and they may not be able to come today, as if God is coming to fix the AC. Called them several times and I was really frustrated was leaving my door open to the corridor whole time, I get palpitations and high blood pressure over heat, and my dog was having diarrhea for the whole three days and they could not understand how the temperature is unbearable! You guys need to make less stories and more action. Also your time management/ planning is really bad. Finally after several calls and fights one guy named Mustafa from customer service helped us and really was the only one to show some compassion. Feel really sorry that it was the only way to solve it.

On Thursday my AC just stopped working, I called the company and in about 2 hours the technicians were home and sorted out the problem although it was EID holiday.

I got an anual membership with them and it was the best thing i have done for my house. Fast, professionals, always following up with the work done.

Lack of commitment for appointments, I had a confirmed appointment and they did not show, and they cancel the appointment after 30 min of the actual timing and call to reschedule to second day at 9: 00 am, next day they show at 9: 30 am

You need to pay more attention as clients have another businesses to do and this is not acceptable

Worst of the worst service provider, please avoid them, they will only damage your things instead of fix for you!

Dear, unfortunately your security guard called the visitor and he mentioned that i was putting loud music and doing impropriety things. Kindly note we will take a legal action for what i was acuse.

Our air conditioning in the maids room and in the bedroom is not working properly. We have 30 degrees in the room. Technicians were here two days ago to report the damage and give me a quotation. I had to pay the invoice for this to ServeU in advance. This happened yesterday. I was assured that the damage will be repaired today.
Since no one has come until now (5pm), I called. Now I was told that the damage can only be repaired on Sunday.
I have experienced a lot of incompetent management in my life, but this is beyond the scope. I understand that now that the temperatures are rising, there is a lot to do. I don't blame the technicians at all. But the management should consider whether this is the right way to look after customers. Absolutely unprofessional.
Unfortunately I must give one star. But I mean zero out of five stars!

Very bad and staff not trained well. The other day they came to my house to fix the toilet flush when they came they told us that it could be repaired so they went and got the new flush but when they finished the flush doesn’t fit in the toilet seat cover and when they removed the toilet seat so that they can fix it and when they finished the toilet seat. The toilet seat was not stabled and the flush still doesn’t fit. And this it not the first time it happened with me.
And if you want service in your home please don’t use serveU there is other company that are out there which are better like for example We will fix it is a good company

Big issue of car parking, they not allowing visitors to park their vehicle inside. Worst security and staff. Not supportive.
