I would rate them in negative if I could. Terrible service, their cleaners are always late. They don’t bother calling to inform in fact, 5 min after the buffer time when I call them is when they inform that the team is delayed! Terrible experience and customer service. Zero respect for their customers time

Exceptional work from the fast click movers, by far the best I’ve ever dealt with in Dubai. Special mention to Muhammad and Basit. They have been so helpful through the move. I 100% recommend this boys

Last 2 services were extremely bad and what is worse is the customer server. Doesn’t know how to deal with the problem, dont waste your money and time with this app, am done with them.

I've had great experience with ServiceMarket and their team. The cleaning professionals did great job every time and were patient with me and my cats.

What I found different from other companies is how well organized the communication is between the cleaning stuff and the customers with the help of the customer service team. Three times I messed up my booking or was late and three times ServiceMarket team accommodated to help me. I especially appreciate that the company emphasizes that the cleaning stuff finish their work day exactly at 8 pm and can't stay longer - this is really cool.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent situation where your cleaning service did not show up for the scheduled appointment at my residence.

Our appointment was confirmed for 19/10/23 at time 10: 00am and I had made arrangements accordingly to ensure that my house was ready for cleaning. However, to my disappointment, no one from your team arrived, and no prior notice was given regarding the cancellation or delay.

This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my plans for the day. As a paying customer, I expect reliability and professionalism from a service provider.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter, provide an explanation for the no-show, and ensure better communication and punctuality in the future. My time is valuable, and I expect a more responsible approach when scheduling and delivering your services.

They sent a cleaner who was utterly lazy and out of the 3 hours, she spent 2 hours in my bedroom. And oh surprise a few days later I realised that my brand new Channel parfum worth 800dhs has been stolen (nobody had been in my private bedroom after this). What service market did? Asked me for proof that it has been stolen.what bunch of morons working in the administration. DO NOT USE SERVICE MARKET, THEY SEND YOU THIEVES TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE!

I cant judge the people but i will judge the company.equipment's very poor i bring them to clean one mattress they made it worst looks like they dont know what to do

2 bedroom apartment mess was cleaned by 1 cleaner in 2 hours and everything was shining. I highly recommend

Paid a ridiculous fee for a "deep clean" which was completed in just 2 hrs by 5 x men in a 1 bedroom apartment! As you can imagine, my belongings were left in a mess, my bed lining left unmade in a huge mess on my bed and my curtains were left broken! I complained and the worst part of it all was Service Markets disgraceful customer service - 5 calls and probably 50+ messages later I was left ignored and no response to my complaint. Do not recommend this company at all!

After booking cleaning service, the company gave me a missed call, the phone was in my hand they ran 1 ring then hang up then sent me sms that my booking is cancelled because the services are fully booked.even not a respectful way to apologise

After having given ServiceMarket a 5* review a year ago, I have to revise this downwards after a negative experience with the pest control service. Ineffective against drain flies and they tried to find many ways to avoid the follow-up/warranty control. Very stubborn and rigid customer service.

I booked moving service. Everything was excellent thanks for ALT movers their service was on time and quick moving without any delay zero damage. Thanks Khalid and 4 man army. Wish them all the best

Great for booking maid service, reactive and kept me informed. The service itself was very good and prompt. Would use again, just wish there was live/immediate confirmation of booking.

I made a booking a day before and they sent an email at the day of appointment saying it is cancelled because no maids are available, I don’t understand why slots are available to book if they cannot provide maids, they wasted the full day

The guys were on time, very professional and fixed the curtain rods in no time. I highly recommend their services! Compared to other companies, these guys knew what they were doing. And most importantly, the price is for Dubai standards super good.

However today the decided after 45 mins of my appt to cancel my service for a useless reason after taking my time. All what i got is “sorry” anyhow not using them anymore

One of the worst companies i worked with. An ikea item took them 2.5 hours and they had to dismantle it twice because of their lack of competency! Really bad service

I moved out of the UAE and hired a moving company with ServiceMarket. They promised to deliver my items in one week. It's been 4 months already and they never did so; moreover, they don't answer my calls, WhatsApp messages or emails. I was stolen. I filed a complaint with ServiceMarket 3 months ago and only last week they contacted me to ask with everything was good. I replied saying that obviously they aren't and again they are silent. Also their phone doesn't work. I was victinm of a robbery and ServiceMarket is also to blame. I am contacting Dubai Police on the matter.

Service market is a great service in principal but the reality I face is terrible time management. I’ve had staff turn up an hour early and an hour late. What is even more frustrating is in the case of the latter they call you after the service time should have began which can really ruin any plans that you have.

Today I was left extremely frustrated by having the customer service rep not only call me late to tell me my service would be an hour late but they had the audacity to lie to me about the reasons over the phone.

If you have nothing else to do use service market, otherwise find a company that respects your time.

I've used this company for cleaning and have had several issues:
- they changed cleaners on me without telling me so my apartment wasn't cleaned correctly
-i came home early to find no cleaner and called the company asking if they could give the cleaner a message. They said they would and hung up and had the nerve to call me back and pretend like they told her. Finally, they admitted that the van had come to get her earlier when I told them I was home. I wonder how many times they charged me for 4 hours and had the cleaner leave after 2 or 3. Its probably why the cleaning is always rushed and incomplete.
-they charged me for an extra hour. When I called about it they said they would give it back to me as a credit. I said no please give me my money back. They said they would call back and didn't. I called back days later and they said they couldn't refund me because I was already charged? I guess they don't know what refund means.

I chose Alt Movers, from Service Market for my 1BHK house move.

The guys were really professional, they reminded me of my house move a day before, and came in time early morning. Handled all procedures with the building security. And even installed new curtains which were not installed before.

I have been using ServiceMarket for moving and cleaning services since 2013. Their service providers are properly vetted, ratings are transparent, and the app is great!
I found the moving service to be fantastic as it spares you a lot of unnecessary interface and phone calls with the service providers.

I booked moving service. ALT movers was handled the services which was very smooth and professional. Highly recommend and a spl credit to Mr Hamza the coordinator and the service market partner

I requested a cleaner at 1pm for 4hrs through the app. They called me at 11: 30am that it’s not possible at 1 and they will make sure that at 2pm she will be at the apartment. At 2pm they called saying we are sorry she is on the within 15mins to 30mins she will be there while we still on the call sorry mam not before 3pm! This is really not acceptable service from Service market. If you don’t have enough cleaners mention this from the beginning don’t let people just wait coz everyone have appointments!

Booked handyman service who never showed up when i contacted the chat team they said that my booking was cancelled, it took them more than 40 minutes keeping me waiting on the chat and they did not come back with the reason of cancellation! They even stopped responding on the chat! Extremely bad experience

My first time dealing with service marker for my home relocation. I went with MJT movers who were AMAZING! Very professional team lead by Mudasar. They came on time and did an amazing job. 4 people led by Jamshid who is extremley helpful. A carpenter called Omer is extremely talented as well. I would recommed MJT to anyone who wants a headache-free full service home relocation.

Excellent experience, I booked a last minute service for 3 hours, not only they were able to accommodate my request but actually sent me 2 cleaners that arrived earlier and finished the job in a short time which was very convenient for me, i strongly recommend.

I have taking a moving quote from service market, paid 25k for the movers they came home sent the shipping to my country and disappeared.i have been chasing service market for a support which they have failed to show.this is a poor platform for scammers!

These guys used to be great. However lately they have been a total bust‍️

First they left my bathroom with wall, bathtub and toilet covered with stained water; and close to 1 cm of dirty water all over the floor.

Then they arranged an appointment for me And cancelled it. Finally, today they had an appointment and didn’t show up nor cancel it….

I don’t know if there was a change in their management or if they simply grew too fast and can not handle their service team and their contractors anymore, but they can say farewell to this former customer!

We had a great experience using the Movers service from service market. The movers came on time and were experts in what they do. They were also very cooperative and understanding and accepted challenging works like removing the pasted mirrors from walls, etc.

Would give them zero if I can.unreliable and overpriced. I asked for a painter they show up with no tools take a look at the room and decide to charge me 130 for an inpection. They did no work at all and did not reach out to me for two days until I called to find out when will i get the qoute.after 3 days they qouted me 1300 for a maids room using my paint and my tools. Not to mention that on the phone they confirmed they wont charge me over a 1000 for the room. My mistake for paying them for the inspection. For painting find another company.

I had booked a deep cleaning service from service market. Both Cathy and Maya, the ladies they sent for the job were excellent at it and made the apartment spic and span. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service. These guys are the best!

Service market is really a one stop website where you can find all the services you need. There are a lot of options and it is easy to book. I have been using service market for 2 years now whether it is for household necessity or other things, it’s been really a very helpful page.

Don’t use. Terrible and misleading service. Accepted booking and confirmed time without actually having anybody to do the job. Gave false and misleading email confirmation. Didn’t bother to show up or inform me that they didn’t have technician

Great service. Very quick booking and follow up. Arranged a moving company and cleaning company, literally in minutes. Customer care called me and confirm the details. Was very happy with the ease of use and being hassle free. Would recommend 100%. Great service!

Requested a PCR test at home at 2pm which they have confirmed and the company which does the test came at 4pm. They said they will provide the result with in 24 hours but it has been 42 hours and NO REAULT. Call service market to check with them and there is nobody answering the phone.
The problem they are the point of contact, so I don’t have the number for clinic to chess them up for the result. Anyways.

Servicemarket please pay attention to one of contractors. I received fast quotes and they contacted me. Unfortunately I chose SSG movers. Team came and start to pack everything very quickly even against the safety of things. They didn’t wash hands or used sanitizer. When I asked to use cloves at list inside bedroom- they refused, than I asked to sanitize hands in front of me. Team and supervisor on phone was rude, didn’t accept to wash hands and they simply cancel everything and started to unpack things. Even after I apologize! They simply left one lady inside mess house. Very rude customer approach and ignoring safety regulations.

Extremely unprofessional with their system - had booked for 2pm, the deep cleaning crew showed up at 9am on a weekend saying there was nothing in the system showing 2pm. Even though it changed in my app it never changed at the scheduling end. And only 2 people came at 9am, the other 2 part of the team showed up at 3pm saying they had other places to do even though I had booked a deep clean with this crew a week ago. Very unprofessional service in terms of their organization, even though cleaning was very thorough but extremely disappointing management. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to book elsewhere if you are looking for a home deep cleaning.

It was my first time service. The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He was extremely precise and removed all the stains of off my couches. They were extremely stubborn stains. Will definitely contact them again. Great service.

I had a totally satisfactory experience with service market. The team was highly trained and professional. Crew arrived at the decided time, finished the first leg of movement with great efficiency and reached the end destination right on time. The second leg of operation was performed with same level of energy and at no time did we feel the need to participate or intervene.

They keep changing cleaners and at times send thieves (and then cover it up with false stories). Ive had constant pain using them for months training their staff and managing their time delays!
Pls don't fall in their trap of false service.

Just dont turn up or call after confirmed the booking. Had to chase for 2hrs after expecting them to arrive, only to be told they cant make it. The competition came within an hour. Therefore, cant recommend and wouldnt advise if requirement is urgent or looking for hassle free.

I have a regular cleaner who is brilliant and have had both a handyman and today a plumber from Service Market and all have been excellent and reasonably priced. Being able to book everything through the app helps too as it saves time. Thanks!
