A fraudulent company that should get their license revoked. LCL charges which were paid off by the shipper was actually billed to us again. Exhorbitant charges and surchargers for which they have no explaination. Just put a bunch of Shipping jargons and make customers fools.
Nobody answers calls, Nobody replies to the emails for any problems that customers may have. The only thing that matters to them is to get their money. Once they have got your money, good luck getting any decent service from them.
I suggest everyone to stay away from this company even if u have to pay extra charges somewhere else. Atleast the others are transparent and communicative.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Servotech, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing encounters I've ever had with a company. I wholeheartedly advise everyone to stay away from them and look for alternatives that value their customers and offer decent service.
The customer service I received was equally appalling. Whenever I tried to reach out to them with my concerns and dissatisfaction, it was an uphill battle. Their phone lines were constantly busy, and when I finally managed to get through, the representatives were unhelpful and dismissive. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to address my concerns adequately.
What truly astonished me was the complete lack of accountability displayed by Servotech. Despite their evident shortcomings, they showed no remorse or willingness to rectify the situation. It felt as if they were simply content with providing subpar service and disregarding the impact it had on their customers.
Based on my experience with Servotech, I strongly discourage anyone from considering their services. Their poor service quality, unprofessional technicians, and lackluster customer support make them an incredibly unreliable choice. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring other options that genuinely prioritize their customers' satisfaction.

Not a good company to deal with, they mislead you by saying you have to pay load port charges while collecting cargo, but they are one doing FRAUD and collecting extra money from you. Warehouse staff specially Faizan is also pathetic, in short avoid dealing with them, save your time and money.

شركة محتالة لا تتعاملون وياهم. تعاملهم سيء جدا و بعد توصيل الشحنة للمرفا يطلبون مبالغ خيالية ما وضحوها من البداية ، موضفة البدالة تعاملها يخلو من الادب. اكثر من عشر اضعاف المبالغ الي تطلبها باقي شركات الشحن

Worst Company, Very bad attitude specially the lady in the call centre.

One of the Worst Shipping company in Dubai, their service, staffs attitude all are disaster. They are squeezing the customers, in your life only one time you will deal with this company, that much Bad behaviour company, I already raised complaint against this company to Dubai DED and DP World authority.
