Ignorant and unresponsive, they only car about signing the contract and ignore any maintenance requests. After mulyiple complains about leakage in the house ignored or delayed stating the landloard did not approve. This is not the first incident since I moved to the apartment where I end up doing the maintenance on my own.

Quality of service from 7th century. Not even place to sit when signing the contract. They took big commission and cannot even deliver a missing parking key to the tenant. Also wanna charge you every year for nothing!

The communication is zero, you need to call office one million time before they answer and if they answered believe me they won't help you or give any solution. They will charge you for the oxygen if they can.

NO for Seven Century

PLEASE AVOID dealing with this agency if you care about yourself and your tenants.they are in lowest level of professionalism. I became Lucky when I terminated the contract with Seven Century. I never saw unprofessional agency like 7 century. Once they get their money, you never can get any response or service from them. I am Landlord and i didn't have one single tenant that didn't complain about their service. I had last 2 tenants spent the night in the building reception because 7 century didn't handle the move in properly. All tenants run away without renewal for another year because of their service. They ignore tenants and landlords once they get their money. No replies to emails, phone call, which is unacceptable specially when the landlord is not in UAE.

I am working on several deals with Nima and he is a honest person and looks trustworthy.full of energy and i enjoy to work with him.

Had a chance to have a detailed and informative property view in Damac hills 2 with a gentleman called Nima from seven Century real estate.
He is a very welcoming person with all the information you need to help for a better decision.

A very unprofessional team sitting in their office other then receptionist and office assistant.i had to deal with a guy name Muhammad Saad, zero client/customers ethics, zero communication skills, and when i tried to complain or raise this whole thing to the management find out that he was the one who manage the whole team. The email conversation with them was pathetic they genuinely threaten you.i was suppose to pay an amount of 29506 no one carries coins but they literally stop the whole process for the sake of 6 dirhams.

There should be zero starts for professionalism of these real estate agents. I’ve been in touch with few of them and none is taking their job seriously. They don’t do what they say, they don’t reply on messages, they don’t call back… don’t invest your money with them. I don’t believe any of the positive reviews here.

AVOID DEALING WITH THEM! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I would rate them at zero if it was possible, even surprised that they have a high rating, probably faked it. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff with a crazy lady as a manager, who called us “just small stupid tenants” and physically assaulted me and my husband when we came to take security deposit, police was involved.
They will take your money but won’t assist in any matter. When we moved in, it was not even the property we chose, but the unit next to it. They insisted on applying for Ejari on our behalf but for 2 months (!) were coming up with excuses blaming the developer, and activated water and electricity manually without registration. They will charge you whatever they can for unreasonable double price not to return your security deposit without any discussion and then say that your money is with landlord, but they are managing the property by contract. Ridiculous.
The business they are doing is illegal, and have to be reported to DLD, companies like this must be audited and shut down. I will make sure to do everything possible for this to happen.
P. S. Dear almighty owner, as you promised to put us in jail for leaving your office upset and didn’t do it, you can start choosing your new name as you promised.

I have dealt with the company a couple of times and it was really a great experience; they have access to variable options and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, I recommend asking for Mr. Wahba if you are looking to buy a property in Dubai.

I used Seven century real estate to sell my home a few months ago, they spent lots of time and explained the market situation and asked me to wait as the market trend shows the price will increase.
I trusted them and decided to wait. Today after few months our relationship changes and they became my real estate advisor and they help and guide me in my investment.
I am very happy about Seven century and their team especially the CEO of the company, Mrs. Naghmeh Sheikholeslami: she has lots of experience in the market and freely she shares all her experience with clients.

Amateurish at their best, and unprofessional and dishonest at their worst.

Make sure to document every inch of your apartment when you receive it, as they will do their best to make sure you don't get a single dirham back from your security deposit if they can help it, for "faults" that already existed before you moved in. Any kindness or patience on your part will be met with manipulation and advantage taking.

Punctuality has no meaning for them, and they will leave you hanging time and time again without proper communication. The office address they have listed isn't their real office, which they had moved and made no mention of that anywhere.

The only saving grace is that they fairly responsive via email and email alone. They never returned any calls I made even after asking.

I have now changed my mind regarding this company, with the help of one employee called Alaa Wahba who helped me to sign a contract with a resilient tenant, now we are both ok, he did a marvelous job, I thank him and the company for their work

I wish I have checked all the negative response before signing with them. I paying the price for not reading about them, so always ready abou the agancy when renting and buying a place in Dubai. They are very professional when you are signing the contract but when you decide to leave they show you their real faces, and they will do their best not to pay you your deposit money. Very disappointing.

Usually (let say in most of cases) once you close/sign a deal by a Real Estate, your relationship will close too, BUT here after signing the deal, i felt that even the relationship becomes stronger.she help me a-lot not only to find my desire unit (of-course on base of my budget) even after that help and support me to make it as a better place to live.

I needed to move immediately. I already knew which building I wanted to move into as I have viewed it before with other brokers. What I like about Sara was she is professional as she was punctual for the meeting, she replied to my messages fast and when we viewed the apartments Sara was quite knowledgeable as she showed me the items around the house. Luckily for me was that Seven Century Real Estate is a property management company thus Sara gave me information on the prices for the dewa, ejari that her company helped me set up, I just provided the cheques and all was done within a week. Sara also answers my queries even after the contract was signed and keys were handover. I only wish the lady who help to manage my new house would reply to her emails and watsapp on time as I had to call her a few times when I can get my tenancy contract and keys. I would recommend the company for delivering their service.

Very bad experience with Sara. She let us rent the apartment and once we were ready to move in, we found out that the owner has pending dues with Empower and we are not able to register for cooling. 3 weeks now we are staying in the apartment without AC! She is saying it is not her responsibility to inform us and to solve the problem! Do not rent any apartment from this company since they are not trustworthy and not professional at all!

Very unprofessional company. I have came 3 times to sign contract for the rent, and every time some details were missing even we have discussed them prior coming to sign the contract. They asked me to pay everything, but they couldn't do one request I asked them for. Very unprofessional office and staff. The office is like in market, very loud, raising voices, they wanted to charge me 320/-AED for ejari. And on top of that when I came to sign 3rd time contract, only the person who made contract knew about it. They haven't even finalized all the details with the owner. Even I requested it before coming.
