Horrible Service, Horrible Food.
Every item requested from the menu was not available & every item served was not fresh and dislike the taste. Waste of time and money.

Lies about the timing. We came from far just because it said open. With 3 hours to closing time, they decided to close already. Really unacceptable.

Very bad costumer service i arrived late to shop the guy named KUMAR he treated me as i dont know what to say very bad service

Me and my friends came there to use shisha and drink tea, when the waiter came he asked us what we wanted, we said 2 shisha and 30 dirham karak small (he didnt mention anything about large size but later accused of us lying) we smoked and drank but when the bill came, it showed 320 dirhams, we were very shocked because we already calculated the price and didn’t expect it to be 320 we saw they brought large karak and said something they said no i said large and you said yes (we didnt say yes to large) we had to sit there for so long to bring in friends so we can all pay enough money to go home, overall very bad experience and never coming back here unless the restaurant will give us a discount or invite us to something fairly priced or even free to make up for how we were treated.

I came to visit this place with my friends. Staff took a while to greet us and sit at the table. We had to wait 15 min and call the waiter ourselves. The waiter is untrained and incapable. The food arrived cold and was terrible. We also ordered shisha, taste is horrible and waiter did not even check with us if we liked it or not. After sitting there and waiting for someone to check on us, we had to call them and ask for the check. The only nice part is the view. Overall the experience is terrible and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice view - excellent amount of flavors for Shisha, the tea was perfect, smooth Music - thank you - we will come back again!

I've been in this place many times, but today I was very pleasantly surprised with the best and amazing service from Administrator Moustafa, for 5 years living in Dubai I have never seen such an amazing and attentive service like today. He made our evening great)

Service is very bad, untrained waiters with no manners. Food was served after 45 minutes and it was cold. I do not recommend spending tour evining at this place.

Apart from good ambience and perfect location, I came along with my friends and they asked the Sheesha to be fixed couple of times, unfortunately boys unable to fix it properly and made it strong every time made my friends lost the patience and left it without smoking much.staff tried But the equipment or the taste both doubtful.must ask for trial for Sheesha before you order. I can update my review once someone will take this serious

2 years in Dubai, baddest experience, 1.40 am arrived, they told you we close at 3am, just received my orders at 2am and each 5mn they come to ask me if i have finish with an annoyed look.and also it's the first time in dubai that I've been asked to pay before I even received my order, as if I was going to steal.and I asked for a pepsi after having finished eating it was 2.10am and he refuses because he is going to close.but why you told me 3am? ! Even a glass of water I couldn't have. Run away! 1 time not 2.and their Shisha

من اجمل واروع وارقى فروع شكسبير اطلالته خرافية على برج خليفة والنافورة الراقصة. الاكل والمشاريب والشيشة ما عليهم كلام. مكان يصنع يومك ويعدل مودك.

Today we were at your Downtown venue, we ordered some coffees and pancakes. The waiter was very kind he took the order on time but unfortunately we waited more than an hour for the food, we received the coffees half an hour later and the food never arrived so we obviously decided to cancel. It was noticeable that there were few staff, only one person on a large terrace.

هذا المطعم من زمان موجود وله فروع كثيره في جميع الامارات وفي كل اماره اكثر من فرع ولا زال يلمع ومحافظ على رونقه بالاكل جربة الفتوشيني الفريدو بالفطر والدجاج وكان طعمها لذيذ ولا يقاوم لمحبين الباستا والمعكرونه وجربة شوربة العدس كان طعمها لذيذ وصحي وجربة الكيك عندهم كان نوعا نا جيد جدا وجربة الكوفي لاتيه بنكهة الفانيلا وكان طعمها حلو ديكورات المكان تشعرك كانك في مملكة الاساطير والخيال مكان ممتاز للاستمتاع

While the ambiance and view are absolutely stunning, the service was horribly slow. Not sure if this was a one-time thing but we shouldn't have to ask to order or to get a menu or pay the bill. The gentleman who seated me was great and showed me the outside seating area but other than that it was hard to even get a menu. The 2 stars is for the amazing view of the Burj Khalifa.

I used to be a regular customer. Will never come again.
Poor staff. They are not getting paid at all, some of them waiting 6-7 months for their salaries, huge number of complaints in labor. This management is the worst ever. How can you treat the staff like that.

Very nice cafe located at the second floor and at the very entrance to Souk Al Barhar which takes you to dubai mall.
Nice decor, very friendly and helpful staff. Affordable in a way and you can still enjoy a coffee with some cake

We usually have the pasta which delivered upto mark this time around as well. Their breakfast is also good.

Found this place by accident. Almost half the menu is vegan. Loved the vegan grilled cheese sandwich and the tacos. The location is fantastic too, sitting outside you can see the burj and the fountains.

Had a bad experience here after previously visiting a couple of times before which was good.

The waiter was new and fair enough he wasn’t familiar with the menu but it wasn’t easy to order our meal, then they forgot the break basket appetiser and the crayons for my daughter and they didn’t have any honey and have wrong advice about what they served us. I was given a complimentary cup of mango juice to take away when we left but overall it just wasn’t a good experience and I won’t visit here again.

Enjoyed my initial days in dubai sitting in this beautiful restaurant with the view of Burj Khalifa. Eating quinoa salad with grilled chicken and banana beetroot smoothie.

I had a very bad experience. The food came to the table cold, and the tea I ordered came 30 minutes after the meal which is ridiculous. I had to get up and chase after the staff several times to get them to finally bring my tea to the table. The service was very bad, even though the rest was empty, and even the manager was rude and dismissive to us. All in all, will never repeat this experience at this restaurant again.

It’s one of my favorite locations to spend time with nice view of Burj Khalifa. Restaurant serve tasty and wide variety of food. However, the service at the outdoor area need to be improved as waiters are slow and look like lost most of the time.

It's really dropped off recently, service was slow and Sheesha was okay. Food was still excellent the mock tails could have been better.

Good place to sit and dine with beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and the foundation show. The place was clean, hygienic and also pocket friendly.

Woow place to hangout with your loved ones with the view of Burj Khalifa. Delicious food as well. Worth it.

It’s a beautiful restaurant with a lovely patio for outdoor seating. Servers were professional and helpful. The view was wonderful; you can look out over Burj Khalifa. Worth going to.

It's okay. I celebrated my birthday here but they didn't even sing me a song even if they knew it was my bday, seeing from the cake, but oh well maybe they will not sing unless u requested it, but still right.

I enjoyed my breakfast there. The place was nice. Staff were friendly but a bit confusing about their duty.they were forgetting our orders. Some part by mistake they brought but in overall they were good.
Price is high buy fair.

I ordered mushroom soup and beef short ribs food very delicious price very good and portion huge I couldn’t eat it I need to share it with 2 more people staff very friendly and the place is very elegant and clean

Visited here for an afternoon break, Ordered cheese saj and Zatar saj plus the drinks, saj was very very dry and it was breaking inside my mouth, very difficult to chew, I complained to waiter and he explained that not much olive oil was put on the saj! So why do you serve it!
Unfortunately plates were removed from my table before I had chance to take a photo!

Shisha only outside (even when it’s summer). I ordered the French toast (classic) as seen in the photo. The service is good. Average experience at best

The location is great and the atmosphere is beautiful, but their service was beyond horrible. They take forever to take the order and they informed us that they don’t have some items on the menu and it turned out that they have it.

Spacious and chilled with excellent outside seating with a view of Burj Khalifa. Food and drinks are excellent as usual.

A chic dining concept, with beautifully done interiors. It is a cafe- restaurant serving delicious pastries, chocolates and lots more.
A perfect spot to have brunch with your family, host a tea party or spend a perfect weekend alone.
Loved everything that we ordered and even the cutlery and tableware looks sophisticated.

Service staff all wearing masks. Tables are socially distanced from each other. Everyone working there is really very generous, which made for a delightful dining experience: you get your money's worth, and then some. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Has a nice view of Burj Khalifa. Only a small part of the fountain is visible, and you can barely hear the music, but that didn't impact our experience at the restaurant at all. Overall, excellent and highly recommend.

Best place to celebrate birthdays since their cheese cake is very tasty. We liked the baby chicken in lemon very much. Very beautiful environment for eating or enjoying our food.

A novel take on the Bloody Mary. Adding crispy bacon and a radish as garnish seemed odd at first but the flavors compliment each other.

Colour me impressed!

Food is good as are the prices, for the most part. Steak Sandwich is perhaps overpriced for what it is. Service was slow and inattentive.

BAD SERVICE!

I've been an avid fan of Shakespeare & Co but not until I visited this Souk Al Bahar branch. Very bad service. From the supervisor to the staff it seem like they do not want to accommodate you. I couldn't even remember if they ever gave a smile to think that it was not a busy day! Their treatment was very cold and felt like they do not want to serve you at all. When we were about to pay and preferred to pay separately, one of us were not able to use his esaad card for discount as the supervisor was insisting that we were seated in one table and it was impossible to make a separate bill for our friend which we find odd and doesn't make sense at all. If not because of the awesome view of Burj Khalifa, it will never be worth it! Definitely not coming back again!

Don’t go, don’t go; don’t go! I know very well Shakespeare, but this branch is very bad. The staff treat people differently, incredible! Very bad service, I’ve been with my family, my wife and our 3 kids, and we’ve got The WORST welcome in my live. I’ll never go there anymore.

Love this place. Amazing views if you go to the one in souk Al bahar. Staff is top notch. Would stop going or go much less often if it got rid of zomato gold though

Great place, around the corner from the busiest mall in Dubai. Nice and quiet, great tea, great shisha, great milkshakes.

Cozy place, beautiful location at Suk Al Bahar. Take your book or tablet and enjoy the ambience and food.

Nice place for outdoors when the weather is good. Have been to SnC couple of time. Quality of Food and ambience is good. The view of the Burj is spectacular. However, on this particular day we had some fly's around (only hitch)

Nice place with a good view. The problem was that we had people smoking and having Shisha next to us. That spoiled it for me.

Great restaurant, great food, you cand smoke shisha here. I loved it. The plates were big and very tasty. The waiter forgot one plate, but it came really fast with it when we told him about the missing plate. Great place, love it!

Nearly impossible to get service. The food also wasn't as nice as at other Shakespeare and Co. Will definitely not go to the location again.

Sometimes the cafe and food is good, but staff ruins the whole experience due to their ignorance to some tables and taking good care of others!
