Got rid of their shisha room they expect you to smoke outside in Dubai’s summer temperatures?

The stuff very lazy and in Ramadan they close 10: 30 pm instead of extending more than midnight. I’m not happy at all

Cozy place, overpriced, food is ok, coffee is average and staff are polite but a bit slow
It’s very tricky to eat outdoors with hundreds of flies are around

This isn’t the Shakespeare and Co.that was amazing 3 years ago. The food quality has gone down incl.the desserts! The service and the manager on duty is so poor too. So sad to see it this way.

Outdoor no service. Food is good but service is soo bad. I have to wait 15 minutes each time to communicate with customer service agents. I would recommend in summer.

Outdoor seating only reserved for smokers, if you go with your child and want to enjoy the outdoor seating and the nice weather you will be forced to move inside, and they tell you this after you have been greeted, seated and already ordered your food. The most absurd thing if the matter was that we were forced to move inside while there was noone outset but us. Very absurd. Just went there for their outdoor space as their food quality is mediocre at best.

Food is okay but some staff are very rude, they don't know how to talk to the person whoever came inside their restaurant

Food is actually great in this place, at least this time, last time been here 4 years ago it was really bad. But today my rating is because of extremely bad customer treatment that touched the level of racism based on the customer nationality, color and accent. I know I am not coming back never seen this anywhere in Dubai

Cute place to sit and have a meal or even just coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating areas.
There are toys to entertain the little kids.
Conveniently located on the ground floor in the ranches Souk.
Their cakes and sweets are amazing.

Shakespeare & Co.is nicely decorated restaurant with an indoor and outdoor seating area. They serve hookah/shisha in the outdoor area. The atmosphere is calm overall so it’s perfect for taking a relaxing bite at night or during the day. The menu covers three meals of the day and it’s diverse as they serve Arabic and Western dishes. In terms of pricing, it’s reasonable.

Food presentation is very good. I have not ordered anything that I disliked at Shakespeare but I feel that certain dishes can benefit from a flavor boost.

Staff are good but they are not enough to cover all customers in Arabian ranches brunch. Coffee quality is bad.

I am very delighted to be served by Doreen today at Arabian Ranches branch. She is so professional, so caring. She paid attention to the details, so we enjoyed our meal!

No more breakfast combos Healthy choice, their signature breakfast is gone. Instead you pay everything seperate.

Place with nice ambience, good service.
Desserts here are very tasty, Mirabel cake is my special love, really recommend if you like cherries and chocolate.
Food is tasty, but my dish today was very salty, however I ate, as was too hungry.

It was a weekend and the dinner was arranged at short notice. The Shakespeare Arabian Ranches was fairly busy and we had to wait for a table to be available. However we didn't have to wait long and were seated at our table. The service is quick and mindful The order taker had a smile throughout and was knowledgeable and offered suggestions. One thing great about Shakespeare's menu is that they have started to include Vegan and Vegetarian options. I ordered a quinoa salad and deducted on the Vegan grilled Spinach and Vegan cheese Sandwich. I was initially looking at the Beyond Burger Vegan option but was convinced to try the Sandwich instead. And wasn't it delicious. Wife ordered the Salmon which was very well presented and delicious so I'm told Another Salad was chicken wrapped in lettuce and some sort of sauce lightly drizzled on the chicken, gave a nice kick to the salad. As a back up ordered some French fries which were nice and crisp not soggy as sometimes French fries are. Overall the portions are large and sometimes can be shared between two person. The pictures in the menu can be deceiving. Fo dessert we ordered a Tiramisu to share, however the sad part was that was the only thing that was disappointing that evening. Very Firm not at all cream or any evidence that it was Tiramisu. Service was courteous and helpful Still enjoyed the dinner overall

Overall I like Shakespeare where ever they are.nice and friendly staffs eventhou we were there 30 minutes before the closure

My favorite shisha place in town. Unique rustic interiors makes every corner in the restaurant insta-worthy.

Called to check if small children are allowed (many restrictions these days, so wasn’t sure) and was assured by the staff member that they are. Upon arrival, we realized this was not true. Staff would not admit to who specifically picked up the phone and misinformed me. Wasted time.

Wonderful experience. Lovely food, great service and amazing decor. We had a little miss-hap and the waiter was completely forgiving. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Shakespeare and Co.serve tasty and delightful food with sooting ambiance. The quality of the food is really good and the portions are appetizing. The franchise is quite famous and has the food options which lives up to the expectations of customers.

Very less menu choice, kids menu is not actually suitable for kids I ordered cheeky burger which was super hard for a child to eat.
One time visit only.ambient is nice and calm. Must have more staff on floor.

I usually like to go to Shakespeare, but this branch in particular lowers the rating.
The wait is interminable, at many occasions, the service never came, unless someone goes to the manager directly.
The food comes in batches, if ever.
Non smoking outdoor area is not safe from smoke, so if you think about bringing a child, I advise you to sit indoor.
Macaroons are stale.

Service was slow upstairs and being one of the colder days in dubai, employees were unable to reduce the a.c. Blasting upstairs and it was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast and coffee standard as all Shakespeare and co outlets

Needs some cooling fans outside, needs abit of music, staff could be more in number as it gets busy in the evening

Everything we ordered was delicious and was worth it for the price. We loved the staff, very friendly and accommodating. If you are going to use the Entertainer, they only accept payment with cards.

Quality of food is way below Marina branch: not fresh, smaller portions, butter is old and smelly.

Nice place. Outdoor tables are the best choice for friends' gathering after long working day. No need to explain about the soft drinks, sweets and Shisha experience since Shakespeare & Co always provides the best options.

Avoid this restaurant if possible. The place reeks of smoke, which i think comes from the overly-fancy seats. There's a so-called playroom, but all you can really do is play around with the tv because all the toys are broken and they can't be bothered to go and buy new ones. Seats and ambience is uncomfortable. Service is fine, tea is excellent, but there's nothing oh-so special about the food and beverage served. Prices are exorbitant for the size of the portion they give. Only good meal here is the saj, which you can't technically buy in any restaurant anywhere. The table is filthy when you sit down. Food comes quickly enough but don't expect anything to be exceeding your expectations, nor even meeting them some of the time. I give two and a half star.

Not first time to go there but this time I was the first to try the newly added dish to the menu the Mix Grilled, it was nice tender and filling.
It consists of meat, ribs and chicken with rice and sausage.
Nicely cooked perfect more than enough for one person.
I recommend you to try it and I promise you will not regret.

Food is not bad, manaqeesh is gd, eggs variety is gd location is gd, service is horrible too much time to prepare the order, it is normal if you have to clean the table yourself

I'm sorry to give bad rating, it's not because of the staff or the food quality, but because of the cigarette smell (and that's with other Shakespeare restaurants I have visited around, as well).
