I've been going to this coffeeshop several times and every time I use the washroom I ask myself how the management are not paying attention to small details that it makes a lots of difference!

Visited here with a friend after a long time. I was sad to see the place looking really tired. Especially the toilets! Was horrified to say the least. The ladies toilet has a broken door handle which left me locked in for a few minutes. I had to figure out how to get out. Imagine if this was a child or if there was an emergency etc?
There was no tissue nor soap inside the women's toilet. However, outside the bathroom the double sinks had the necessities. When I returned to my table I spoke to my waiter, from his demeanour you could see that he felt very ashamed and was apologising. He explained that non Shakespeare customers are using the toilets and leaving them in a disgusting state. He explained that it is he and other waiters who are responsible in keeping the toilets clean. I find this absolutely awful that those serving food are also having to keep the toilets clean, surely this is a health hazard in cross contamination? And shame on the management for putting the responsible on the waiters to clean the toilets as well keeping guard for non customers. The management should be stepping up to this and manage this area correctly. I always take note of the condition of the restrooms, since if they are looked after then it's highly likely that the back of the restaurant is in good order too.

At least allow your paying customers to benefit from your property's facilities.
I will have to think twice before returning as I fear this 'nice' restaurant is not taking enough care with their hygiene.

The place have a style and unique atmosphere, the best part is any selection any time, i e u can have breakfast at 9 pm, or a burger in the morning

I love Shakespeare &CO places, I love the food they make, I love the decorations in this place and here I am giving 5 stars, but I am really disappointed from two really bad things in all shakespeare places, every time, literally every time I visit it, the place is full of flies, whether I seat inside or outside. I can understand it when I seat outside although it’s not acceptable in place like that, but to seat inside and really every time it’s full of flies that’s really not acceptable, the worst is when I decided to get inside the restroom, (WC), the smell was something unbelievable, it’s like I am not in Dubai, its like iam in an old city, which doesn’t care of the hygiene, I really love Shakespeare restaurants, specially the one in Silicon, but I think if I visit this place again, and I will definitely visit it, and if I notice the same problems, I will definitely raise a complaint to the higher authority. Thank you.

There has to be a Shakespeare in every corner of the world. Their menu is abundant, they food quality and presentation are exemplary and their staff - so friendly and knowledgeable.
Shakespeare is an experience on it's own.

I amnot happy with their service anymore, really disapointed, I certainly I won't visit this branch (DSO) anymore or any shakespeare anymore.

Always have flies to deal with on each indoor dining visit. Food is always great though. I’ll improve my rating if no more flies on my next visit.

Poor service! After giving the Menu nobody comes for the order for 15mins.

Beautiful cafe. They dont have zomato or entertain app so, when you go there ready to pay full amount. Im giving 4 star bcause of that. Food is good and little expensive side. But delicious for lunch time. Waitresss are very very very good. Interior design diffrent. Nice place to go at least for 2 people 250-300 definitely will spend there.

One of the best restaurant in silicon oasis for food.the ambiance and the interiors are so classy, i love their breakfast menu which includes so many options for eggs and sausages, i also like their french toasts, sandwiches, pastas, desserts and coffee. Great place!

I ordered avocado and egg toast which was so amazing, I also like their music and the atmosphere over there at Shakespeare

Lovely food with the perfect indoor ambience! Love this place for breakfast and dessert! It s one of my go to places for breakfast and dessert! They have large varieties of desserts which are absolutely delicious they also have loyalty app where you have a lot of amazing offers! Do check it out!

The morning breeze and the outside sitting arrangement makes it perfect for a breakfast with done of free sunlight.

Wifi connection is very poor. I wish i maintained their IT. I would have got wifi resolved in under a day:)

I am a regular customer of Shakespeare but have been to their DSO branch for the first time. May it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, This place can never go wrong. Lots of variety to choose from also for vegetarians. The staff was very friendly.

Lovely food with great staff.
Only problem I had today at breakfast is that I went to use my HSBC voucher and I was told I couldn’t use it for the larger selected breakfast (I.e the breakfast with the tea/coffee/juice included)
Apparently this has been a rule for over 2 years.it definitely HAS NOT been a rule, I’ve been using the voucher well before COVID-19 and apparently it’s states quite clearly on the menu you can’t use the voucher for these selected menus.
IT DOESNT!
I spoke to the manager called Ken who was also our waiter and he was the one who told us the rule.
I would love for someone to explain to me why this rule is in place when it doesn’t state it anywhere.
I’ve been coming to Shakespeare for a few years now and I have ALWAYS used the voucher.
I suspect it something to do with the price.
Normal breakfast is around 45-50 dhs.and special breakfast is 69dhs.
Think this is very unfair.
I honestly would have spent more money there today if they hadn’t got this silly rule in place.

Always a classic experience, the decor is unique, the food is delicious, wonderful location to meet up with friends. It's just a shame they removed the shrimp dish from the menu

I bought some chocolates when they were on sale. I love them! I love the packaging and they taste like expensive chocolates. I also love the free warm bread they serve here as a complimentary starter.

The food and ambience was great as usual. The service and hygiene were compromised a little. There were too many flies inside of the restaurant, my order missed some specifications, no follow-up after the order and I had to call out to the waitress a little loudly to get her attention after waiting patiently for 15 minutes. Definitely liked the Al Majaz Shakespeare a lot better than this one.

Obviously the decor is a big pull of the place, so I was pleasantly surprised by the great tasting avocado shrimp wrap that I had! It is however on the pricier side!

Great pancake! One of the best I’ve ever tried. Try their club sandwich! Won’t regret it. Over over over priced though!

Worst restaurant ever, canceled my order for not wanting to deliver coz I ordered at 11: 30 pm and they close at midnight, gonna write this everywhere.

The service at the restaurant is good along with the full menu at any Shakespeare outlet. Staff is friendly and food is great quality as always. However it wish they were able to do something about the flies in the restaurant as they are pretty annoying.

The atmosphere was good and the place is big enough, parks are also available in good numbers, so near to academic city.

Its unique Restaurant & cafe very classy and luxury and food is very delicious and highly recommended for everyone. The atmosphere makes you feeling like you are in heritage Britain place.

Employes there cannot be trust. You call them in advance for a cake and say they have it and when you come they try to give you another one cause of course they don’t have the one you wanted. Waste of time

Top notch. Good prices. Best avocado meals except at times the avocadoes are unripe and the guacamole then tastes bitter. Better to ask for soft sliced avocado on the side.

Nice place to stop for breakfast, although their lunch selection is also very good. The menu is extensive and the sweets and pastries are very popular.

If you are looking for American breakfast or you are diet conscious, I think shakespeare n co will not be bad choice, they have variety in breakfast, I liked the most was America breakfast. Staff was pleasant, only bad thing was having flies, which was quite disappointing. Coffee latte which they serve I would suggest it should be little hot, as they normally serve is like you drink it, instead of sipping it. Overall food quality and experience was good

Ordered the NY striploin from here through Talabat, and asked for medium well. Steak Arrived rare, bloody, cold, and refused to give me a refund for my money.

Manager had the audacity to ask me to order an extra order worth 10 to 15 AED to be able to replace my order.

Horrible food, horrible customer service.

Arranged a birthday party for one of our beloved friend and I must say now it was a blast in the past. The staff amazingly made it worth the money you spend. We loved it and it was an astonishing surprise. Thanks to the team!

Terrible service. Employers had a meeting middle of the day. Nobody to take care of the customers! Waiting time therefore way too long

One of the few restaurants I would give 5 stars. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I was not sure if I would like a juice and the waiter let me taste it (small cup and did not have to pay). Food is supergood, specially breakfast. Nice environment

Good place to go and chill with your friends. It’s very well decorated and even the waiters get into the mood you walk into when you go there. You are likely to like this place if you are into this vibe!

Amazing food and service as always. We have recently tried their new branch in DSO. It’s such a blessing to have Shakespeare in this part of town closer to our home.
Their service, food and ambiance is same as any other branch and their staff is very hospitable.

Tables available indoor and outdoor, although, the inside is definitely unique. Healthy food available in addition to the delicious deserts.

A must visit if you live within or near Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Great place for families. All the items will make your day special. The ambience is a class apart! For all your special days, this place is great.
