Shakespeare and Co.

We had a great dinner at the Shakespeare restaurant a few days ago! The meals (Pasta and fish burger) were very delicious, our waiter was attentive and quick and, all in all, the prices were fair and appropriate. Also the atmosphere of the restaurant is unique and special for Dubai. Truly a hidden tip.

Good food and atmosphere, quiet and clean place. Basement parking available and offer free first couple of hours.

Ordered two mains and a starter.
Starter arrived the same time as the main.

One of the mains was a truffle beef burger medium cooked - however when it arrived it was a chicken burger instead.

They replaced the burger to beef and brought it back, but then it was a standard beef burger without the truffle.

We sent it back and asked not to be charged for it and will settle the rest of the bill, they was fine with this and apologized and asked if we would like a complimentary tea or coffee.

Nice staff and friendly but possibly require better training and to relate comments better to the kitchen.

Will try it again at a later date.

No doubt between all Shakespeare’s branches, this is the worst. Starting from very rude friendless service (specially Egyptian waiter) to wait 20 min only for taking order and 30 min till we had to cancel our order due to non-reasonable delay. Worst place by far at all of F&B’s at Golden mile mall.

We had an amazingly beautiful lunch! Every time we eat at this restaurant (also in other branches), we are very satisfied. So many vegan options on the menu! All of the dishes are very attentive, delicious and beautiful. We were going to lose our minds, we liked it so much. Calm, beautiful, sweet place. Employees are involved.

Location perfect, cool atmosphere, good coffee and great service, highly recommended. Clean and tidy

Terrible experience today - management has changed, and with that comes terrible service, average food, poorly maintained restaurant and policies that will make us never visit the restaurant again. Jobart (spvsr) seems to have no clue, had attitude after we had to go into the restaurant after sitting outside for 5 mins waiting for service, and the service was so bad we left.
We will never visit this restaurant again - Shakespeare, you've gone downhill. With West Palm bars and restaurants literally next door to you, there is absolutely no need for you anymore. Good luck!

Very slow service, had to go indoors to ask for service twice, completely neglected. They didn’t bother to provide napkins or anything such as sugar, even after asking for it. I had to get that myself.

Very nice place with extremly friendly and helpful staff. Love the design. I really recommend this place.

This is one of our favorite cafes in the golden mile. Outside seating is spacious. Fast service and friendly staff. I also recommend the SAC rewards app for earning cash back from every purchase in this cafe.

Arrived at 11.40 to be told they stop serving 1.5 hours before closing. Staff were just standing around chatting and didn't look pleased we had turned up Unfortunately on out last day from the u.k so wouldn't be able to come back

Overrated. Very poor customer service, staff is not trained to be efficient and helpful over the phone.

We like to have a meal at Shakespeare whenever we feel like having beef tenderloin and have tried a few branches of theirs. So we ordered beef tenderloin and beef ribs today and have the tenderloin to cook at medium rare which we always did. However when we cut into the tenderloin, we expect to see pink in the middle but it looks more to rare cooked. And the potato gratin is not the best among the other outlet we have been to. To our surprise, the beef ribs is tender and juicy, well cook. Highly recommend the dish!

Not a good place for ordering food online because they take to much time to prepare the food. They just look after there dine inn customers.

The eggs Florentine are probably the best in Dubai. I usually have them to takeaway as it’s just opposite my building.
I love the venue and we can sit outside with the dog.

Staff are always lovely.

My other favourite menu items are the salmon filet. It’s light and beautifully presented with a aubergine purée with mango avocado and prawns. The fondant is 10/10 I order at least once a month.

5 Stars for this hidden plan inside the Golden mile in Jumeira Palm. Safe for Kids, right in front of a small play ground and running track. Just park in the Golden Mile and go there and have a superb breakfast and you will be surrounded by the trees.
There is inside and outside seating area and outside smoking area. They also serve Shisha.
Entertainer is accepted there (Buy one and get one free)

Home away from home, the ambiance is just beautiful and best of all is the manager she is so polite with a warm heart that is why we keep coming back very friendly staff.the food is amazing and at very affordable prices.

Was disappointed when Shakespeare himself wasn't there big fan of romeo and Juliet, Romeo o Romeo wherefor art thogh Romeo, deny thy father and refuse thy name

Yes definitely one of my favourite cafe in the Palm. Love the ambiance and the décor. Perfect place to sit back and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and to spot lovely doggies. Very dog friendly area in town. Parking is not an issue and it's absolutely free free free! You can walk jog and what not.worth spending your money.

Lot of flies out door.when complained got us candles on the table.was about to finish our meal.didnt enjoy at all!

Decent place, good hummus and hallumi but main courses (pasta arabiata and vegetarian curry) tasted bland.

Good food and ambience. Good place for outdoor and indoor sitting. Shisha is available. The cuisine and shakes are mind blowing. Real value for money. Overall an excellent place for food and pastries.

Quaint mall, elegant restaurant!
Shakespeare & Co mesmerizes me each time, and this locale is no different from the other ones. The menu has changed considerably, and now includes "Saj" saviry pastries (zaatar, kashkaval, labneh, etc).
I chose tonite the Pollo Al Funghi pizza, which comes with zucchini but the waiter Hareesh accommodated my request to replace it with artichoke. It was absolutely delicious (pictured).
They're open beyond their kitchen (closes at 11: 30 pm) for those who enjoy shisha outdoors (till 1: 30 am)!

الزياره الثالثه لكنها للاسف غيرت ماكان عالقاً في ذاكرتي بسبب الباستا بثمار البحر وسلطه المانجو التابعه للسلمون وتم التجاوب نوعا ماء بخصوص الطلب بالغاء الباستا فقط. فشكرا للتلطف والتفاهم.

Service is really good and food is nice, went there for an evening snack/dinner and shisha. Their menu seems to offer some nice items too. However, the Shisha was below average. Would not recommend the place for Shisha.

A very nice resturant and cafe located in Golden mile 6 on pal Jumeirah, Dubai. Provides good breakfast options, lunch, dinner and desert.
It has fantastic decoration that will make you feel happy.

From a prime location within Dubai, a warehouse facility houses the company’s centralized patisserie and kitchen operations where all ordering, receiving, and shipping is coordinated. It also houses the Design department workshop featuring a team specializing in paint, carpentry and upholstery, as well as a dedicated graphic design studio. Furniture and fixtures in all our restaurants, including franchises, as well as printed materials, are all produced in-house.

Cozy coffee shop and restaurant, i loved friendly enviroment and the variety of healthy food in menu.
The staffs are helpfull and kind.
Mr. Crishna is the best of them and he always greets us with a smily face.
We have tried so many times foods and coffee there and by sure we will be there again.

I have never tried food here that i didnt like.its one of my favo. Restaurants.but i have to admit shisha is not that good

If you're looking for a quiet place just to enjoy great food and company this is your best choice.

Tried breakfast here. Very average food and slow service. For this quality seems even overpriced.
There are much better breakfast places out there.
