Oh la la, went in for macarons and an iced latte and started looking at the menu and got very excited.

What an abundant choice of food and it all looks so good on the pictures.

Love the way they present the food in their menu and will definitely have to add it to the to do list for a family visit at lunch time!

Can’t wait to try out some of their dishes.

Did do take-away macarons too and they were very tasty!

Ambience is always good in all their branches.

I have been to this particular branch multiple times, but recently their services have been bad.

Why, i will list in points below:

- i had to remind the waiter that i am sitting n waiting for him.

- Ordered oat pancakes n pancakes were raw n runny in the center.

- Acai bowl, like who can go wrong with Acai bowl. Acai was frozen, literally in chunks as if taken out of the freezer directly into the bowl.
I had to wait for it to melt!

- when i complained the waiter had nothing to say, not even a sorry for the bad service and food.

- coffee, just average.

So i am not gonna visit this or any branch of Shakespeare and co again.

I dont wanna risk paying for bad food again. I rather try a new place, atleast wont be disappointed if the food n services is bad.

Nice atmosphere, but the food is disappointing.

*The poached egg with avocado.the avocado paste on the toast was not delicious, if they only put fresh avocado slices, the taste would have been better without the flavours and spices they added.

*The standard breakfast with cheese omelette was not that great too. It looks good only.

We came to celebrate our little boy graduation day and once the nice lady Ms Irenen knew, she added candles and wrote on his cake and made him feel happier and made him feel very special

Great day, good services and helpful staff. I went there Sunday afternoon for brunch it was a good one.

Breakfast was good, service was also pretty fast, some complimentary biscuits were provided to my coffee.

I had a cafe latte here and the coffee was good.
Again not the finest I had but overall, a place to chill out

Please pay to your employees. Their service is great, but you have not paid them for 7 months. Shame for a place like this

Food was good, but service is very poor, their attitude is like if you want you eat and go, and they work as if they are not paid, unfortunate a person so called manager there also over phone and never mind customer. After serving food never bothered to ask if food was ok or do u need anything else, to order a water had to wait for 15 min, then after wanted to order dessert but because of hopeless staff we left from there.

I visited this restaurant yesterday, I was served by one of the waiters, their service was not good, they were mocking us all the time and they had a bad attitude, the staff should be trained well.

Made the mistake of ordering a Mac n cheese here, was absolutely awful taste wise and look wise. Told the waiter exactly what I thought of it, he still charged me for it as I had eaten a spoonful.

Came in to have a small dinner and to get the cake for an small occasion. Made an order. Was waiting for long time. Order does not come. Later on one of the waiter came to me: “May I get your order”. Really? How come. I have made already one and waiting for it.
They forgot, mentioned that the staff is new. On the picture you can see how empty restaurant was.

Service was great, Sujan greeted me as I was still browsing to the outside menu. He made recommendation for the food choice, I had the Shrimps and Avo wrap, excellent recommendation. He is very friendly and polite, customer oriented. Thank you Sujan

We had breakfast at this branch and our visit today wasn’t pleasant at all when it’s comes to the food quality.
We ordered 5 different dishes and they were all not up to their usual standards. We won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

I am a regular customer in many Shakespeare branches, this branch is the worst regarding the service.
Very sad, slow, unwelcoming staffs.
Serving you as they are giving you a favor.

Every time, i have to beg them to bring salt and paper, to clean the table, to fix the outdoor flies issue.

Few times they tried to cheat me by not adding my bill points to my application account.

Many times the serve me take away items instead of dine-in, even after complaining, their answer was “its a take way item”
But i am dining in you smart guys!

Note to the management:
Pls pay your staffs well, try to make them happy while working. Hospitality depends on servicing

For me it’s enough for this branch

Good restaurant. Good food but service needs to be sharpened. Gloves should be worn while cleaning tables. One cannot serve with the same hands. One Staff needs to learn from where to hold a glass and place it on the table.

Great experience. Generally go there during working hours very close to the parking located at a quiet mall.perfect if you are looking to get away from noise.staff is also great but looks like the place is understaffed.especially during rush hours since they arent able to attend quickly.so be ready to wait for payment of bill as well:)

Been here few days back, tables not clean staff all changed since my last visit and service has crambled terribly, to long time for everything but the most annoying is that the tables were soooooo unclean.

Grace is the most pleasant and beautiful waitress! Very attentive, responsive and kind. This is the first time I have met such an attitude!

Variety of cakes like Tiramisu, Vanilla Pave, Chocolate Pave, Mogador (chocolate cake with nuts) and Mille-feuille (layers of pastry and custard) are delicious.

Great selection of cakes, food is good too but your coffee is lousy and served way too hot. I'd recommend an investment in a Coffee Barista and educating your staff

Staff is super nice and making us feeling good every time. I super like when we buy a cake for a friend and they make sure to write everything we ask them - in latin or cyrillic alphabet, making our friends special day even better.
And I am always surpassed of how many people come in morning just for a coffee or breakfast!

I Love Shakespear & Co but for some strange reason the last 2 times I ate at Arjan City Center the food was below expected!

Good food, really liked their menu choices, a variety of all the cuisines. Interiors are gorgeous, a Victorian set up. Food and drinks are yummy.

My entertainer is valid till today and how can the staff refuse to honour for cakes, when i have options, what i the point of buying the pay app #Entertainer then!

Was there with a colleague few days back I was served with a poor quality food that gave me food poisoning for 3 days straight. Don't be fooled by the smiles you'll get from the staffs once you a person of different color get ready to even eat leftoveras or rotten food mixed in your order. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone since they don't treat people equally with respect. I would rate 0 star but could not.

The place is delightfully whimsical and elegant, like all the rest. The menu has great variety, the seating is comfortable and plentiful. One gets the feeling you could have dozens of different beverages here. Also cakes & deserts. Also entree items. Therevmany breakfasts. Lunch too. Many other things on the menu that I certainly forgot. Just like the decor, and this review, there is so much going on in this business, that you have a difficult time knowing where to start, or even identifying why you would go. That's not to say it's a bad choice. It's not. They do great food, and this particular branch is always so empty, the waiters seem board and ready to leap into action to fulfill your every whim and fancy.

However, our problem remains. Where do we start? My suggestion is this: Just go, point to something in the menu, & you'll get happy with it. Really. It is that kind of place. Overwhelming for those if us that like simple choices, but possibly delightful for those who need a plethora of choices to tease and tempt them into action.

We had the iftaar meal and it was flavoursome, well presented and substantial portions. Service was great

It is opened during Ramadan hours and serve. Cozy place. Good ambience. Good choice of food n beverages including main course n dessert. Friendly staff. Nice place for an informal catchup with friends and family. Price wise medium to high.

Pricey place for meals and shisha. But cool overall. Bring coupons and subscribe to their loyalty plan if you want to visit often

Last I tried the pesto spaghetti at Shakespearean barsha.below average in taste, though the fish and chips were a saving grace.

I like it, the original style and the food quality, it's a place you can chill have a coffee or have a nice dinner.
