Shakespeare and Co. ( Café Restaurant – Pâtisserie – Chocolates – Catering)

I loved this place so much that I ended up spending 3 hours. The attention to detail from the decor to the music is amazing. The food is also decent. Definitely recommended.

I love the variety that shakespeare offers making ideal for a family/ friends gathering. We had brunch here on Sunday and ordered: eggs florentine, traditional shakshouka, chia pudding, brisket Benny, steak sandwich, and the bresaola Burrata pizza.

The portions are decent and the food was great.

The staff is amazing (special thanks to Cali which made our experience special)

Love the ambiance of this place, equaled by an amazing service. Every food we had was also delicious. No bad vibes whenever I think of Shakespeare and Co.

It's an OK place. Food is average and the service is not that good. Waitors could use training and food could be better.

Always eat at Shakespeare IBN and Marina Mall.

Very nice restaurant and Cafe. It's divided into two parts, an outdoor and an indoor.

The place is very relaxed and stylish. The service is the same, no high tension. The staff are polite and attentive.

The menu is decently a good selection of Italian cuisines.

I highly recommend this place for almost any time dining out.

The staff and service have improved so much, it really was amazing this morning. They went out of their way to accommodate all the kids requests and did it all with a smile.

One of the waiters should work on his customer service very much as he have really really bad attitude. I just asked for a table and he acted like I'm asking to borrow money from him so I lift the place and not coming back.

The food is average but the ambiance is nice. However, for my family the total mood killer was the bad service. The waiters repeatedly ignored us even when they clearly saw me calling them and showing them my hand. They glanced at me and went about their business. Hope they sort it out.

They have vegan options for breakfast and almond/soy milk for coffee! Great atmosphere, highly recommend!

Well maitained serving variety of continental dishes but a bit expensive not worth the money spend.menu needs good portion of light meals and appetisers. Shakespeare needs to go back to its origins.

Usually love this place but the staff this Wednesday morning (2 waiters in particular) need to work on their service and especially their rude attitude, extremely upsetting and not up to this place's standards.

Amazing vegan options with friendly staff and great atmosphere. The food luckily doesn't take too long either. Also a great fan of Romeo and Juliet (hahahha)

Pretty ordinary breakfast fare, especially some pathetic breads being served and even the Omelettes served were pretty ordinary. Quality seemed to be of least of the restaurant's concerns by the looks of it. One restaurant removed from our list unfortunately. We used to be regular visitors of Jumeirah branch.

Amezing place. Went to this spring branch and loved the coffee and shisha. And good thing is they have Pan flav.

Well designed outdoor smoking area with just right ammount of AC and ventilation that makes stay enjoyable even for non-smokers. High quality food and beverage with refreshing variety, as in other restaurants in this chain. One of better places to visit during the summer with friends who smoke / enjoy shisha.

First let me start thank you for the food it was great, but what experienced with customer service was terrible almost no customer service from the moment we sat down until the time to order it took 15-30min the funny thing I timed it one time. I noticed it was only our table the was treated like this.

All the cakes and deserts are very well made, tasty and, satisfy all my cravings. The service is great no matter what branch I visit and I am always welcomed well.

Convenient location, ample parking available, ambiance was good, however, the coffee wasn't, they served it cold, had to request to warm it up which I got back only upon repeated follow ups, the service somehow wasn't that quick and great

Shakespeare and Co.is well designed place. The concept and ambiance of the place is unique in a good way.

Their food tasted really nice and their food portions were quite generous. Bread and butter was a good starter and so were their beverages.

A good place to chill. Catch up on a lazy weekend, with sheesha and some of he best desserts I've had. The lemon and chocolate tart, to be precise.

The only reason for the 4 star is relatively high price compare to the same quality in a 5 start hotel with alcoholic drinks license.

Great breakfast and food items.lovely and decadent deserts that shout out to you. The French fries there is absolutely crunchy and tasty. Love the avocado and egg as well. The decor is very quaint and pretty so just to sit there have coffee or shisha may b relaxing for one.

Decent and high quality food, they always have fresh and tasty pastries, in the last PM hours they offer half price on their cakes.

Service was slow. Food was cold. Food was flavorless. Manager tried to rectify the food so thank you for that. Price remains extremely high for the amount served. 31 dirhams.for a glass of juice that was mostly filled with ice

Lovely outdoor seating with both smoking and nonsmoking options. Their fondant au chocolate is yummy along with arabic coffee or moroccan tea. Cozy place to chill in the evening they have outdoor couches and they serve shisha.
The food service is not the fastest. The food portion is big and taste is good nothing special though. But would definitely come again for such a pleasant outdoor lunch.

Good food and service, the terrace could be a bit nicer: tight and chairs a bit old. For the Dubai standard it could be better. On the positive side, the terrace has separated smoking and non smoking areas.
