I underwent two surgeries under the care of Dr. Samir and Dr. Maria, and my experience with both of them was absolutely amazing. These doctors are highly skilled and experienced, and they have a remarkable ability to make patients feel calm and at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of medical treatment.

During my hospital stay, which lasted for three days, I was fortunate to receive assistance from the kind and helpful nursing staff and other hospital personnel. Their support and friendly demeanor greatly contributed to my overall experience, and I am grateful for their dedication and professionalism.

Dr Sihem Fersi is the absolute best. Her work is so good. The service is amazing, and the treatments too. Genuinely the best clinic I have ever been to.

I want to thank sihem fersi for being the best skin therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is very professional. A few weeks ago I went to get a gentlo session but she was kind enough to advise me to do a chemical peel before the gentlo and this helped my skin tremendously and it maximized the result. I’m so glad I took her advice and I’m very happy with the results. I recommend her for everyone she is such a great skin therapist and will help you achieve whatever results you are looking for.

I really love how Dr. Sihem Fersi treated my skin with her magic hands! She only gives professional advise and treatment which are suitable for my skin that’s why i always get best results. In my 2nd session i saw too much improvement already with my skin problems ️️️ very friendly and supportive with patients? Highly highly recommended the best in the world!

They charge double the price compared to other clinics…but didn’t see any results (also will ask u to take a customized cream for double the price of alternatives that u can find at pharmacies). Also, the doctor’s assistant ignored my messages after doing the treatment and paying, had to cancel my 2nd appointment after all of this.

Dr. Tara is honestly one of the best dermatologist in the country. She is extremely detailed and has managed to help me both medically with my flare ups and cosmetically.

She is always available to answer all my questions and inquiries!

I went in for a mesotherapy with the best specialist Siham Farsi and I loved it. She was very professional and explained to me what she was going to do. I had a terrible experience with Novomed’s marketing personnel Reem Farajallah. Her behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.she spoke to me in a condescending tone and ignored my questions and concerns. We tried to solve her problems while she wasn’t giving a chance. We expect better communication from a person who is representing Novomed, which is a fine establishment.

I ve heard about dr sihem fersi and i came to try the treatments it was AMAZING she eas very friendly and the clinc smell good expert Julie was really nice, really love the treameant i will keep coming back hear the price is reasnoable and i advise my friends and familly to come and try the treatments

What a waste of time and energy. My wife's appointment was 4: 15pm and until 5pm we had no update on when the Dr will see her. Despite inquiring on how long it will take for the doctor, she ignored us and informed the nurses to prepare filler injections for 2 other patients. It was humiliating and never again are we entering this centre, it has lost credibility to us.

I specifically said I live in Dubai Marina, I called the Marina branch. On the day of, they called to reschedule to a later time, and I found out they booked me for Jumeirah 1 branch which is incredibly far away. Frustrating to say the least as I’ve wasted the entire day based on them changing up logistics of my appointment.

It was an amazing experience. The customer service is perfect. The music and the atmosphere of the clinic and the treatments are selected carefully. I would like to thank the reception for being professional and friendly and the nurses for being informative and helpful and also the doctor who are very patience and explaining everything needed

I had my first visit at Novomed today, I was very pleased. The doctor was welcoming, clear, reassuring and professional. I am confident that regardless the effectiveness of the treatment we are about to start, she will be supportive and honest with me.

The rest of the clinic staff was kind, helpful and professional, they made my experience very pleasant and comfortable.

The skin therapist Sihem Fersi is very professional and experienced. She is patient friendly and takes the necessary time to understand and analyze the issues of the patient along with his expectations, then recommends the best fit treatments for him. During the treatment session, she makes the patient very comfortable and explains thoroughly the benefits of every step of the procedure. I enjoyed my session with her and I strongly recommend her for all types of skin treatments.

Dr Tara Bardawil is such a great doctor. I was so nervous to get my procedure done, Dr Tara made me feel comfortable and briefed me clearly about the procedure. The procedure was done so smoothly without any pain and the results were amazing.

The nurses who were present were great too. Keep up the good work Dr Tara.

I've been visiting Dr Hanieh for over a year now. I found her by chance and I am so glad that I did! She is the best trichologist I've been to. I suffer from an auto immune disease which she has handled so well. Never has she let me feel that I'm in this battle alone. Multiple doctors from other centres/ hospitals misdiagnosed me and made my issue worse, she was heaven sent.
Her team - Jasmin, the most caring nurse I've ever met. They are always constantly following up and taking you through the journey. I love how personalised the experience is and I'm so happy with my results. She won't prescribe you meds or treatments that won't help, she spends a lot of time explaining the pros and cons to the specific situation. That's what sold me! When I first went to her- she spent an hour + with me answering my questions patiently and taking her time to understand the situation. One year later, I haven't looked back. I'm so happy to have found her! My results get better with each passing day. This journey with Dr Hanieh has been worth it. If you're looking for an amazing trichologist Dr Hanieh is the best person to go to. You won't be disappointed.

I got an ESG Weightloss procedure with doctor Sameer Rahmani, and what can I say, couldn’t have asked for a better doctor, team, staff, hospital. Everything from A to Z was absolutely amazing and so professional. I recommend dr sameer to annnyone that’s thinking of Weightloss surgery. Besides there aftercare is wonderful, Im seeing the dietitian Leah Zebian she’s been following up with me constantly from before the procedure till today (one month after), always answers my msgs on WhatsApp anytime of the day even on her days off and weekends. She’s absolutely wonderful. Doesn’t put pressure on me always motivates me and boots my self esteem in order to reach my goal. Thank you dr. Sameer, thank you Leah for changing my life!

The worst experience I’ve ever had!
Dr Meurer is proud to present his diploma from Germany, while he doesn’t not offer any real treatment, not even willing to run any test to understand the reason of the problem.
I had face rash issues, he decided to give me antibiotics only, not willing to take any blood test or other tests to run. For all my concerning questions replied irritated that I’m questioning his professionalism.
His nurse talked to me with sarcasm and snobby. Very unprofessional approach to patient’s concerns.
I will never recommend anyone Dr Meurer.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr Gulzhan. I have always had issues with combination skin and every dermatologist I have gone to would recommend products that would lead to my skin becoming more oily. With Dr Gulzhan's advise I started to use a face cleanser that is just perfect for my skin type. She understood exactly what my skin needed. Also she is very understanding and always available for her patients. I would recommend her to everyone.

I couldn’t imagine that my skin would be so smooth and soft, until I tried the microneedling with radiofrequency at Novomed with the beauty therapist Gulzhan, she was so helpful and gave me lots of skincare tips.

I faced a lot of pain and difficulties during my menstrual cycle and I looked for a good Dr everywhere and I eventually found Dr Mozghan, she is honestly the best and she helped me so much with my situation. I highly recommend her.

This place used to be good but is now deteriorating. New staff is not as qualified, equipment is obsolete and isn't being maintained. It's also become business oriented. Such a shame.

I just want to share my sincere appreciation to doctor Maria Acosta and her team of nurses and customer representative Amira.

Dr Maria is seriously the best doctor I met in Dubai and I have been living here for 14 years. She treats patients so kindly, she listens, I think she saw me a minimum of six times after my surgery, she addressed all my concerns, was always ready to cheer me up and of course to top it all, the result of the surgery is top notch. It’s rare these days to find doctors who still have this high level of care and empathy. I really wouldn’t have gone through my surgery without her.

A big cheer goes to Amira as well, she treated me like a family member, answered all my questions promptly, checked on me all the time. Her level of care and attention is beyond amazing.

This was the first time for me to do an elective surgery and I was scared. Thank you Novomed really.

I love this clinic because of the respect of the staff, the good offers i get, the variety of proceadures. I do hydrafacial since long time here in this clinic and i do it with a professional skin therapist called gulzhan, she is really professional and she has a great understanding of the skin, she gave me a perfect rautine for my skin which helped me norish even more than doctors.

I went to Shamma Clinic for a hydrafacial & my skin has never been more hydrated & clear. The therapist, Gulzhan, is very professional and tweaks the facial such that it suits your skin type and needs. 10/10 recommended.

I’ve done in Shamma clinic coolsculpting, there’s no result even though I have almost flat stomach and it doesn’t worth at all! Also did few facial treatments and facial IPL. Booked for hydrafacial and the therapist didn’t even inform me and just decided on her own to do “medical” facial on my face and they’ve charged me double price than the hydrafacial’s price. Not recommending!
